I reserved for 2 days and canceled one day with my protected insurance and they did not want to give my refund back. The lights went out for hours and they had no tv. Plus the wifi signal was so low it didn't connect

Tv didn’t work, room had a stale smell, front desk wasn’t friendly. When I arrived there were two other people trying to get a room. They were refused because they were “local”. What if they had an emergency and needed a room like a fire or busted water line or something like that. I was told later by a worker who spoke English that it was to keep trouble out of the hotel. Honestly I think it’s just bad business and I will not stay here again for such small minded people who are rude.

My original room had mold all over the side of the bed, I was then moved to a room with a SMALLER bed and there was mold on the lamp shade of this room as well. They would not give me a refund nor accommodate anything I asked bc “there were no rooms available”. I had to sleep with the lamp shade outside so my boyfriend and I did not get sick from the mold!

It was horrible the bed frames on both bed was sticking out so badly that it scrapped me and my daughters leg badly enough to make us bleed just walking in bwtween the beds. Thd coffee pot in room was disgusting thsnk god i check inside thibgs like that it was so nasty where you put the water in it i swear it could of never been cleaned yuckk i bring to the office really pissed letting them know how nasty and all they say is what room number oh ok we will get another one NOOO really i dont want another you got to be kidding me!! No sorry nothing Then me and my daughter go to breakfast which starts at 6AM LOL well the main working at desk wasnt at desk we waited few mins tried hollerong for someone he comes out from room by office from SLEEPING hair messed up and alll smh so we sit and wait for about 40 mins hungry they surely didnt use no gloves and when i say THEY yes there was also a lady same race as him that came from napping in the back to top it off the FOOD wasnt worth waiting for it was so nasty Lastly my poor bsby couldnt watch tv in room cause their CABLE wasnt working in none of the rooms lmao They just need to be shut down foreal

I don’t like to leave negative reviews because if I can give private feedback to fix things then I will but this is a case where I felt had to be shared. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind but the room and place was a disaster. No functioning tv, entrance light not functioning, stained sheets . I saw other guests complaining at front desk with other issues. I originally was given a room that was occupied and trashed before they resolved it. Not sure where that hotel needs to start but it definitely has a lot of work to do..

The staff was very polite and nice and Dominos did deliver to the hotel. But my dislike was the towels in my room were dirty, the chair in my room was broken and i am sorry to say a roach crawled across me when i was in bed. They had what looked to be drug dealers and possible prostitutes on each end of the side of the hotel i was staying on. Keep in mind this is a very cheap 60.00 a night hotel but still. The staff was really nice and the restaurant in the hotel was really nice and the food was good.

Not to mention all the spider webs all over the room the condition was horrible there was no WiFi and the TVs was not working and we asked for a discount the host gave a hard time and told us no DO NOT STAY HERE THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF “YOU GET EHST YOU PAY FOR” !! Don’t be fool by the price

They just wasn’t all there. They didn’t know how to handle an upset customer very well. Didn’t know how to offer anything tried putting me in several dirty rooms. Some rooms had flies in them.

It took 3 rooms before I got one that was reasonably clean, it was very noisy there wasn't any cable or TV of any kind, there wasn't much for breakfast { out of sausage and bacon, hardly any eggs, the pancake maker was out of order} I didn't feel safe at this Hotel too many trashy people living there and I still haven't got my deposit but yet

Twin beds, non-smoking. Saw the rating and thought, “Maybe it’s not that bad even though it’s at a bargain.” Oh was I wrong. The carpet and walls had stains and scuffs. None of the appliances worked and the only lighting that would turn on came from the sink area and bathroom. One of the beds had dead bugs on it and both had stains of one sort or another on the sheets and blankets. Started looking closer around and found old trash, debris, and dead bugs that didn’t get picked up. Decided the best thing to do was to pretend I hadn’t seen anything and just go to sleep. I’ve honestly felt more clean camping at state parks. Do not recommend and the current conditions make this property not worth anything above 2 stars.

This property was honestly a disappointment for me. The pictures on here make it look beautiful, but in person, it’s run down. In my hotel room, there were no overhead lights in the bedroom or bathroom sink area. The bathroom sink area light fixture was a hole in the wall where the previous lighting was obviously pulled out. In the toilet and bath area, there was another hole in the wall, which I’m assuming used to be a vent, filled with dust, dirt, and roaches were living in there. The TV cable wasn’t working, and most of the power outlets either were broken or didn’t work. If there is a unit that needs maintenance and things to be replaced, then it is not needed to be rented out. I do not foresee another stay at this hotel. The only good thing about it believe it or not was the mattress. Other than that, leaving the hotel was the best part of the experience.

Great location to Duval Street. The motel was dated, but clean. The room was huge with a little kitchen/bar. I was disappointed that I'd booked 3 rooms several months in advance requesting they be together and that we could park directly in front of our room. Our rooms were not together and two of us had to park on a side street.

Where to begin? Checked in around 10pm. First room… filthy is an understatement! I was gonna deal with the trash all over the floor and the broom left in room, until I went to get in my bed and it smelt like piss. Pulled the sheet back and the bed reeked of urine! Ughhh no! So I went to the desk got another room, pulled bedsheets back and DIRTY NOT CHANGED SHEETS! Pubic hairs everywhere nasty pillowcases and no toiletries or towels ! (I have videos) so then he moved us to yet another room, a “suite” yeah… ab 11:30 I was FINALLY able to settle enough for a shower and bed! Pictures are filtered and no where near what this trashy property looks like!!! I usually don’t do these type of reviews but this was by far the worst experience ever! All that running back and forth at that time of night is absolutely ridiculous! Hire some help worth keeping and that come to work not draw a check only! Housekeeping, DO BETTER!!!! I’ve worked in the hotel industry for 7 years! So I let a lot slide… bc we are human! But this was unacceptable!

My stay here was horrible from check-in to check out. The Tvs didnt work at all. I was told that there was no cable but the wifi worked if i wanted to connect a game or firestick. I tried connecting my firestick but the wifi would not connect to the tv. I asked for a discounted rate and was told i could not get a discount because i booked the room online. After finally checking in, i get to the room and the smell of mold rushed me. The room was so dusty and dirty, it looked like no one had stayed there in months. I had a suite with a full kitchen which was nice in size but there was mold everywhere. On the walls, the floors, and even the outside of the refrigerator. There were spiderwebs everywhere. Even a spider or two. I booked a suite with a couch to accomodate myself and my 4 kids, but when i asked the front desk for more sheets and/or blankets, i was told to try using towels bc housekeeping was gone and he had no key to open the closet. It was HORRIBLE. Not what i expect from Ramada or Hotels.com AT ALL!!! I travel a lot and stay in different hotels all the time, but this was by far 1 of the worst stays I've ever had.

I booked 4 rooms and all of them had black mold. Drug transactions in the parking lot and a tweaker tried to follow me in my room and stood outside the door as my family got bags out the car. It is very unsafe.

I made my reservation once I got into the room. I noticed the TV cable was not on. I called the front desk. They informed me that their cable service was down for the day. Lots of problems with room keys, have to go everytime to get them activated. The microwave didnt work plus i found q bug in my bed...super bad experience.
