Was a great stay! The establishment was clean, the staff were nice, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The TV options could be better.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Restaurant was accommodating for our late arrival and all hotel staff were helpful during our stay. Pools are clean and all pool chairs were well maintained

Really good dining experience Prime Rib might and loved the happy hour 5 buck beers.

An excellent week, spoiled by the cleaning staff taking saved cloth bags needed for packing and travel.

We book this hotel as it is advertised as Pet friendly hotel, and it is the closest to the concert venue that we are going attend. Most hotel will send their policy once a room has been booked. This hotel hasn’t sent any of their policy. Upon arrival. to check in, the front desk manager stated we have to phone ahead of time to let them know (in a not friendly tone) or they can cancel our check in next time—None of our previous hotel experience have mentioned this in person(not to mention they are mostly 4-5stars hotels). The most ridiculous thing is when they ask for ID, I gave my temporary yellow ICBC drivers license paper and he stated that they don’t usually take ID’s without pictures(but police are able to accept it). Have him my costco card and all bank card to prove him that everything matches my CC name and booking.
On top of that, this hotel charged extra $100 for my extra small dog with a condescending behaviour. Very terrible service and it wasn’t even that good hotel.
Carpet in our room was even dirty with hair on it. My dog picked it twice. Geee..😡😤

This hotel and Hotel.com stranded us at 1130 pm after attending an all day exhibition ,,, they gave away our room after my cxn of existing cc which had been compromised and cx’d. They did minimal effort to reach me ,, one phone call I missed , no voice message left and no text. We had even left our luggage for them to store while we went to exhibition as 2 pm was too early for them to check us in at which time we would have realized card was “old” compromised one they had on file
Hotel.com could have cared less and gave terrible customer service

The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. I would stay here again. I enjoyed the close proximity to the Amazing Brentwood mall.

Nice hotel recommendation for stay.

It was a good hotel, a bit pricy for what it offered.

It was a quick stopover, the breakfast at the restaurant was great and it was close to many amenities. The only complaint I had was the AC unit was not able to keep a steady temp. it would kick on and off very frequently

We were travelling and called at 8 am hoping to get an early check in just in case. We were told no and arrived 20 minutes before check in the lady working was rude and we were told we couldn’t check in. The room wasnt clean bathroom had hair and the walls covered in patches as if there painting the walls. The pop machines were all broken when we called down to see if there were drinks we could order up we were told to walk to the corner store. the restaurant did have good food and friendly. Wouldn’t stay here again

Funny smell in elevators and room. 1 bed room suite was much smaller then in the photos and was not large enough for our family. Staff were really good though. Nice pool but limited number of chairs and lounges

The hotel was clean, and check in & check out was seamless. The only gripe was with the onsite restaurant Acqua, on its website it showed that Sunday brunch was served to 2pm. This was not the case.
The restaurant attendant said that the restaurant closed at 10am.
The restaurant hours were not posted in the elevator or on the menu at the entrance of the restaurant.
This could be an easy improvement!
Would stay again.

Didn't like that the pull out bed sheets weren't changed or cleaned not sure when they were last changed. When we pulled bed out crumbs and dust everywhere; the reservation clearly stated there were going to be 3 of us in the room not sure how 3 of us would fit on queen bed. When we asked for a clean sheet and blanket the front desk employee gave attitude, but finally got us a sheet. Then when we went back to ask again for a blanket he was asking us when we checked in; he checked us in a couple of hours ago. The walls in the room were dirty as well so overall not happy with cleanliness of property, could do better especially for the the 500$ per night charge. Convenient location and nice cactus club close by. Will not stay here again

A great hotel to stay at while in Vancouver! Easy to get transportation as there is a SkyTrain route within a 10 minute walk. Easy to access for ride-app drivers. Wonderful staff and excellent room service! Lots of shopping, entertainment, and parks nearby!

Good location.

Room was filthy and smelly, although good-sized and reasonably well appointed.
Service is pretty dismal, staff is cold and unhelpful. Restaurant service is atrocious, but breakfast would have been tasty if it had been warm. Pool was the highlight. Would never stay here again, this was our second visit and we regret not picking a different spot. No way should this place cost what it does, especially in such a blah location.

We stayed in a room that was not fully renovated — multiple drywall patches above the headboards was unpleasant. Not a great vibe.
The extended “galley” kitchenette area was helpful. Large room and comfortable bed which we appreciated.
Pet fee was $100! Unexpected, as it wasn’t listed on the Expedia ad page.
Vending machine snacks included old cookies - yuck!

everything was great, loved it. Just
could not get a medical rate. We came from Haida Gwaii
booked on line. I guess that was a mistake.

The Hotel badly needs an upgrade - it has a bit of a smell from smokers of a previous era. The rooms are outdated and a little grubby.

Enjoyed the room, fitness centre was appreciated. Pool looked good, just didn’t have time to use it. They need to put more staff on in the restaurant. We dined Saturday for breakfast and there was only one poor server on for the whole Acqua restaurant.

room was spacious and clean. The only thing i dont like was laminated floor, maybe easy to clean.

Property needs bathroom remodeling and new furniture. Bathroom tiles moldy and covered with peeling cocking. Nightstand legs falling off and chairs stained and dirty.
