I just needed somewhere to rest for a reasonable price. But it was horrible the beds were uncomfortable they speak everytime you moved also they allowed smoking so the room smelled of old smoke. The bathroom sink also linked everytime you used it. Overall not worth it that is what i get to be cheap.

I had to ask for a refund as I did not feel safe. A man followed me into the elevator and up to my room. Her verbally harassed me and threatened me. When the tried to move my room because I didn't feel safe that he knew where I was staying, the room reeked of smoke. I couldn't stay another minute as the whole event left me very shaken.

Hotel nice and updated inside and out. Check in was smooth and staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator worked but sounded like you might die in it (loud bangs and squeaks). Coffee offered in room but not in lobby. Could have used one more pillow and the mattress was very firm. Could have used a garbage can in bathroom. I think this was a hotel that offered smoking rooms but strong smell of Marijuana was distasteful.

Our room was disgusting. So much so that we didn't end up staying. We booked an Airbnb because we couldn't imagine using the shower that was caked in black dirt and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. The bed had loose hair on it, and from sitting on the corner felt like a piece of cardboard. The whole hotel also reeks of smoke. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.

It was filthy and had roaches and bedbugs. It’s like housekeeping didn’t exist there. It also smelled like cigarettes in every room we were moved to. I didn’t even stay there

checked in and went into my room went into the bathroom and slipped because there was a cleaner or something sprayed all over the floor that was never wiped up. I called the front desk and asked if they could have someone come up and just clean it up and I was informed that housekeeping left for the day so they switched my room. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room however it smells like an ashtray I’ve checked out and my luggage when I opened it smells like it was sitting in a bar, everything smells like smoke . The new room that they put me in had a leaking toilet water all over the floor. The blow dryer did not work and the noise was so awful both nights that I stayed there. I was woken up after 11 PM with people screaming and carrying on.. finally went to check out in the morning and learned that my card been hit in the parking lot with expensive damage to the front grill and bumper had to file a police report and did not get much cooperation from the front desk when asking about their security cameras. i’ve never stated a red roof in before and I never will again this was truly the most horrific hotel stay I’ve ever encountered.

It’s cheap for a reason. My bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and the shower drain didn’t work. There was a ratty RV out back that looked like it’s used for cooking meth. Barking dogs in other rooms, lots of struggling folks using it for extended stays. But it’s cheap and a good location.

I didn’t have the opportunity to check in dude to the rude man Thomas at the desk. He didn’t allow me to check in due to my guest not having an ID. My guest was NOT on the reservation and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had this issue. Thomas was very rude about it and nasty and I plan to call Red Roof corp to further complain

Bad people hanging out side, stains on the mattresses we didn't know we're there until we left. There was a bag of drugs on the floor in the lobby this morning. This place was so bad. I will never stay at this hotel again. I stayed there for a night July 1st and it's July 28th I'm writing this review. and the aftermath is horrible. I had bedbugs bites, 2 days later, my whole body was itchy. My legs became very itchy which has left dark marks on my body. My girlfriend as at now still feel the itchiness. Her foot is swollen from the bites... She is fair so you can see the dark marks all over her legs. This has been my most regret and I wish there's any action I can take against this hotel. I wouldn't recommend to anyone because of what we are going through. I wish I can attach pictures as proof. Stay away from this hotel if you can. Spend extra bucks and get a better place.

2 times I went here and the first time I paid for the room and when I arrived, they told me that they didn’t have any clean rooms available. I was very upset and it was late and I couldn’t find anymore hotels nearby. Therefore I ended up sleeping my car. A huge inconvenient. Secondly, my last stay on July 12, they charged the & $50 security deposit onto my charge card along with the room charge. This is unacceptable. Very bad business. Very bad.

The lobby smelled like if there was 10 people smoking at the same time nonstop. I was in room 208 and that floor didn’t smell too bad however the floor was already coming off and the tub was disgusting. One of the elevator was out of service and the area outside seemed unsafe.

The lobby was horrible and the strong smell to cigarettes was disgusting. I was assigned to room 120 and the walls all through my room where broken. I didn’t had enough towels for 4 people and the control to the tv was not working I believe it was because of the batteries. I notified the receptionist about the control not working due to batteries and no one cared. The room didn’t had no fridge, no microwave and no iron.

The room smell horrible, the curtains wouldn’t close all the way and the parking lot lights was on all night making my room very bright all night. The air conditioner was so loud and had mold too.

Towed my car and didn’t tell me I needed the parking pass on dash. Person at desk spoke very softly and was unclear with any questions or comments we made. Second front desk person was very unhelpful and rude and just shrugged us off. Non smoking room also smelled horrid of smoke.
