Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Did not eat there due to a very expensive breakfast!!!! Watch out for hidden fees. Parking a car in their parking lot was $18 per night!!!!! That is a ridiculous price to pay.

I have been staying here for work 5-6 times a year for nearly 4 years now and it's a great hotel with great staff but they recently started charging for parking when that was always included. And the parking isn't even charged through the hotel, you have to use a stupid QR code. I despise this new change so regrettably I will never be staying here ever again. There are more affordable options nearby that don't charge for parking so I'll be using those options from now on. And the breakfast here is pretty lame as far as hotel breakfast goes. And Sonesta's reward program is probably the worst value out of any of the major chains. Unfortunately they do not reward loyalty like I have shown them over the years so their loss. Hope the $$ they make on the parking was worth it!

The hotel itself is beautiful. But they make you pay $28 for breakfast and $25 for parking. Don't plan to eat for free. Not worth $30 with tax.

This is my favorite hotel to stay whenever I come to San Jose for business. Location- close to corporate office and the airport. Very clean, very friendly, and very comfortable.

At check there were one girl working With a line to check you in and others check in customers with questions. She handled it all in a timely matter. Everyone working at check in as one and go said hello. We will definitely stay here again for San Francisco Game Days! Mahalo Sonesta Sillicon valley

For the 2nd time staying there was an issue. Not staying again. First time 2 weeks ago the toilet had pee and hair. This time they had us go in to an un made room and we had to switch.

The hotel did not defeather the room despite us asking multiple times and letting them know that I am allergic to feathers. The shower floor was not clean, but otherwise the room was nice and comfortable, and the hotel staff were nice.

Possibly the most helpful staff of anywhere we have stayed. It’s a lovely, clean, modern hotel with good amenities (pool, gym) and really quite exceptional staff. Check in staff were so helpful, the restaurant staff were fun and entertaining and the engineer was kind enough to come and demo the AC that I couldn’t work out. Will definitely stay here again. Also the TV was huge!

Good breakfast, nice room. My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning. There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price

The hotel is in an industrial type of area, when we checked in the staff wasn't too friendly, they charge a ridiculous amount to park even though there's no reason for it. The rooms are set up in a weird way. We couldn't get the air conditioner to stay where we wanted the temperature at, and the tv in the room, you can only stream from your phone it has no channels. This was one of my least favorite stays at any hotel, I can't recommend it.

Pool was closed one day with no compensation or notice prior to arrival. The ground around the pool is extremely dirty. Pool needed to be cleaned, once they did open the pool. Room was comfortable, beds were great, bathroom floor area was dirty.
