What a fun little hotel! I love the vibe. It appears to be a renovated motel and I love how they have transformed it into this fun, hip boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient to SFO. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the area.

Nice little hotel close by Millbrae BART station. Felt safe walking alone at night back to the hotel in the dark. I used this hotel at the beginning and end of my trip to be close by San Francisco International Airport via Airtrain and BART. Big shout out to Joyce at reception who gave me all the tips and tricks (and timetables) for everything I had planned for SanFran.

Hotel was nice for a quick overnight stay prior to flying out of SFO. Conveniently located near the airport, quiet, clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the parking is limited and if you’re in a truck, as we were, we almost couldn’t fit in the tight spaces. Otherwise, it was a perfectly fine hotel.

The Dylan surprised us, very nicely remodeled. Walking distance to Millbrea BART station, one stop from the SFO Airport stop. Front desk was run by a professional woman who seemed to care about our stay. The bed and pillows were wonderful, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, really! Big, modern shower. Very clean room, I was really impressed with this hotel, so close to the airport.

For a short trip to San Francisco I needed an hotel near the airport. This couldn't have been more convenient. Five minute BART ride to SFO and 40 minutes to the city. Three minute walk to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, well appointed, The nostalgia theme was cute, but not overdone. A wide varity of snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby was also appreciated. I will stay here again.

This was an odd place. There were definitely some hip things about it-namely a very nice lobby and courtyard/sitting area but otherwise it was an old motel trying to dress up as something different. It was also super noisy all night.

Really comfy beds and cute hotel. Only thing is I had my dog and we got a room on the ground floor right by the lobby and my dog who is always quiet would bark anytime the door to the lobby opened or when people with suitcases walked by so I wouldn’t suggest they assign that particular room to people with pets - I barely slept because I was so nervous any noise would cause her to bark out of fear it would disturb any other guests and really wanted to enjoy such a comfy bed! It’s the first hotel she reacted that way but only because of where it was situated. The rooms a very clean and the vibe is super cute!

Looks quite nice at a reasonable price. But a little bit cold at night because the door was connected to the outside. There was an unpleasant scent in the room. Couldn't sleep well at night because of someone next door talking on the phone and snoring (the wall was thin).

The Dylan is a great place to stay when visiting the city because of its convenient location. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff is courteous and friendly. We stay here often and appreciate the free parking!

They did a great job transforming what was probably once a crappy motel into a cozy little boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable and accessible yet safe, and a great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

The Dylan is a great place. It does from the outside feel like a converted motel into a boutique motel/hotel It is close to a transit station but not too close. Parking is limited. The room was nice and clean.

I landed at SFO early from a long flight from Tokyo. Early check-in was a great convenience. Staff was amicable and helpful. Nice amenities in room and at the lobby. Would stay here anytime.

We only stayed a night, but the hotel was super clean. There was a record player in the room, which was a surprise! Receptionist was nice and friendly. Location is perfect. We were able to find it easily.

I love how this hotel goes above and beyond to care for our dog. They provided a doggie bed, water bowl and mat, and treats! I wish there was a green grassy area for my dog to use, but besides that everything was very nice. It is very close to the BART station and restaurants / shopping.
