It was a nasty shock when we entered our rooms as there is no air conditioner. That was fine if the hotel had anticipated the hot summer by providing hotel guests with cooling unit or standing fan to alleviate the heat.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, the staff was friendly and efficient however the room was very dissapointing- empty minibar, unpleasent smell in the room, not even a bottle of water. Dated furnishing.

Overall ok, service is mediocre.

The hotel looks good from outside. The only thing I feel unsatisfied is that the AC is fake. Staff in the hotel gave us a fan in stead since we feel very hot.

Nice hotel located outside the city centre, but you can reach it well with the tram nr. 7 and the breakfast was okay and you have a lot of choice and the room was a little bit loud in direction to the road und the hotel was friendly, but on the reception they did not like to answer many questions, but I could recommend this hotel to visit the city Leipzig and you have lot of points on historical, cultular and culinar sites which are very interesting.

We were very comfortable in this hotel and enjoyed being in the area. The restaurant is EXCELLENT; the breakfast offering is astounding!

Everything is ok except couple downsides. Not much in the area and waited one hour to get lunch even though there were few customers. Single lane for the driveway which I never experienced before, we had to back out the driveway because the customer ahead of us took long time to check in and blocked the driveway.

Extreme friendly and very helpfull staff. The parking was a little tricky on the first night due to a full park house but we found something around the corner, the staff pointed it out. Otherwise top.

The cleaning the bathroom was bad. The parking was bad.

hotel is a city hotel but it was not so crowded. It was also quiet and silence. We called taxi 3 times but there was no queue.So one person who came after me got the taxi. Maybe you can give the taxi number to the people who called taxi. Room was clean and tidy. slipers and tooth brush & paste was short. Normally there must be in 4stars hotel.

It was an average stay in the hotel. Other than the breakfast buffet, there was not much more to say about the hotel. I chose this hotel as the price is lower than similar hotels nearer to the city centre, so I have no reason to complain about the location.

It was a good hotel and suited our needs but for someone who wanted more than a place to sleep the location is not the best.

The hotel was a little disappointing. Staff were efficient but not friendly. There was limited car parking and the room was dark and dingy.

Welcoming and efficient staff, good sized room, reasonable breakfast (if a little pricey). Broken air conditioning - apparently all rooms had it at some time, as they each have a temperature control and air duct, but this is not operational and has not been for some time, we understand. This is particularly problematic because the hotel is close to a very busy and noisy main road, and the weather for our visit was hot. The TV was out of action for the entire week of our stay (again, apparently this was a hotel - wide issue). Other than that, a pleasant hotel, but probably more 3 star than 4 star.

Room was not "First class" as marked. I'd hate to see what "not First Class" was like. It was very much the normal quality experienced in hotels across the world. Also, remember to book the breakfast option. If you book it afterwards, it gets very expensive very quickly. (68E for 2 days for Adult + child)

Pleasant hotel as regards staff & room condition & cleanliness. Although dining room was fully booked they accommodate us at short notice ahead of the main rush. Very pleasant meal.

Very welcoming staff, wifi was extra charge but when queried by me, i was offered free wifi by only signing up to free of charge membership. great service, very nice breakfast with lots of choices and very friendly smiling staff at breakfast.will surely book again when back in Leipzig

only needed a room, but was provided with a kitchenette, living room and bedroom. Staff was extremely helpful.

Arrived to a friendly and prompt check in. We asked for a city map which was provided along with directions to the tram stop a five minute walk from the hotel. (It may be just me, but after a long drive to a hotel, it would be welcoming to be offered tea or coffee, especially as there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room) Area around the hotel was fine, big old houses, a lot of which were being renovated (which didnt cause any noise or disruption) and when this is completed it will be a pretty grand area. Some of the areas a little further away were not so grand but didnt impact on the immediate area and for us it was interesting to see differing aspects of the City. The room was fine, clean and a good size although we were at the front corner, fairly close to the road which although not busy, tended to get a little noisy in the mornings if we had the window open. I never managed to turn off/down the speaker in the bathroom which meant that if the room TV was on, the sound was too loud in the bathroom (Not a major problem) We used the tram into the city a few times which was easy and convenient but then discovered (by chance) that the hotel put on a free mini bus service into town and back in the evenings. This was not explained to us at any stage but would have saved us some time and a little money if we had been told about it. Staff were friendly and approachable and all appeared multilingual. Parking in the underground car park was 12 euros per day which I thought was a bit expensive and there were a couple of quiet streets opposite where we chose to park. Whilst we did not have any problems, for peace of mind, paying the money may be worthwhile. Breakfast was offered at 17 euros and again, I thought that was too expensive and we had very good breakfasts in various places in town for a third of that price. In all, we were both happy with the hotel. If it is important to be close to the City centre then this maybe a little far out, but if being a little out of the centre isnt a problem, then this is a hotel I'd reccommend.
