Beautiful grounds with outside seating for very limited continental breakfast, bottled water filling station, daily maid service (if wanted). Parking was tight. Had nice Deli on site for extra food and beverages desired. Great sandwiches and other menu items like bagels, salads. Room was comfortable - sofa/bed was NOT comfortable for even sitting on for conversing or TV watching. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, patio was serene with beautiful plants/trees, stream, walking paths.

This is a beautiful property, and is older hotel that has been remodeled. You get the benefits of an old fashioned hotel like larger room, quiet, mature trees and landscape. We had room with view of the creek ( dry in the fall) that is surrounded with trees and plants. Just the relaxing site before procedure at Stanford hospital. Will stay again.

Excellent communication before and during my stay. Great property.

Great location for us. Close to Palo Alto and just off the main road but quiet enough.
Friendly staff and clean. Nice pool.

Amazing front desk service, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed rooms. Clean pool, and the little bistro on the property made excellent sandwiches and coffee!

Great place in a good location. Really beautiful grounds and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs a bit more and the rooms are designed in a way that can make parking and neighbour noise seem constant.

Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. Wr stay every Sunday and have become quite fond of the place. The beds are cozy, the blankets are soft. Theres an eleyric car chatger available to use. Theres a fountain, bridge, patio areas, and creek. A possum walks the creek every night and there are baby bunnies there in the morning. Its scenery and serenity hekp is forget why we are there every week.

The family stayed for one night for ease in attending our first Stanford football game. The hotel is quite extensive, with multi-level buildings and rooms. From what I could see, they all faced a beautiful creek and had lush landscaping and trees. A gorgeous oasis! The room was comfortable and clean—ours had a little sitting nook outside that was semi-private. There were nice toiletries, and a mini fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast is very basic, nothing to write home about. Overall, a lovely stay.

I was referred with a list of motels in this area from Stanford surgical hospital. I chose this motel off the list because it was close to where I was going to have my surgery. Upon arrival Monday 9-2-2024 I asked the staff that checked me in. If it would be possible to get some of their continal breakfast at 4:00am on Tuesday 9-3-2024 for my daughter who was going to be at the hospital all day waiting for my surgery to be done. They said that it would not be a problem that they were staffed 24 hours a day. When I showed up at the door at 4:00am and tried to get in the door was locked. I rung the bell at the window. After about the 4th ring a staff member came to the window very annoyed that I had woke her up. When I explained to her what I was there for. She told me that she could not help me. I complained later that day after my surgery and the staffed member that was there at that time Apologized and said that they would leave a message for the manager and I still have not heard anything from them. I was just disappointed in how the staffed handled my concern.

This was a total cash grab for the Stanford Graduation ceremony.
A Comfort Inn would have been a comparable. Avoid

Great check in.
Room was in order. All clean.
Morning
Noise from courtyard below beginning at 8:15 AM. ENDED any chance of sleep after a late night.
Checkout was efficient. But check out clerk was grumpy and lacked cordiality. Totally the opposite from check in.

Pros: The grounds were wooded and beautiful.
The room was small but very nicely appointed, and clean.

This was my second time staying here. Before I had gotten a ground floor room which had a lot of noise from above. This time I called ahead to ask for an upper floor room and they gave me a room in the third floor of the tower building. It was great! Super quiet, lovely balcony. Spotlessly clean. I was able to charge my car this time too. Overall a great place to stay, I highly recommend it.

We were in Palo Alto for my dad’s surgery at Stanford Hospital. The hotel was convenient and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was quiet and clean, there was a small continental breakfast in the morning, and parking was easy. We felt the hotel was central enough to Palo Alto as well.

Okay. To start this I want to say the staff is very friendly; however, we had to wait almost 2 hours after check in to get our room which is not pleasant being as it is about 250 a night plus resort fees. The room was not really insulated and we had to keep our window blocked because our room window was right next to another persons front door. I don’t think it is worth the money spent. The pots and pans are not provided unless you ask for them due to theft and the breakfast consists of pastry’s and some juice and cereal. Again, I have stayed at hotels and spent a lot less for actual breakfast availability. All in all, it was a okay stay but won’t be going back if I had to be in the area. The staff were superb though!

The setting is lovely, but I struggled with a lack of elevator. A selection of snacks to purchase would have been nice.
4.5
The coffee they offered was ehh… but everything was great overall.
4.5
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very spacious and we enjoyed the balcony. A few minor things that could’ve been improved. The maid service did not refill toilet paper or body wash. The laundry room smells strongly of urine. And the water machine was broken. We booked a room that had fully stocked kitchen in the description, but when we got there, there were a couple wine glasses and a wine opener. There was no pots, no silverware and nothing to wash dishes with.

Clean and spacious room. Despite humble lobby and common area, it is worth it for the low cost.

Overall it is worthy for the price!
