Room was comfortable and warm. No place to plug in vehicles, shower curtain was almost ready to fall off. Huge disappointed was I paid in full through hotels.com and the hotel sent me a pre check in and billed me an additional $144.43 and when I asked why they said I wasn’t billed I showed my credit card statement and they said they would refund me $102.00 ???? I asked for a receipt and the next day I received a receipt showing I was billed $0.00 and charged $0.00 with no other explanation. And no phone calls being answered now that I have checked out.

We had a good 2 night stay. It was clean, beds were comfy. It’s an older hotel, they are currently renovating some rooms. Pool is small, no hot tub. Glad it wasn’t busy so we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was typical, a couple hot items offered.

I was uncomfortable from the moment I drove up. It was evident the hotel was outdated and trying to make clean it up. The pool was out of order and the continental breakfast was not good. On the positive side the room and hotel was very clean and the staff was nice with one exception the lady working the morning shift and managing the breakfast smelled of body odor really bad. I assume she was very busy taking care of the front desk and the breakfast area but she obviously did not wear any deodorant. Glad it was only one night and I wasn’t spending any additional time around the hotel.

Construction right outside our door..for 3 days..replacing tiles in bathrooms. Bathroom was dirty..No service in the fact we had phoned to cancel a friends room and they didn't do it. Grounds outside were a mess.

Sausage gravy and orange juice tasted bad. The AC didn’t work in my nieces room. The toilet didn’t flush correctly in my room. No hot water. And no hot tub.

As already stated in my Check In review last night, room was adequate and tidy and bed was comfortable. Tub area and surround could use a refresh. Did not like that there was only 1 complimentary bar of soap available to use at the sink and also the shower. Slept poorly due to rattling a/c and noise when guest above us moved around. Most frustrating issue: both front desk personnel had very thick accents and made it difficult to communicate questions and concerns. Pre-paid when booking thru Expedia and then was immediately charged an additional $70.04 after checking. When I questioned the charge at check out, after some discussion with a coworker on her cell, was told the charge would be credited back to my account within 3 days. Sure hope that is the case. Thank you.

The hotel is older and could use some renovations, but overall the rooms were clean. Elevator and hallways were a bit smelly. Pool was available but don’t think the heater was working so temporarily closed. Kids still would have swam, but we just didn’t have the time anyways. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, muffins, toast, yogurt). Right beside a mall and many options for dining really close. Check in and check were seamless.

The very late check in do to or flight arrival and the room that we had was for a single person room and being a couple was quite cramped so we were able to upgrade to a larger room with a king bed the next morning after 11am that made our seven night stay much better for us to commit to our reservations. Thank you Naira and the nice friendly staff and housekeepers. D&E.👍👍👍

This hotel was okay for a quick trip to Minot. You can walk to the mall, rooms were clean although the bathroom needs to be updated. The price was right for what you got.

This property was terrible. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was decent enough a little old and not the cleanest. Very very loud could hear everything. Second day we came back from shopping and found strangers in our room. The hotel gave our room away! When I went down to find out what happened. All I got was a shoulder shrug and a oh sorry. That is unacceptable to have strangers enter my room. No one would do anything. They eventually found the other people a room. Also never got housekeeping our entire stay had to keep calling for clean towels. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Check in was slow, the two people that checked in before us came back to say there was someone already in that room. Then our room was damp and musty smelling. WiFi didn’t reach our room either. Wouldn’t recommend

We stayed 6 nights. Paid the same as anyone else. Why I didn’t get the same service. Clean towels, take out my garbage, make the bed, etc…

Place was nice, room and bed were clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned more throughly. Good complementary breakfast eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, and juice. Check in and out were fast. Our first night someone was making a lot of noise early in the morning, not sure what that was.

Our room was just perfect and the folks running the front of house were very sweet but we got no sleep. There were children running and stomping in the room above us all night long, even after they were addressed twice by the front desk. Despite the VERY comfortable bed and pillows, no rest was to be had after a tremendously long day of driving.

Hotel is old and cleaned up. Elevator sounded old. I could hear a lot of movement in the halls. The fan had the "constant on" feature, but sounded like it could use an update or filter cleaning. Pillows are small and all soft, which is OK. Would have liked some variety. Room & bathroom were clean. Had a tub but no drain plug to take a bath. I did not ask the staff if they had one. TV old and picture had fuzzy lines. Breakfast was average, hot water was not.

Room smelled like urine. Air conditioner very noisy. Front desk receptionist not friendly and unhelpful. Found a bed bug the day we left and when I showed the front desk the picture of it on the bed all she said was “ok, I’ll take a look. Did you want your receipt?” Almost as if it was a regular occurrence. Rooms were spacious and seemed clean and it was very quiet, but the bedbug and her lack of care regarding it killed it for me.

The location was good but our room wasn't cleaned during our three-day stay and the room wasn't very clean when we checked in.

There was no room cleaning the entire stay. No clean towels, had to reuse towels from previous day. Breakfast was lacking in items. Staff did not refill items that were there.
