The air conditioning was not working in our room, thermostat said 37 degrees when reported to staff they were rude, we had to really make a fuss to get moved to another room

The room was very spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. Good quality pillows, the air-conditioning was already running making it very pleasant on arrival, especially in Murcia when it was 43°c outside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, this will definitely be my first choice for my next visit.

An excellent and enjoyable stay for a birthday weekend city break in the heart of Murcia. The room and views of the river were amazing as was the very complete breakfast. Many thanks for you birthday gift also it was much appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and also the beautiful nighttime river walk in front of the hotel. We look forward to returning soon.

The hotel is super nice, service, breakfast, the staff went the mile giving us access to another of their hotels with a pool. The only comment was the air conditioning in our room that seemed not to work properly as it doesn't cool down as expected. We requested 2 times to review but no change. It looks like the temp is set up at 26c. Other than that...great stay for 2.nights.

We stayed for 2 nights a a short city break earlier this week. We do this often and this hotel was very impressive. From the moment we entered, the staff were great! The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully presented and with a great choice. The only complaint i would have was that the hot food breakfast items were barely warm. It wouldn't stop me from booking again tho!

Overall this is a good hotel with central location. Our room was spacious, peaceful and breakfast was better than expected (even some veggies available). Shower and towels were on good level. AC was too complex to use, and there was basically no ventilation in the bathroom. Cheap toilet paper was absolutely rubbish.

Unfortunately we stayed on the 24th of December, when all the restaurants in the city closed after lunch. We decided to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, called Arrozante. The hotel had signs up to announce that since it was the 24th of december, the restaurant would close early, at 8pm. When we got in there and asked the waiter if he spoke english, he said no and just turned around and continued doing whatever. We went to the reception, and a staff member came with us, and then the waiter said that the restaurant closed at 6pm. A 4-star hotel should definetly have a better operator for their restaurant. Unfortunately this spoiled our overall view of the hotel...

The hotel is a short walk to the centre located next to the canal. Check in was very good. The bed is very comfortable and rooms are modern. On the downside the room to room isolation is light. We could hear the upstairs neigbour in her heels and the neighbour on the right talking loudly on his phone in the evening (maybe a female voice does not carry over as much…). On the positive again the window / street isolation is very good. There was a wedding and barely any sound travelled to the second floor. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices ! Overall I recommend

A very nice hotel, nicely located, one can walk 5-7 min and be in the town. excellent staff, big, spacious and extremely clean. The whole hotel smells nice and rooms are big. one can have nice sleep on super comfy beds and with fully working ACs. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants modern amenities and location. The best part was BREAKFAST!! so much variety to cater whole family from kids to elderly family members. The variety covered all sort of dietary requirements also i.e. you can have variety of milks, breads, spreads, fruits and drinks etc. One can't go wrong by choosing this Hotel.

Easy accessible by car. City Center in walking distance. Nice Lobby, big room (had superior). Parking was 17€ per day. Thin walls and the shower making a mess if you are not careful are the only negativ points.
