The room was not really clean. I guess you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was excellent. They had a variety of food choices every morning. Dining staff was great
Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and smelled great when we arrived. The maid service was lacking. We stayed for 11 days and had maid service only twice.

The room was okay-ish..The tv remote didnt work so it was stuck on MTV and the front desk doesnt answer the phone when you call them from ypur room. The wall paper was peeling in quite a few places, the carpet in the hallways reaked of vomit. The beds were older spring beds by not the worst. No bugs so that was a plus. The free breakfast wqsnt bad either. It wasnt the worst stay but it also wasnt great.

Property was disgusting and smelled. All the fixtures in my room was loose and coming off.. the staff doesn't speak English and there was no water pressure on the shower. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and the ac/ heat unit smelled horrible and was loud. There was a homeless encampment right behind the hotel parking lot. This property did dot feel safe.

We booked this property because of reviews and also the pool and hot tub. Sadly, the hot tub wasn't working, there were no towels available for the pool although the attendant did go get some. When we asked for a check out receipt we were told they were unable to provide one because we booked through you. I told them I've always received a receipt when I've booked through Hotels.com.

Hotel needs to be updated, shows a lot of wear.

Very old and ran down. Homeless outside and rooms smelled very musky. Like spraying something to cover up animal smell. Place is old. However lady at the front desk tried to accommodate and fix it but couldn't its to ran down. Rates should be no more than 30 a night if that.

There was garbage around the room. Furniture was dirty and grubby

Owners and staff were friendly, but room did not get cleaned when requested. Main area/dining were clean but room was "tired and worn" and sometimes the hallway smelled bad. Neighbors had a fight one night and there are squatters on the property immediately behind the hotel, which made me very uncomfortable.

This hotel needs to be torn down. It is pet friendly and you definitely can tell no one has cleaned after all the pets that have stayed there. I left with horrible allergies and I will not be coming back

Would not recommend this place to any friends or family. I’m not sure why this place is even an option unless you are homeless. I definitely would have preferred to get refunded and stay somewhere else.
Pros: A/C was working, sheltered from the outside, staff was somewhat friendly
Cons: Earwigs, flies, spiders, blood stains on the mattress/walls/ceilings, stains on the sheets and towels, awful smell, poor condition of the shower, cops were called to evict guests, addicts in and outside of the building, hot tub was broken, mold all over the pool cover

The outside of the property looked great! Seemed well maintained and the area was nice and clean. The inside was a whole different story. The room we stayed in was in severe need of repairs. The constant array of bad oders throughout the hotel was disgusting. I have NEVER seen a choice hotel in this bad of shape. I will be contacting the corporate office with photos. The tack strip for the carpet was exposed going into the bathroom and it looked like an animal had shredded the carpet in that area. Our AC unit was loud and squeaky, the TV had a constant flicker on every station. There was white stuff on the wall in the bathroom, the wood desk and night tables had a lot of the finish missing off them. The chair at the desk was being held together with safety pins and a zip tie because the fabric on the back was tore almost all the way off. The smell was of rancid fried oil and body odor and then a putrid smell of cat urine on the 2nd floor. Just gross. Don't stay here!

We checked in, they gave us a key, and we went up to unpack. We unlocked the door to find it chained and immediately got yelled at by a different guest who was already using that room. We hurried back downstairs to let the desk know. They were very confused, and it looked like they were keeping track of guests and rooms on a little piece of paper. They gave us a new room. It had two full beds instead 9( out reserved queen bed, I almost immediately stepped in something sticky and ruined my sock, and there was no chain on the door, so if they mistakenly assigned someone our room again, there’d be nothing stopping them from barging in. At this point I felt a bit unsafe, but it was midnight and at that point we didn’t want to find a new hotel. The desk got us another new room with a chain on the door and a queen bed. I am grateful that the staff was apologetic and able to accommodate us in the end, but these mistakes were unacceptable and dangerous. Everything else was what you’d expect from a cheap hotel. Room was hot off and on and the AC woke us up multiple times. Bed was fine. Breakfast was actually pretty good.

There needs to be some sort of law where their pictures are updated every year
Hotel smelled of sewer, and our toilet wouldn't flush. Made the best of it for the night, but would not recommend.

The staff is friendly enough. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, from the floors and walls, to the shower and bedding, everything was dirty and felt grimey. Sheets pillow cases and blankets were not washed in I don't know how long. A lot of police and drug activity on the premises. But they didn't hand bed bugs so that was the only redeemable quality. K

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. But key cards worked only 50% of the time and constantly had to be reset. Bedsheets were obviously not changed or they were just permanently stained. We are still itching from our stay. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana and cat piss. Plenty of drug activity in the parking lot, cops even came by to assess some loitering. Very scary experience overall and would not recommend unless they make some changes. Wasn’t worth saving the the $20 or so that other hotels charge in the area.

No elevator, got to the room and no Wifi sign in, so tried to call on the house phone, no luck, went down to front desk and asked and he said "We don't have phone service and no need for sign in code". No wash clothes in room, second day drapes open, no new towels, no bed made and a pair of dirty socks missing. On a brighter note, the woman in the breakfast area was a breath of fresh air

The rooms are nothing like those pictured on the website. The hole place smelt like marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was a large gap in the door frame, whole in the carpet between the bathroom and the room, no bedcovers. One bed didn’t have anything but the sheets on it. The back door was left propped open with a rock so anyone could enter. The marijuana and cigarette smoke seeping into the room all night. The beds were horrible with the sides breaking down and the center of them broken in. The toilet didn’t flush right. We left as early as possible to get a room elsewhere. Asked for a refund and they took additional money out instead of refunding. It was literally the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. The rooms stink and I’m sure they are not clean. They caused my baby to have an asthma attack. This is suppose to be a smoke free place but definitely is not. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!

This was a very nice place, but my rating was because the air conditioner did not work very well. Everything else was great, including a hot breakfast (a bit of a nice surprise.)

Very friendly staff and a great room with a refrigerator and microwave. Only downside was the terrible mattress and the appliances in the breakfast room failing. Hotel was in a great location and fulfilled our need to get around Salt Lake City.

I usually like SleepInn locations but this one was just awful and so poorly managed. I booked 2 rooms for the night as we’re traveling through to Arizona. As soon as we entered our rooms it smelt like mold and we immediately noticed there BUGS EVERYWHERE. In both rooms. They were on the ceilings, beds, tables, everywhere!! Not only that but was obvious signs that the beds weren’t cleaned as there was c*m stains on one of the beds. We asked to be moved rooms and while they did accommodate us, the next rooms weren’t any better as they smelt even worst and one room even smelt like vomit. I would never come back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Please stay away!!!!

The propert was dirty and very unsafe. Our friends rooms had holes that had exposed wires and our bathroom had mold on the walls. We had to check out early to not have to put up with it
