Very nice room. Clean and large.

This place was creepy, dirty rooms, I found nails on the rug from previous guest. Bathroom was dirty. Looks old and smells bad. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds I ever stayed in. The check in was fast but finding elevators, parking and our room was hard. Hallways were dark and made it creepy. Did not enjoy it at all will not come back.

Not bad but also not good. Very outdated. Basically a 2 star hotel for a 4 star price

There were so many things wrong: Housekeeping came unannounced, then didn't come on days that I needed them; the microwave had to be swapped out; the coffee maker stopped working; the elevator could not be summoned from the ground floor; parking lot in back of hotel was very noisy with road repair crews using it as a base; there was a stench coming from a wing on the ground floor.

Convenient location. Had a weird vibe. For example, there was no furniture in the entire lobby. Room was very average but lacked some things you’d expect like towel hooks in the bathroom. Seemed like a hotel that was on the decline.

Lines in parking lot barely visible to park properly, lobby was empty and no signage informing guests they were doing the floor, lobby store empty of any supplies, website said lunch and dinner available at restaurant attached next door but it was closed with no explanation and banner was hanging out front as if it were open. Room was average, worn furniture, overstuffed pillows, had to hold handle to flush toilet, dead bugs between shower curtain and liner, shower head non adjustable and sprayed everywhere, TV had no signal so could not watch and remote control had no cover on the batteries. Not even continental breakfast provided for $132 charge for 1 night. Shame motel could be brought up to speed and breakfast provided to make it a better place to stay.
When I went to check out at 9am next morning when attendant came to counter did not say good morning or hello just "are you checking in?" very bluntly, who checks in at 9am, not there policy. Could have just asked how may I help you and let me answer. I handed my room key cards in the sleeve with room number boldly printed on it and still got asked what was your room number, I just pointed to sleeve since I just wanted to leave. I also walked a distance from elevator to lobby and someone had spilled coffee on the hard surface flooring all the way, I told the desk attendant and all the room issues and she responded the typical worker way, I'm sorry, No I will let someone know or any explanation?

The front desk was as helpful as he could be. The entire hotel had a musty dirty smell. On our way to the room, the smell worsened. There were multiple leaks in the hallway causing huge stains on the carpet. The room was really dark even with all the lights on and smelled worse than the entry. The sheets had blood stains on it and the bathroom was dirty. Our room was switched due to the sheets, but the smell was still really bad. I wasnt able to find any other available hotel due to the time so we dealt with what we had. The next town was too far to drive to at 11 at night. Next time I'll book in advance to find a better hotel or sleep in my car.

Fridge wasn’t plugged in, so wasn’t cold. Plugged it in and it didn’t work! All of our cold items were luke warm in the morning.
Plug on the light by the bed didn’t work, so had to charge my phone with a portable battery.

The person that checks in had a bad attitude and couldn't have cared less about her job. Our room absolutely reeked of body odor, very strong and disgusting. The place is falling apart, missing rails in stairways, nasty carpets in halls and room, out dated and tacky. The bathroom was dirty and the water didn't get close to warm. The shower head sucked. I will never stay here and do not recommend it to anyone. They should be ashamed at the prices they charge for such a slum of a hotel.

Quick and convent, affordable for that area!

Two of my work laborers stayed for a night with a large commercial vehicle- plenty of parking, friendly staff- they loved the stay and the hotel on site.

Front desk staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean, but bathroom door had hole in it as well as the wall behind it.

Good location, right off of I-70, easy access to local attractions. Hotel is older and needs refurbished. Does not appear they are reinvesting in the property.

We were there for 1 night only. We were upgraded for the room with the lake view and the restaurant beside it eas really convenient. But the pool was not available when we went.

Checked into our room and our toilet didn’t flush, as evidenced by the prior guests feces in the toilet. How that was missed by housekeeping before checking in new guests is a mystery. We were moved to a different room with a worse view and a toilet that did flush, but spouted water like a geyser when doing so. Room and facilities were all in disrepair, and dramatically inferior to photos on Expedia and the hotel website. ‘Not So Grand’ Hotel would be a more applicable hotel name.

An exquisitely average experience. The hotel is fine, nothing terrible about it but nothing special either. Lots of strange little cosmetic things about the hotel that make you think it’s kind of crappy. Missing outlet covers, in the room and outside. Construction equipment parked in the parking area but, clearly not in use. An old camper and old cars in the parking lot that clearly have not moved in quite some time. The pool area is fine, but also just average at best

Workout room was nice but no weights. Did have treadmills and an all in one machine.

What great stay. Beside 1 tv not working, the rest of room was great.

We were only here for one day and we wanted to actually stay another night. We had a very tight schedule, but we will come back to this hotel again. Natalie the front desk reception was exceptional and i even asked for the lake view and she was able to accommodate us and since we were traveling with family, she put our rooms side by side. Thank you Natalie!

We found this place with a last minute search when exploring the area and were very glad we ignored the negative reviews. The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Literally our only “complaint” was that the shower was a little tricky to get a good temp.

I liked the mexican restaurant that was there. However, when you go to book online, it says breakfast is available, and then at check in, found out they don't serve breakfast at all. Thats a big incentive when looking. There was no coffee available in the room either. Pool was nice.

Great location. Property is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The room had an unpleasant odor and the overal facility looked worn. But for the price, i guess it is to be expected. I would not want to stay more than 1 night here.

Room is nice and clean but backdoor entrance is littered with smoking litter ans bird poop. Picture of property much nicer than actuality. Motel abuts a large Ramada Inn so area crowded but was quiet

Spacious lobby and common seating areas with comfy chairs, oversized gas fireplaces, and an adjacent bar with a shuffle board and foosball make it a place to unwind outside of one's room. Nice hot tub but outdoor pool wasn't sufficiently heated. Shuttle service to the various slopeside villages was a very welcome service.

The hotel itself was fine. Our room had a very strong curry odor upon entering. So bad that we wanted to switch rooms. We went to the front desk about 5 minutes after check in and he told us that since we already “used” the room and housekeeping was off for the day, that we could not move rooms. We had to sleep with the window open all night to keep the odor at bay. The pool area and hot tub were nice. One guy at the front was super friendly. Convenient to I-70 and the town of Frisco and many ski resorts.

Restaurant closed. Old chipped furniture. Confusing layout. No coffee available. Knock it down, because it’s an eyesore too.
6.0
It is in a great location and easy to get into town and to the ski resorts.
The water in the hot tub was hot but it was somewhat in a state of disrepair and the water level was low most days overall that wasn’t bad the pool was a little bit cold, but I enjoyed the cold water.
I parked in the back and it was a great location in terms of distance from my room, but the back parking lot was a little bit in disrepair, and it was quite a bit muddy and on shoveled on most of the days
The value of what you get for this hotel wasn’t bad, but I was hoping for a little bit higher quality stay my room was not bad and the staff maintained it during the week while I was staying there.
