Hotel is run down. Carpets are filthy. It’s either freezing cold or blaring hot. When you try to reach out to the hotel manager, there is never a reply. For the price, the hotel is a complete joke . Our room was almost 80 degrees and we were told there was nothing they could do.

The water only worked 1 out of the 3 days we were in the hotel. We had to use different bathrooms in the middle of the night because of no water. I was unable to shower during the entire stay. They told me on Saturday the issue would be resolved soon. It was resolved for a couple hours then we were left with no water again. When I called to find out what was happening the first time, they said it would be fixed soon and that was it. When the water went out again, they did not take any measures to accommodate guests. The hotel was empty so this was reasonable. I also had to request a refund for the wtr park that I still have yet to get due to the water being freezing cold. This was not an issue with the hotel pool that was already included in the trip. So we asked for a refund & went to the pool. The hotel offered a 15% discount which I also did not get yet.

The employees were very friendly. The accommodations were clean, both the main Town Center and our room. The scenery was beautiful this time of year with the leaves changing. The location is convenient to a lot of the Poconos attractions. The only two things that were inconvenient were having to drive to the Town Center to use the pool and the lack of trolleys (carts) to get our luggage up to our room on the third floor. Other than those two items, we would definitely stay there again .

Aged water park resort most likely for families with kids. The Wi-Fi internet was nearly non-functional. I could not take a zoom call from my room. I would not stay here again

We enjoyed our stay here, staff is friendly, food is good an at a reasonable price. We took some bikes and went around the property and the split rock monument at the forest, it was nice and lots of fresh air

It’s a nice conveniently located hotel. Rooms are clean and nice. There is nice bar and karaoke nights. Restaurant/ cafe food is decent Things that were surprising- no coffee makers in the rooms and no complimentary coffee in AM. Unrelated to the hotel- the indoor waterpark is very small - good for very small children.

My family and I had an amazing stay. Robert made sure our stay went well. Andres was helpful with anything we needed. We stayed by Lake Harmony. We had good views of the lake from our room. We do look forward to booking another stay in the future.

We asked for a remote for the Television on Fri. about 10pm when we came in from dinner. Front desk said they'd send someone. Sat. at 830am we asked again. After we came back around 1230pm still no remote. We went to the front desk. I believe they brought it about 130pm. I understand the season is slow at this point. We don't watch a lot of TV. However it was raining and we just wanted to rest for a bit. Ultimately we left at 5pm Saturday. Our stay was until Sunday. Would we visit again, probably not.

we had a good time there, being in the main building is very convenient and there are several food options inside, heard they were going to make an update on the movie theater, so I will check that out later on!

Good location, the rooms are large and clean, there is plenty of space to walk and be in contact with nature. The check in was fast and the staff was very friendly.

I didnt know the water park was so small. My kids room didn't have no remote. We requested for a remote the whole stay never received it. Staff would mislead us wrong info. But overall no major complaints

Please do not spend your money here . Where should I start first I drove 4 hrs just to relax . Jacuzzi was cold couldn’t go in and pool and all ammenities had a private party so could not use arcade at certain time , bowling alley same ridiculous. If I knew that I would never have booked . Sheets were dirty, phone did not work , cabinets falling off, hair dryer does not work , kitchen area burnt on the wall. Absolutely horrible would like a refund I wanted to be stress free but this caused me more stress

Tv could barely see it was static. Garbage in hallways all Day from rooms even at 745 pm. All phone charging ports in room broken. The blinds in room didn’t work at all so had to stay open all day and night. Love sun waking me at 6 am and no privacy was on first floor. Worst place I ever stayed. Told front desk when dropping cards off all they said is dorry

The price was decent for what we got a lot of people and i had knats in our rooms other than that my kids and i were satisfied with our room. My dad and stepmother paid the hold fee and still their room was given away. The ceilings should be fixed especiallyin the pool are. They kept taking the free coffee away downstairs for some reason. Prices of food were ridiculous. $15 for 6 little wings no fries included. My kids enjoyed themselves and thats all that basically matters. My price was good and staff were good as well. Just some areas need working on because its a resort not just a hotel. Overall, theres great chance we'll return hopefully there arent many drunk people again they were loud and arguing drunk and smoking inside the pool are as if they couldnt read the rules.

They really seem to be trying to improve the property but some of the basics are missing. We had to get towels for the room and the room was never serviced. The pool seemed to run out of towels and the water park was mostly shut down (only one open slide). The staff was really lovely and helpful but they need more help or better oversight and management.

False advertisement. This place charges you like you're at a real resort, but you are not. One restaurant that people said the food was not good at. Water park has one slide, a wave pool running and a kiddy pool area. Everything else is out of order. They tote all these bras and restaurants but only one bar in the main building and and we only saw maybe 2 other bars in the lodge housing area. Which the lodge is super old looking and has no ac in the one restaurant area there. My room had no power outletnworking in bathroom along with toilet paper dispenser on wall broken. The blanket was more like a sheet. I had to ask for a blanket. Thankfully i took blankets from home for my kids. Crappy pillows i had to go to walmart and buy some. Very very small fridge. No microwave in room. Had to ask for ice container and hangers. Also the indoor pool in the lodge was out of order. Apart from all of this negativity the staff is excellent and they deserve all the credit. Property owners really have some nerve charging what they charge for a rundown place like this. 8th owner by the way. NEVER AGAIN. Wish i could get my money back

Check in was a hassle. They take forever to find rooms and don’t know how to communicate. They actually don’t say anything. You have to ask for the manager to find out what is taking so long. Manager on staff was very helpful thankfully. Rooms were comfortable for our stay.

They asked me for extra fees $49 per person to access the swimming pool, the accommodation's included swimming pools are out of services, terrible customer service, no towels, they told me that Expedia customers has no access to the breakfast because they paying less than the hotel rates

Not the best visit. Been going for years, but ownership has changed. Yiu get charged activity fees, but two of the three advertised pools were not available. The mini-golf course was not working. The beach for the lake was more stone and goose poop, then sand. One towel in the room for four people. No wash clothes. Ice cube tray had holes so water leaked into the refrigerator. Drain flies were constant in the room. The HD tv's had analog cable. Internet was slow and unrealiable. Pool tables had broken bumbers, chipped balls. The H2O water park connected to the hotel had 4 broken/closed areas and only 3 available. I could go on, but its frustrating because concerns expressed were treated as if they didn't care amd nothing they can do. Literally told, hopefully things will be fixed for your next visit. Dont see that happening for any of their properties world wide.

I did in one night stay, at first I was very skeptical about staying base on the reviews I read, but my husband insisted it's just one night The checking area was dusty and dirty, the staff was not welcoming no one greeted upon entering the property I realized it was an older resort, but it's no excuse for the filthy check in appearance of the first place you to do your meet and greet. I realized it was for a certain class of people, I would not stay there again or recommend my friends or family to stay there Horrible Dirty Resort!

The room in the pictures is not what we recieved. There was no housekeeping that ever came to our room during our 3 night 4 days stay. Half of the electrical outlets did not work. There were young kids in the hot tubs at all times unattended by adults. Overall not a great experience.

DO NOT BOOK! Our stay was in July I’ve called multiple times and the Expedia support team tried to reach out to the resort for a refund still NO response or refund. Full story: I made a last minute reservation with this resort as part of my family reunion trip. The resort is very out dated. Barely any air conditioning at any of the facilities. My room had no A/C and no windows when I requested a new room. I was told the resort was completely booked and maintenance never showed up to fix the A/C. We ended up leaving the hotel and requested a refund.

You can tell they don’t up keep the property. Everything was out dated and dirty. Staff aren’t friendly. The front desk guy blatantly ignore me when I was trying to check in.
