This hotel is in a great position to explore the town. It’s nearby most attractions and the river. I managed to use the public parking underneath and it was a great help. It’s clean and modern and very comfortable

We had a nice, relatively new room on the fourth floor, however most of the hotel looks very dated and run down. A very busy hotel, definitely time for a makeover. Staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel staff are great, it’s Expedia that’s horrible. You didn’t include our daughter in reservation, so they charged extra to set up a sofa bed. Then the change in dates didn’t get communicated so I’m needing to make those arrangements myself. You’re supposed to represent travelers in these foreign bookings, but didn’t do your job

We stayed one night with our labrador in the room. Nice lication for a good walk in the city center and aling the river. Good breakfast but a bit annoying that we were affected by a fire alarm, so we had to spend half an hour on the street - the staff handled the situation in a good way.

The breakfast is fantastic lots of variety and tasty. The bathroom was so so and the shampoo was never refilled in my room. I even took the bottle out and put it on the counter for the cleaning staff. The towels are threadbare. Luckily I had some extra of my own. The location is great walking distance to everything.

I think this property can be excellent. Food is very good. But, it needs some work, and the staff are helpful, but not necessarily experienced. I do not think this hotel is unusual post-pandemic, and I believe this can be a very good property with the proper care.

O atendimento nao foi bom, somos idosos colocaram em quarto com acesso pela escada, nao feita linpeza no quarto. Custo beneficio ruim. The service was not good, we are elderly, they were put in a room with access via the stairs, the room was not cleaned. Bad value for money

I and my company have stayed many times., many rooms booked. But always take many requests to get things done if at all, and they are very inflexible. But it is in a good location, and breakfast is very good. On our regular visits to Würzburg, will be taking our business elsewhere and for our visit in early this December. We must over the years booked approx over 150 rooms nights Roland

The best things about our stay were the location and staff- very friendly and helpful. The biggest downside is the hotel feels quite rundown and in need of some renovation (ex. the downstairs area leading to the pool).

My wife and loved the hotel. It is located close to everything so you can walk into Old Town or even to the fortress. Breakfast had a great selection and was fantastic. Front desk staff were friendly and professional this hotel is highly recommended.

I have stayed here before. The property is very convenient to both the train station and the down town. walking distance to both. The hotel is not as well maintained as you would hope. Upon check in, the curtain in the room was hanging off the hook. They fixed it sort of, but should not be like that. They have a refrigerator, but nothing in it. You have to walk down to the main desk to get anything that would be in it. Not convenient or friendly. I didn't expect clean towels every day, but making up the bed would not kill them. On the positive side. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety and long hours.
