Nice staff

I luv that you are a pet friendly hotel with well lit and attractive property. The room was comfortable - my only complaint would be the rather sad looking pillows… esp on a king bed- they were small and a bit lumpy. I also think the jacuzzi “tubs” are a bit tough to climb into for a shower.. I will check next time if walk in showers are available

The staff were great! Super customer service. The pool being out of service was a bit of a disappointment.

We picked this hotel to stay at during our recent roadtrip specifically for their pool so that the kids can get some of their energy out. I prepaid and booked it. Once we arrived there was a sign on the pool door saying it was closed due to maintenance. I asked the clerk at the front desk how long it would be closed for and he did not know. We could see through the glass door that everything looked normal so I’m not sure what kind of maintenance they were doing. Once we entered our room we were hit with a smell of mildew, thankfully I had Lysol to spray. The beds were actually comfy, so if all you are in need of is a place to your head its alright.

I booked our stay based on the advertisement of swimming pool. It was out of order. There was no drain plug for the bathtub. The hair dryer did not work. Otherwise, our stay was as expected.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was priced well, but 1) pool was closed, 2) one super rude guy vs a great guy at the front desk, 3) key stopped working and rude front desk guy blamed me, 4) one day the waffles were inedible and another day they were great. Basically, it was uneven. There was no room cleaning until you left.

The service was excellent, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. However, the cleanliness was sub par and though we stayed in a “non-smoking” room, we were surrounded by a couple smoking rooms and it made the hallways smell very strongly of smoke.

Filthy room. Smelled awful. Clerk was rude and offered no remorse for their cleanliness

Property met my needs for a quick one night stay. In particular Brianna at the front desk in the morning was outstanding! Friendly, very helpful, very pleasant.

Room was old, but clean. Jacuzzi tub in room but it did not work and pool was akso closed. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Check in was quick and efficient.

The price was right but, you get what you pay for, TV was dirty, mirror wasn't clean, bathtub was slimy on the bottom, shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The breakfast was not good, they don't serve toast at all! Was very disappointed.

The fridge was very very old and leaked and it had a funny smell there was a bandaid holding g the remote together. The other ppl was not available because not maintenance and that was why we choose the hotel. It was clean and the staff was great

This is an older hotel with few to no recent updates. In the first room the bed frame was broken. I was given another room across the hall. The bed frame was fine but as I inspected the bed I found a cigarette burn hole in the comforter and a blood stain on the mattress. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in several areas and the “clean” bath mat was damp as if it had been used and not replaced from the previous guest. Amenities—none to shout from the roof about. The pool was closed with no explanation as to why. The secure side entrances were left unlocked all night. Breakfast was minimal and lackluster. For the price I paid I expected more. Won’t be back to this one.

Pool closed

There were a number of issues with the room. 1. The refrigerator didn't work. 2. The TV didn't work. 3. The iron didn't work. 4. Several of the outlets didn't work. 5. We placed a hand towel on the towel rack in the bathroom and the whole rack came completely off the wall. Really not sure how this hotel was rated 8.2/10.

It was old and smelled of mildew. TV didnt work. Microwave didn't work. Tub was disgusting.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Fast checkin.

Room was dirty ,sheets had wholes and stains . Will not go back .
