Room had spackled counter top, spackled bathroom door patch, hole in wall. Pulled curtain open to outside to see debri. Paid extra for refrigerator and freezer was so compacted with ice. Couldnt use it.

We had cockroaches in the washroom, lamps that were above bedside were so dirty that the dust kept falling on us. One of the worst hotel I have stayed in.

My room was spacious, no fridge . I liked having a small table to snack at and do some work. However, the cleanliness of the room was an issue. Hair all over the place, floors not even vacuumed and I think the towels were not fresh they were folded and stacked as if they were but unfortunately a huge stain ? Makeup was on the large towels. The toilet I had to wash myself and the outlet next to the sink didn't work for the hairdryer.

I booked for a room with a microwave and fridge upon arriving there I was told I will have to pay an extra $10 per day for the duration of my stay if I want a room with microwave and fridge. I saw a roach in the room went to the receptionist and told her I needed to change the room she said okay but this would be the last time changing my room i then told her it wasn’t my fault they had roaches she said yea she understands but she won’t change it for me next time if I had the same issues. The bathroom was disgusting everything was just not it.

Check in was easy and quiet. But the room was not cleaned well. And only one light in the room worked. It’s poor maintenance. They clean the rooms every day. Allegedly. Shouldn’t they notice only one light in the room works ? Never shown

The light switch in the room did not work... then the room smelled like smoke.... then the bathroom had hair everywhere... then the sink was dirty... then the toilet seat was dirty with urine from another customer.... then the ceiling was caving in above the shower.... then the shower clogged so the tub did mot drain after use. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning. This was room 111.

An average hotel at a good location. In the afternoon of July 4th, a holiday, extremely loud drilling started in the room right below. I had to go downstairs and ask the two guys to please stop as it was impossible to rest. They did. Next morning at ten, same thing. I went to front desk, asked about it. The manager lady said yes they are working, but that was it. No prior announcement to guests in adjacent rooms, no apology whatsoever, no what can we do for you to alleviate, nothing. Maybe rules are different in India, but here in the US paying customers expect a whole different attitude. Thus I cannot recommend the place, as it is not worthy of the Wyndham or Ramada brands.

There should be a fridge and a microwave in the room. Other than that it was good location. You can drive to path train station $19 for parking on weekenda and take the underground to time squares.

The person in charge of checking in was very rude and got angry because I asked if I could pay the deposit in cash and she rudely grabbed the money and raised her voice. Honestly, to be honest, I don't want to return to this hotel, and the room smells like smoke marijuana. And The door was very difficult to open, very tight

Not a great area if you like to go out walking. Definitely need a vehicle. Older rooms but they’re working on updating them (we see workers here daily). Breakfast was basic but enough to get by on. Staff is super friendly and polite and housekeeping does a great job. Don’t come here thinking you’re getting luxury but for the price it’s great. The beds are comfortable, good water pressure and no lack of hot water.

All I required was a room with a refrigerator, yet when I checked in a 9pm after a 10 hour workday. I was given a room on 2nd floor NO ELEVATOR!!!! Went back to front desk waited 1 hour for service ONLY to be told I’d have to upgrade for another $10 to larger room to get the refrigerator I rented the room originally. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything let alone a work trip

Not-so-good. The bathroom door was broken and we would get trapped in there. There were food stains splattered on the bed and sheets. Someone was on the balcony. It was difficult getting towels. Our room has three guests and they would only give two large towels. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana. The breakfast was not good. The majority of the food was sliced bread, watered down coffee, old fruit and bagels. I was very disappointed with the accommodations and the lack of customer service.

Inexpensive. Good location on 46 But also sad. Rusty towel rack. Smell of air freshener and stale cigarettes. The woman at the front desk who greeted me was miserable although the young woman and man who also worked the desk at various times were very friendly

I enjoyed my stay there. Would have stayed longer if the price didn't change so drastically. The only reason we left is because Essence was cheaper for the weekly rates. It was definitely comfortable and although we took a room without a refrigerator and microwave we still had a comfortable stay. I love the convenience that they provide as far as the Dove body wash and hair products. They had everything else we needed. My fiancee and I were very happy. Id definitely go back and I recommend this facility for a nice, quiet, relaxing Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff attitude need adjustment, they talk to customers as if they own them, not sure about honesty , they demand that I pay with credit card when I refuse they asked for $50 deposit, when time for check out she mad me Waite 20 minutes so she go and inspect the rooms . Never again

I booked this hotel for my sister and she was disappointed with them. They charged her 22.00 for two towels and a sheet so she got 18.00 out of her 50.00 deposit. That is just ridiculous
