A perfect getaway and everyday starts with a scrumptious breakfast to super charge your day and the wait staff actually caters to you rather than discouraging you and trying to run you off like some hotels. It’s a stones throw from down town Addison actually in walking distance.

It was a peaceful stay. I will stay there again

Upon checking in there was a huge roach on the bedroom floor. The pull out sofa bed did not come with any blankets/sheets/pillows. I had to go to the front office to get them. The bedroom door did not have a lock on the door but you could see where there was one at one point of time. Our room bed did not have a comforter and only had sheet and thin wool type blanket which seemed unusual. I've stayed at many Hyatt house and other Hyatt brand hotels over the course of many stays. This has got to be the worse one up to date. Also charging for parking this far away from downtown seems a bit nickle and diming the customer especially when it wasn't really mentioned until check in.

The room was dirty when we got there the hotel staff stole my brand new iPad. They then charged us for parking when we didn’t even bring a car. Lots of screaming and yelling in the parking lot at night. This is not in a very safe part of town.

Room was fine but the fridge didn't have a bin for the ice (the ice maker wasn't working anyway), the WIFI wasn't working so I had to use my hotspot for my laptop and the TV signal was poor so I couldn't watch it without the program freezing or blackout completely. I've stayed multiple times at this place and never had all these issues. Hopefully, it was just a one-off occurrence.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, there were no towels in my room. I had to walk outside to the registration building to request towels and dishes because the phone in my room wasn't working. Also, the 2nd day of my stay house keeping came in my room but didnt clean up anything. They took my used towels, but did not replace them with clean towels so I had to walk to main building a 2nd time to request clean towels.

The room was nice sized Sadly the room was very unclean and could have at least been vacuumed Was afraid to let the baby down on the carpets. The couch pillows had white stains on them(hoping not someone's unborn kids) There was appeared to be bloody boogers on the wall. Was very disappointed this was a Hyatt property. Breakfast was a new experience. A guest was helpful making waffles and harassing guest he later had an episode of milk shooting out his oral and nasal cavity all over the floor. No one came to clean it up so I assume it will be there for a while. It was disturbing to say the least .

Everything went wrong all day on this trip - until we got to the hotel. The young man and lady were both so polite and friendly. It eased us at the end of a long day. While there were a couple of maintenance issues that could be addressed (carpet fraying at transition to hard flooring and being duct taped and rusty towel holders in shower) the overall stay was nice. Look forward to coming back.

Oven broken, flush broken. Tv broken too. We ask to fixe that but nobody came.
We pay a lot but we didn’t have a good service

The hotel itself is clean, as is the grounds. Dollar value is acceptable....but the management staff could care less about your stay. They are hard to deal with and are arrogant with no social skills and hide behind outdated policy. Recently a new person is in charge and hopefully can rectify the attitude of the staff.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I got a 2 bedroom suite with a small kitchen area. It was very clean for the most part and did not have a smell. I only wish that they did not have carpet because it looked a bit stained. Breakfast was very nice. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so pleasant during my entire stay from the front desk staff to the housekeeping ladies. I loved it here

The room that I was moved to had a mild moldy smell. The TV in the king room did not work. I was very disappointed in this Hyatt property and will not use any other Hyatt properties.
Sincerely Sad.

This was overall a very good stay for a reunion with a friend. However… I’ve booked on Hotels.com, which told me there was a restaurant. There was not. It says there is a bar, but there’s really not – Only some liquor behind the desk. There was not a single towel in the room, so I had to go ask at the desk. Hotels.com also said parking available, but it did not say it was a steep $12 per night. The staff was kind enough to comp our parking after I pointed this out. The rooms were wonderful. I’d stay again.

The hotel never provided any housekeeping. We stayed in the hotel for a week and were left with dirty bed sheets, dirty towels and no cleaning whatsoever. When we reported to the front desk, they said they’ll send housekeeping the following day and they never came. Same story for 7 days straight during the entire stay. Definitely don’t recommend, really poor on all fronts.

The property is a renovated apartment complex. The walls are thin. The sleeping arrangements allowed for a family of 4 - with teenager kids to get one room rather than have to pay for 2.

It was slightly run down and a little dirty. Overall it was worth the value

Love the room, it was like a small apartment and the bed was very comfortable. It has a full kitchen but the dishes in the cupboard needed washing and only one fork. The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. We did enjoy our stay and the employees were amazing!

The room next to mine was up all night drinking and being loud I wanted to rest but could not stay I ended up going to Hilton around the corner !

Neatness! More like an apartment and not hotel room.

Check in took a while. No one at the front desk. The room was listed on Hotels.com as having a bathtub. They told me none of their one bedrooms have bathtubs. The pool was being filled and had pretty cloudy water.

Breakfast was good but a hassle to get to due to the waffle machine always having someone waiting to make waffles

The only thing I'd mention is that there were flying/biting bugs in the rooms.

We have stayed at this property for at least 10 years and it has been going down hill the past few years. The rooms are older and rundown looking, the kitchen was not stocked with enough utensils and glasses. There were 2 microwaves so guessing one was broken. There was a leak in the ceiling. We like the space but the beds were very soft - could use new mattresses. The breakfast was fair at best.
Makes me sad because we use to love staying here.
The customer service was good although you had to come to the front desk to pick up towels as there were not enough in one of the bathrooms.

The young lady at the front desk. She was very very nice.

Lobby and pool area were excellent but the room is dated and furniture uncomfortable. No smart TV's. Carpet was a dull brown which made the room feel drab.

Seems like it might have been a former apt complex that was renovated? My single room was actually a suite—super-big, with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closet and very generous bathroom space. Everything was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked (shampoo, condition, body soap, etc, as well as dishes and glasses in the kitchen). An extremely good value for the rate I paid.

I’ve stayed at many Hyatt Houses and this location barely lives up to the brand standard.
Rather than a traditional hotel where all rooms are in a single building, this hotel has a bunch of 3 story buildings (with no elevators) forming a circular shape around the pool. This feels more like an apartment complex than a hotel. I feel many other guests used this hotel for short term housing.
The breakfast was significantly lower quality and had fewer choices than I’m used to from the brand.
My room was clean and roomy, but it felt like it’s been unnecessarily retrofitted to be a Hyatt House room.
The staff were nice and friendly.
I was unimpressed with the parking fee. I don’t mind paying for parking when land is at a premium, but this hotel felt like a low end apartment complex in an industrial area and I didn’t feel the parking fee was justifiable.

Computers were down so it was like I didn’t have a reservation.

The pictures online look nothing like the actual property. The safety feature on the door was broken . All night I had a hard time sleeping due to this and the noise outside. This is not a hotel that you walk inside to get to your room, more of a motel style .

Not enough towels in bathroom no iron? no hair dryer and no extra bedding for let out bed and i also had a roach crawling on me in the bed just not happy with the stay
3.0 / 5.0
A Great Property with really good amenities and conveniently located. Also great spacious rooms.
The only improvement needed is enforcement of the
property policies. A homeless person was sleeping out openly on a picnic table with trash strewn at his feet. And people were loudly using the basketball court at midnight, in clear violation of the rules.
