The whole stay was great. The room was just what we wanted. Cozy and a nice view of the river. The breakfast was great and there was so much to choose from. My wife loved the waffles. Overall it was a great experience and we’d stay there again.

The experience wasn’t that bad. The staffs are friendly and professional but it is unheard of that you have to pay for parking. Parking should be free when you lodged overnight at the hotel.

The hotel needs to be updated. The main floor and bathroom floor was dirty, shower not clean, the bed was lumpy. Location is great for Riverwalk and river activities and restaurants.

The staff was wonderful. The girls at the desk, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast monitor were all so very happy to help us with all our needs. Great people. The location is amazing as well as the view!

I come to Wilmington once a year and always stay at this property. The staff is always friendly and courteous, the property and rooms are always clean and it is located right on the river. There is shopping, lots of restaurants and great night life on the weekends. I always love my visits here.

Good location by the river. We had a river view room and it was well worth the extra cost. Breakfast was quite good, but the whole hotel, whilst very well maintained, could do with a little spruce up! The WiFi was unusable, as it constantly froze and dropped out, requiring to log in again. The river walk is very nice and had several waterfront dining options.

When we checked in we were told we were winners of an upgrade to the tower suit. This seem great until night when the lights from the parking lot were shining in our windows making it hard to sleep. We asked for a room change only to find out we were “winners” because they had overbooked. The water from the bath ran brown. The ice machine was broken, and be prepared to pay for parking. There are many other hotels around. I would pick another one.

This was a great place to stay for location. My only complaint is the lumpy, squishy mattress. Memory foam doesn’t hold up and need to be replace often. Go back to a sturdy box springs please.

This hotel was a surprise. I only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, and the location was right on the riverwalk, making it easy to get to dining without a car. Please note: They charge for parking per night, and I wasn't aware of this additional fee until I checked in. The beds are comfortable and clean. I would encourage everyone to ask for a waterfront view. Also, there is a sign at the front desk stating that locals who live within 25 miles are not allowed to stay at the hotel. If you live in the area, they do not take local guests. Overall, I would definitely stay at this location again.

The staff were exceptional. For a BW “PLUS” property, however, it did not live up to the quality/condition of other PLUS properties that I have fully enjoyed. I was surprised at the condition of the woodwork and the furniture in the room and bathroom. Very poor.

Room was as expected. Bed was terrible, it had a pitch to it and I felt as if I was going to roll to that one side. Propped up some pillows and was good to go. Great location and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again even if I had same bed.

The place is great! My only complaint was we paid for a river view and it was under the dock. So our view was of the bottom of the dock and a LOT of people walking by on the boardwalk. So I will definitely stay there again but make sure it’s on a higher floor with an unobstructed view.

Hotel room was dated, and smelled very musty. Clearly had water damage in the past. Also it was very humid in the room and wouldn’t properly cool down and keep dry. Not pleased with how much I paid for the room.

My husband and I stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay. Check in was quick and my requests for a quiet room was honored. The room was very clean and the use of space was done well. Our view was beautiful from the room, and the hotel is located right on the riverwalk. There are restaurants and shops all around, with plenty of choices. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was actually pretty good. When we come to Wilmington again, this will be our "go to" place to stay.

Could not believe we had to pay to park even one vehicle. Understand the extra vehicle needing to go elsewhere but think the hotel should had spots in parking deck like the embassy suite did. Loved our room! Staff was nice. Parking just sucked! Need to mention this in the reservation. Had stayed before with friends and this was new.

We really enjoyed this property and it was the lowest price we could find in the area and was a great location. We never had issues parking in the main lot. The area was quiet and there’s a ton of seating to enjoy the breezeways. It is right off the river and we had beautiful views. Several shops and restaurants are located on the Riverwalk, and walking downtown is easy. It was a safe location. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The air worked great and our room stayed cool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

The Parking for this place gets so full that they're not even sure where to send you to park once you cant find a spot. Property is nice, Staff was the best part about this entire trip they are very kind. I did however find many bugs crawling in my hotel room due to the door to the outside not fully insulated. I also found 2 fleas!! This property allows animals so that can happen but this was in my room where I had no animals, didn't find more at least.

We always stay here and you can’t beat the location but we just wish it were a lot cleaner. This time the floor was sticky with visible spills. The steps in the room were dirty and definitely not vacuumed. You now have to pay $15 per night for parking which we thought was a little ridiculous since they have a parking lot. We could not find the remote for the tv, but they were quick to respond and bring us a new one. I’m sure they would have also gladly mopped the room but we didn’t want to have to deal with that since we already had gotten into the room late. We were told when we arrived that room would not be ready for a 3:00 check in.
