The room was missing drawers too the dressers, the bathroom door stuck, and was broken. The room smelled of mold and mildew until the air conditioning was turned on the remote did not work for the TVs had to be moved to another room. There was dust and mold on the ceiling as well as the air conditioning unit.

The hall way was hot and smelled strongly of marijuana, my room reeked of stale cigarettes, the hair dryer in bathroom did not work, the clock radio did not work, the whole place had a rundown appearance. I expected better for what the room cost.

Rude front staff personnel, came in at 10:50pm to check in and it took 20 minutes just to get someone to check us in. No one would answer front phone the reservation was already there. Woman acted as if I inconvenienced her by making her get up and do her job.

I found the property to be dark and dingy. The staff lacked enthusiasm. The ceiling must have been made of plywood as every step and drop of an item was loudly heard.

The only negative is that we noticed a little bit of mold around the shower.
What really made our experience top notch was Amy, she was so understanding and full of joy. She really seems to enjoy her work and made things easy on us.

Cockroaches in the rooom, the sheets had stains, air conditioner was acting weird. We tried to call the front desk and couldn't reach anyone to assist us. It was late so just went to sleep but i was really let down. I could've paid alot less for the quality of the room i received

I would NEVER stay at this place again! They had several roaches in this one room! I was afraid to put my belongings down, I didn’t want to sit on the bed. The room smelled like smoke, when it’s a non smoking property. We had to wait at least 15 mins before someone came out the back to check us in after using their phone to call them. The absolute worst experience EVER!! Rated -0 out of 10!

Avoid like the plague!! the night staff was very friendly. that being said they were not trained properly and it took an hour to be checked in for a room already paid for.Roaches in the room black mold in the bathroom. Then no breakfast at all!! no drinks no coffee not even bread. when I asked the morning clerk she said guess no breakfast today. Side note ordered from dominoes and was no showed. Night clerk informed me that after 10 they usually wont deliver to the property! Stay away from this location Worst experience I have ever had especially from a Wyndham property I would expect a much higher level of quality control. will not be staying at this property ever again. You have been warned!!!

The roach motel from hell. Residents talking and yelling loud in the hallway half the night. Next door room played loud music till 3:30 AM. Called front desk for an hour, no response. Rear entrance doos not secured at night. Trash from previous resident found beside bed. Informed Office of discourtesy residents upon check out. Was told I should have come down to the office and complained. Big sign at window that said fail “0” for office. Just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Saw the Wyndham and relied on the reputation. Big mistake on my part. Do not recommend this place for anything.

Elevator was out of order. People across the hall playing music loudly. Reported it to manager was resolved. I've stayed here several times in the past. The building itself had a musky smell. For $502.00 for a 2 night stay l was disappointed. I've always use this hotel for the Nascar race in Martinsville. Hate to say l won't be using this hotel again. On the brightside the night desk clerk was very friendly.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, esp for the the over inflated weekend rate. $150 for a 1 star hotel is ridiculous. Dirty restroom and uncomfortable beds. On the plus side the AC worked great.

Overall pleased with our stay here, but had three issues, all of which we took up with front desk personnel. 1) As we were climbing into bed on our first night we discovered the sheets on one of the beds had not been changed even though the bed had been made. There was grit, dirt, and hair IN the bed. We didn't want to change rooms at that point and asked for a set of clean sheets and re-made the bed ourselves. 2) The floors apparently are never vacuumed or swept as your feet or sox will get extremely dirty in only a few steps. The floor needs a thorough cleaning. 3) Only after the 2nd day did we learn housekeeping is only provided every 3rd day. Not a huge issue, but frustrating to not be told that ahead of time. Front desk gave us clean towels each day and sheets and pillow cases as needed. There were a couple other minor things (bathroom door hinge was loose, the toilet seat wasn't fastened to the base, etc.) but no hotel room is perfect. BUT ON THE POSITIVE SIDE... the linens were new and fresh, water pressure in the shower was great, the room is extremely well lit with lots of lamps, and every staff member we encountered was a joy. We would definitely stay there again, but will check the sheets when we check in... and bring slippers. :)

Booked last minute and paid about $110. First room we were assigned to had a lot of mold on the ceiling and some on the wall. So gross. Amy at front desk was working hard and assigned another room but walked with me to make sure it was satisfactory. She was apologetic and good at customer service. Room was just ok and we stayed the night. Didn't walk without shoes due to sketchy floor. Room AC was mediocre. Very humid feeling. This hotel was very very disappointing. I do not recommend staying there

The room was clean and quiet. The elevator was not working so I was not pleased that they put a 77 year old on the second floor and he had to climb the stairs. They also charged him $150 security deposit that was eventually returned but I felt that was unnecessary since he told them the only reason he needed the room was he was a lung cancer patient and work was being completed at his home putting dust in the air that made it harder for him to breathe. The manager didn’t seem to care.

This property should not be offered in hotels.com. I have always used hotels.com and this experience makes me think about it twice. I even used one of my rewards night on this. I checked out one day early since I found another property to stay in. They did not service the room, the elevator was broken with no signs of it getting fixed soon. The floor on the stairs was dirty in the morning and in the afternoon.
In all justice, upon checkout the lady was very nice and mentioned I should have requested service.

We arrived only to have to change rooms, after we had got ready for bed, tried to turn on the TV but it didn't come on, had to then go back down to the 1st floor to get the reception person who did come up quickly only to told that the cable box in the room was missing, had to then move to another room i believe only a few doors down, only to get a key that would not let us in, so my husband had to go once again down to the 1st floor only for the lady to come back and try the key and tell us that the keys don't work. So we had to accept that or either move to another room, so we opted to stay but couldn't go anywhere because we had no key and trying to go somewhere then call the reception to let us in and out would have been a complete disaster. The receptionist, stated she would leave a message to see if we could get some time of money off for the stay due to the inconvenience so I will be calling tomorrow to see how that will go.

Motel was virtually empty when we arrived so figured it would be a nice quiet experience. At some point during the night, there was a couple in a room adjacent to our and they decided to start arguing and slamming furniture around. Then, as my wife was walking down the hall to go downstairs, there was another room of people arguing loud enough to hear as she passed by their room.
