This was my first time staying at Pensacola Beach. I chose this hotel because of its location right on the beach and close to Peg Leg Pete’s, one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I stayed 2 nights. Great breakfast, short easy walk to get to the water, and clean comfy rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

We never had housekeeping services! She brought us towels each day but nothing else. She did not clean our bathroom, take away dirty towels, did not take out trash, did not make beds or sweep. We loved the location and view but hotel had issues. They also cut off water for part of a day and had limited TV services. Loved the area just wish the hotel would have been better.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway. It’s located in the not so busy area of Pensacola Beach right down the road from all the restaurants and nightlife one could want. All rooms have a balcony view. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to continue to.

Checked in late, front desk staff was nice, bed and shower were great. The oceanview was perfect! Also a really good continental breakfast! The ladies preparing the food and cleaning were very nice as well! I’d definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful place looking out on the water. Every room has a balcony and the gorgeous beach was just steps away . Everyone was so helpful and friendly I wish I could give it more stars!

This hotel on the beach with all balcony rooms facing the Gulf is not cheap, but it is well worth the cost. We found nothing to complain about there. The staff was competent and friendly and always working. Never a problem finding someone to get something done or answer a question. They were even nice when we had to cancel the last two days of our 5-day reservation to go home to prepare for and wait out a hurricane. Special kudos to Laura and Grace at the front desk and Miss Tess in the breakfast room.

Very bad experience we arrived at the hotel and the annotation was in bad condition the bathroom broken and bad smell throughout the room I asked to change to another and the manager told me that it could not be and they could not return the money to go to another hotel I had previously come and I had not had problems so I decided to repeat but I would never return again, very bad work on the part of the manager by not solving the problem.

Facility was clean and staff was always busy doing something productive. Floors were being cleaned and mopped all hours of the day! Pool water was nice clear and had a very relaxing atmosphere , the beach sand was white clean. There was a lady out at the beach renting beach chairs, tables and umbrellas. Prices seemed a little high but if you need them or want them just pay the money and enjoy the day. Walmart wasn’t very far at all. You could get a beach umbrella and chairs if you want. But all that aside, I will definitely go back!! Very nice place and folks are super friendly !!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great location. Comfortable beds. Great space in room. Private beach access. Loved the security measures in place at hotel. Only thing I was disappointed in was the choices at breakfast. But we had picky eaters with us too. We ate off property for breakfast due to the options that were available. We will definitely be back! Plan to make it a yearly vacation.
