A great stay. This was our second stay. We enjoyed the restaurant and movie theater on the property ! The lost and found service was the best part of the stay. I left my ear rings in the room they found it after we checked out and mailed it to me. It was such a relief and happy feeling. Over all stuffs in the property is very helpful.

I was have for business. The room was okay. King size bed was firm and comfortable. The plumbing needs work. The shower would run like there was no thermostat. It would get extremely hot to cold within second (with the faucet, slightly bent to the hot side). Heater worked fine. The gym is small, but has all the essentials. My wife took advantage of the indoor pool and loved it. The door lock to the back door didn't work for our key card and we were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi from our room :(. There was some damage to our window blinds and no refrigerator, as well. Overall, the area is beautiful and it was an okay stay!

It is dirty and run down

the bed was lumpy and garbage truck came very early right outside my window, but the worst was their "steakhouse". they should be closed down. Ribeye for $63.00, and was so thin cut and no taste, when there are literally hundreds of blk angus grazing all around. they should be closed down.

I have always loved The Four Seasons but felt this time was just eh. We were place in Season Bay and it is very dated no fridge or microwave and had some difficulty with starting the shower. We had to call to get educated on how to start the shower. Maybe after renovations this party of four seasons will be better.

It was so nice for my girlfriend to check in early. Great room, very clean. Wonderful staff!

Big room and nice view on the third floor! The mattress was little worn out! 2 balconies to sit on was nice, the negative was that the spiders had taken over the balconies, hotel staff should make sure the balconies were swiped down when cleaning the rooms!

Great location

I really like this place but the owners are not keeping it up to the standards you expect of a classic hotel like this one. It’s truly sad to see it being neglected. I’ve been going here since 1969 and have always thought it had the best location and majestic lobby.

Such a tired hotel that was once such a fabulous resort. The view is fantastic, so you can enjoy sitting on your private balcony. That's still a great feature for this hotel/resort. But the many updates and repairs needed are hard to overlook. The shower was so stained, grout gone, faucet not functioning... I was scalded by the old faucet that wouldn't stay in position as it's so loose. Thank goodness it wasn't a child. And I went to dry my hair and the dryer had smoke coming out of it. I'd love morning more than to see this gem restored to is forget glory. Enjoy the view and be willing to tolerate the rest. (The pools looked great).

Property at the very least needs total updating and repairs.
Actually a wrecking ball and dozer, with a total rebuild would be best.

This is a nice property. Nice pool area. Good fitness center. Bonus movie theatre with daily movies, but is outdated and poor condition. We were in an outlying wing that wasn't very clean and run down. No coffee in lobby available for guests. Lots of room for conferences. Hope they clean it up and rebuild many parts of it.

Great location and helpful staff. The lodge could use some updates. Its furniture is dated. For the price it could be more modern.

Check-in went relatively quickly considering the desk clerk was working through an issue with another family. Areas around building are not well lit. Buildings are not clearly marked making it difficult to find our room. Shower would not turn on. For what I paid, I expected everything in the room to work.

It was clean and comfortable.

Four Seasons!! Make sure you get to stay in the Lodge. We were room 2154. These buildings need serious remodeling. Peeling paint above the entry, grass clippings on the walkways to our room, 1 lamp across the room, the bed was lumpy, no chair or table, sink full of black cracks, peeling mirror, no grout in the tub between the walls and tub, ceiling tiles askew in bathroom, and the knob on the shower isn’t right, tv was on for 30 seconds at a time, then it went to black, except when you turn it on, then it had the owner bragging about how proud they were of the Lodge. Please keep in mind this is a 4 Star hotel. We did appreciate it was a walk out with a couple plastic chairs. There were literally 3 other couples in the two buildings and we were the ONLY car in our lot.

Quickly we were able to find this hotel and reserved a room. The room was beautiful and had a beautiful view of the lake. The pool was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Great property
1.0
Lack of deferred maintenance on the property. First night no tv.
2.0
Whoever took pictures of the room should win an award for illusions. Shower barely worked. Tv went out and staff said there was nothing they could do. Not super dirty but a little questionable.

The property is dated, definitely needs updating. The location however is nice. Beautiful view of the lake.

The rooms where the condos were located were not nice at all. The carpeting was probably the worst part in the rooms. Several things in the room also did not work like the tvs for several days, no toaster, barely any utensils, etc. The outside of the building also looked very worn and falling apart. We will need stay here again.

Resort overall was nice. People were really nice and helpful always. Rooms were older and not updated at least where we stayed.

We stayed for two nights over Labor Day weekend 2024. While we were happy to find a hotel where we could bring our golden retriever, the Lodge of the Four Season was so dated and worn. The building and unit we stayed in was probably nice in the 1980's but doesn't look like it has been updated since. Definitely needs money put into this building.

Loved the views and the pool. The rooftop bar was excellent.

Hotel rooms are awful- small, damp, smelly, no refrigerators, and dirty.

Horrible experience will never come back will definitely go the Vrbo route when we come back to ozarks. Stayed in the outdoor lodge rooms they need updated bad the lock on door was not locking we went to front desk and no one ever came to fix it she did offer another room but no lake view that we paid extra for. Spiders were terrible I understand in the woods but should still spray where the customers go especially in the ice machine room. The TV did not work was a tv provider issue is what we was told. Also was a dead bug in the towel (laundered in the towel) not just a dead bug on it. Only great thing on the site was the rooftop bar. Beautiful views & bartender was great!
2.0
Was nice, but our room didn't have a nice lake view like expected. We asked to switch rooms and we did, but it still had no view. So was disappointed.
2.0
The rooms were in bad shape. Need to renovate all the rooms. Television service was out for two of the three days I was there. The shower nozzle had to be pulled out with both hands to start the shower! The property is just old and obsolete! No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms! The clock in the room didn't work! The only compensation for the inconvenience of being without television service was $19.98, the cost of the lodge's service fee!
3.0
The facilities and many of the amenities were outdated and need of repair.

This is an old property. Our room was overlooking a flat rooftop. Old bathroom, smelled. Only gave us one bath towel for each person. Poorly lit and tv didn’t work

No WiFi, no cable, junior suites are no different than basic rooms and more expensive
