Unbeknownst to us, the Hotel was under renovations and there was no breakfast, hot tub or pool.

the hotel was under renovation and closed a major part of the complex. It is dusty and affected the overall cleaniness. I bought the package with breakfast, but the cafetering was out due construction, I needed to find alternative very early in the morning to kick-off my original plan for the day

The fireplace in the room was a great touch. Very nice shower. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the weather was awesome. The room was very clean. The breakfast was the best. Plenty of food and a greay variety.

Its a little older but very well kept hotel. Staff was very nice. Only real complaint is that at 630 the laundry people started banging noises every morning. No way to sleep in.

The property falls well short of the expectation the photo’s on the website create. whoever does their website needs to come and stay at this property and be honest in their representation. The level of quality of the rooms, finishes, and furnishings is not what is depicted nor sold in their descriptions. Further, I cannot understand calling this a resort. there are no ammenities that add up to a resort level experience. Breakfast was Holiday Inn express level. The rooms were clean and the staff at the front desk is very nice, but this property has the feel of a motor inn, not a resort. I travel extensively and have for many years. It is rare for me to write a bad review, as There are always good things to say even if it is just about the location. But this place upset me because I had my wife with me and I wanted to have a nice place for her to enjoy. It didn’t work out with Sedona Real.

We picked this hotel based on reviews and photos. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms had been updated and had a hiking theme. We had a small issue with our first room and guest services quickly took care of it, and moved us to another room. The guest laundry was not available at the time we stayed as that building was under construction. We liked how close the hotel was to the different places we wanted to explore without being in the touristy areas. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Lovely hotel in Sedona. The room was big and comfy and they offered a nice hot breakfast every day. They also had some different classes/experiences that came with staying there. I tried a Native American intention setting ceremony with Zlata that was so cool. Definitely recommend!

Traveled for the weekend with our 2 dogs, so comfortable and pet friendly, amazing dog park attached and they had so much fun! Would recommend and stay here again.

Property was in very good condition. Had a nice little park, which was dog friendly. Their outdoor furniture was a good quality and very clean. Rooms were comfortable, and staff was friendly. Enjoyed The location. Had a nice outdoor pool and breakfast was good.

A quick stay at a lovely location. Very convenient to outdoor areas we wanted to visit and in town conveniences. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool left something to be desired and there was some disruption due to construction but overall a good experience.

$200 for a rathole. No TV service, still waiting for repair. They upsold me on a suite that’s not a suite. No separate bedroom. Dirty, shabby, Did I mention it wasn’t really a suite. Still no TV service after 30 minutes. Expedia lied about the quality and condition of the property.

This rating definitely would have gotten 5 stars except there was construction going on in the room next to us every day. We should have been assigned another room. ANYHOW, the property is lovely and well kept. The pool is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast acceptable.

The place is truly amazing, offering a wonderful chance to connect with nature. However, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I noticed that the mugs were not properly cleaned, with some even having lipstick marks on them. I hope the staff can address this to improve the overall experience for future guests.
