Staff was nice, the property is dated. The pictures online do not match the actual room. Shower had no pressure, the bed was extremely hard. The whole floor had a smell to it. Overall wasn't bad, but definitely not staying there again.

Just a room, nothing special about any of it. Lousy beds. No instructions where to go.
3.7
Needs updates to the rooms. Lobby area was good and continental breakfast was okay. No blackout drapes for poolside rooms so the light shined in which was hard to get to sleep.

We were two couples travelling together and we decided last minute to stay in Dickinson.
The fellow at the front desk was not too forthcoming with information about the hotel( where breakfast room was, pool hours etc. ) The hotel could use a deep cleaning as when we tried to figure out how to turn the fridge on to get it cold there was lots of dust on top of it and the microwave also. The coffee maker was very dusty also. The men enjoyed the pool and said the water was nice and warm.
Very nice hotel just could use a deep cleaning.

We got to the hotel late, after a long day of driving. We were given keys to our room and when we opened the door we weren’t sure what we would find as the lights were on. We slowly walked in thinking we walked into someone’s room and the bed was unmade and bathroom towels were on the floor in the bathroom. We went back and got a different room. The beds aren’t comfortable and the room had an odor to it.
3.7
Decent place to stay. Nothing special but fine to sleep for a night.
Breakfast was absolutely horrible. But there is food down the street.
3.7
It was a one night stay. Great place. Has a restaurant with great food. Has a little local casino. Walking distance to shopping mall and 2 Mexican restaurant. Burger King and DQ. Apple bees. All within 3 minutes of walking.
3.7
Rooms are not cleaned daily.Breakfast was either under cooked or way over cooked the only good thing from breakfast was the toast. The elevator smelled like cigarettes and seemed like maintenance on it was overdue. Carpets were stained and no longer fitted properly. Paint in the bath tub and walls was peeling and toilet wobbled when being sat on. Ran out of toilet paper within a day and had to search for staff to get more. Bed was about as comfortable as plywood and lacked a comforter. Severely needs maintenance and upkeep for a more comfortable and sanitary stay.

As hotels go now, it was fine. The carpet in our room, 202, was dirty, stained, and needs replacing. The rim around the top of the tub needed some cleaning. Overall it was ok, as I understand there’s not much help in the cleaning department.
3.7
Room was so dirty. Thin walls and construction noice at 6 am followed by a housekeeper knocking on the door at 8 am. Will never stay here again.
3.7
Like most hotels in the area, it's a bit old and dated. But the beds were okay. Breakfast was typical fast hotel stay.
For 1 night, you can survive.

I have no complaints for our stay but I do have a few suggestions. You should put up some elevator signs to let people know where they are located. They are kind if hidden. We had to go back to the desk and ask for help. Another thing you should have your cleaning crew check to make sure the alarm clocks are not set. We were woke up at 5:00 by an alarm we did not set. Just a few suggestions. We have family in Dickinson and we will stay at your hotel again because overall we were satisfied.

Didn’t know how to get to breakfast - someone in the lobby (not an employee) told us …

At check in they tried to overcharge us by $200. The room was musty and moldy smelling, the air conditioning was very loud. The breakfast was horrible. The patio was interior and kids kept knocking on our door, all night long, no adult supervision. The hotel needs a complete renovation. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
3.7
Outside it looks pretty new. Inside you can see they just covered up an old hotel. Staff in the bar was rude, hotel was not secure as anyone could just walk it. Breakfast, if you want to call it that was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and would recommend finding something else in the area. We were a family of 5 staying only one night.

This is an older building in need of some loving, wifi was terrible. The pool and hit tub were nice.
3.7
Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Air conditioning unit looked like it hasn’t been wiped off in a while. Bathroom walls were dirty, tub had caulking around it which looked like it had mold (?) on it. Tub didn’t drain because sunken drain looked to be full of hair. Also, someone(I’m assuming housekeeping) tried, and would have succeeded getting in to my room at 8am if i hadn’t had the extra security latch flipped over. I was awake but i don’t believe they knocked before entering. Probably would not stay here again.
3.7
My request for adjoining rooms was not honored. The room was dark. Lighting was terrible. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat.
3.7
They don’t have ice machines on each floor, you need to follow a maze in the building to find the ice machines.
3.7
Very clean and guiet

This hotel might have been a nice conference center at one time, but now everything looks rundown, carpets are dirty and loose with tape all over the seams, very limited breakfast options, no door lock at all on the outside doors so feels unsafe. We had one coffee pod and one styrofoam cup for morning coffee, and previously used pod still in the coffee maker. Looks like the managers family liver there and uses the facilities and pool after work. Conference room full of maintenance items, cleaning supplies and boxes so I know it isn’t used. Unpleasant stay

nice, clean and reasonably priced

First; I grew up staying in the cheapest hotels available. This was $130.00 so not cheap and it was sh! . The entire hotel was so muggy. My room did not cool down, with the 1990 wall mount ac unit. My room was clean but how clean can old carpet be? The room was mostly outdated in general. I got in late and couldn’t use the hot tub so I thought I’d hit it in the a.m. When I went to use it at 7:30, so I could soak for a bit and hit the road again, it was closed til 10:00🙄. After looking, I dodged a bullet I think, the pool looked clean but the hot tub was clearly dirty. The breakfast was the absolute worst part! Powdered eggs and 1” sausage rounds, omg the owner of this place needs slapped. Trust me and keep driving.
From a guy who’s not very picky…

Great place stay for trip back to Illinois

Older hotel and dingy, the floor smelled bad with odors
3.7
Property needs an update in rooms, halls, pool/hot tub. Not old as in historic or antique… just needs it. Breakfast was too simplistic and cheap
3.7
Swimming pool common area was great for a family reunion/get together. Rooms were a bit dated - lightbulbs burned out, refrigerator freezer full of frost - no overhead light or fan in the bathroom.
3.7
Very quiet & lots of places to walk our pet.
3.7
The staff was very accommodating. Our group comprised of 3 adults. Room double bed is a 54 inch bed. They have no queen beds. We moved to a King bed with pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was terrible. Ended up just sleeping on the couch as is. Breakfast was not very good.
3.7
Older hotel but decent for the price paid. Everything was in working order & fulfilled our needs for a reasonably priced place to stay with a free continental breakfast. They served cereal, donuts, muffins, breads, scrambled eggs & sausages links or patties.
3.7
No towels in pool, hide a bed horrible

We arrived around 9pm. Us and 3 other groups waited for 25 minutes to check in as the associate was busy closing the pool down for the night. We could tell they were short staffed. She was pretty quick once they were at the desk.
We stayed in a king suite. The view was of their 100%, no-outside-window-and-completely-indoor pool, 10ft away from our 1st flood, walk-out patio door. Our AC blew in the scent of 25 people soaking up heavily chlorinated pool water.
The bathroom wasn't awesome. The shower curtain was clean, but the top screws of the shower curtain bar were completely out of the wall and the whole ensemble was sagging into the restroom. There were a couple of ants that crawled up through some small crack in the flooring by the toilet. The towels were clean. The toiletries provided were okay.
The bed springs were worked, but not squeeky. Not uncomfy, but also not comfy. My bed at home is definitely better. It would have possibly been a bit better if we could get extra pillows, but they didn't have any to spare.
We tried the continental breakfast on one of our two days. The eggs were reconstituted and the sausage links were meat-mush. The yogurt and juices provided were all off-brands, but tasted normal. We opted for a cafe in town for our last breakfast.
Overall, it was about $160 per night, after taxes on a busy holiday weekend. for the price, it was okay. I do think we will probably try a different hotel if we stay in Dickinson again.

We stayed in Dickinson at this hotel and drove to Theodore Roosevelt national park. I’m glad we stayed here. It was a nice area with close restaurants. Also, there’s a dinosaur museum right up the road which is a perfect little stop! The room was clean, pool was nice, no complaints whatsoever. Very happy with this hotel. Stayed with husband, son, and 2 dogs for reference

Lobby was beautiful and very up to date. Room was dated. Breakfast buffet was subpar
3.7
Parking lot was convenient
3.7
A Grand place to stay. Comfortable, quiet and clean.
3.7
The handicapped room was a long way from the breakfast area, handicap rooms should be near the Lobby and breakfast area
3.7
This was probably a nice hotel years ago, but has not been kept up and is run down. No ceiling lights in the room, just lamps, so it was dark. Breakfast was the worst I've had during a hotel stay. Very limited food options.
