It wasn’t bad, the room was nice but management didn’t let us in the pool because the “top” guy didn’t go “give the okay” to open the pool. Overall, everything was good

The service was excellent. The hotel was VERY hard to find at night. No signage at the small street or even a street light to mark entrance. The directions from the your website took us to a medical building 9 miles from the hotel. When you are arriving late, this leads to a frustrating beginning.

There was an open box cutter on the couch that could have been dangerous to my children. Please contact Quality hotel and give me a refund

They ran out of coffee & the hotel breakfast had NO coffee for 3 days!!! The 1st day we were told they would get supplies "the next day" & nothing! The breakfast on day 1 was really dry - dry eggs & dry sausages like it had been reheated! Day 2 & 3 had the same breakfast confirming they were reheating. We went out for breakfast since we had to go get coffee outside anyway! Waffle maker was really slow with the dough coming out & seemed plugged up. We normally pay a little extra in hotel prices with breakfast, but this was NOT worth it & ended up eating out 2x! Not coming back here

Excellent stay especially considering the price! They were a few minor things that could have been better like the closet door didn't work and there was a little bit of rust around the drain in the bathtub but again little stuff. Definitely would recommend. Breakfast I want to bring it was good.

Nice little cheap hotel for one night with my hubby and the free breakfast was ok. Would stay here again and the staff was nice and the room was clean.

Sign to turn in the property miss placed causing you to have to make the block if you missed your turn. Facility not handicapped accessible with no elevator. Staff was friendly/helpful and the rooms were very clean. Rooms need more lighting.

The staff was excellent but the facility needs to be updated. Tub was rusting, maintenance was sloppy workmanship and room smelled of industrial deodorizer.

We were there one night, there was multiple huge water stains, the room was decent, bed was hard and not like a hotel quality. The tv is extremely old school and small.

Check-in was a breeze-friendly staff. Room was nice. There were a couple of things that could be improved, but I didn’t ask anyone about them, so I don’t know if it could have been improved. I adjusted the heat—but it made no difference. That may just be how all hotels are. Since I turned off the heat, it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I didn’t call the desk to see if I could get one. I should have. Also, if you’re going to go so far as to have 8 pillows on the bed, it would be nice if there were a variety of firmness/fluffiness.
So overall a great stay.

Toilet seat needs to be chabged desperately. I cleaned it twice and sat only when I had to. The heater did not work properly on the 2nd day. We were gone all day and left it on 78 and it was cold jn the room. After 2 hours, it finally got warmer.

Would have been wonderful had the temp in room not been 68 and outside weather about 8 degrees. Took the heater 3-4 hrs to get to a decent temp heater running at 90 degrees whole time. I froze and could not sleep for a long time. Only got about 5 hrs of sleep and it was broken up because was way too cold then way too hot!

Toilet stuck. No help, gave me plunger only. Heater didn’t work, room smelled like dirty feet. Bad experience.

Know the area is under a lot of construction, but felt better entrance would help.

We have stayed at this property several times and the experience has always been great.

Lots of construction going on in the area, making it noisy and the caulking in the bathroom for the first room was moldy. The second room had no plungers to use the bathtub or the sink.

Tried to book a room and the computer system screwed my dates up so I had to make another reservation and got charged for both reservation wouldn't give me a refund

Staff was very cheerful and friendly, both night and morning staff. Room was clean and a good size. Great location for what I needed.

The staff were awesome! The room is badly in need of even basic upgrades. The tub had a large amount of rust, was dirty, and caulking was both missing and falling out. The bathroom ceiling vent was off. The carpet gas a great 1980s feel. All in all, there were much better options next door. The staff were helpful, but theres only so much that kindness can help. I would not stay there again.

Receptionist was nice and helpful, the rooms are clean except for the sofa bed, when we opened it the mattress was in a bad condition and unclean, it needs to be changed

Tricky to find where to turn into from the access road. Hotel itself is fine. Room was good and clean.
