Arrived after dark and the sign was not lit, parking lot poorly lit, thought the hotel was closed. Found entrance and received one key card. Got room and it was so poorly lit we had to use cell phone flashlight to unpack bags. My wife left a couple of pretzels on the nightstand and next morning nothing but crumbs, mice? Terrible!

The conference Center and our room was clean. The stairs leading to the rooms on the second floor were carpeted and very dirty and need vacuuming.
Older hotel needed updating but clean. The lunch dinner menu was a treat- lots of Indian food choices.

Cheapest, dirtiest, crappiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. No daily cleaning, the room was not clean when we checked in. Ice machine doesn’t work, they serve “breakfast” that was such a dirty mess- stale bread and eggs with watery substance. Just very poorly ran and seriously smelly and dirty

Last minute stay - hotels in Casper were sold out.

DONT STAY HERE! I usually stay in Casper but this was the only place with rooms so I tried to tell myself the other reviews were maybe exaggerated. NOPE! It’s super run down the pictures don’t match. The floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in a LONG time. The bathroom floors were sticky. Everything was filthy. I had to run through and clean counters and commonly touched things. Just disgusting. And that smell? It hit me in the middle of that night—it smells familiar because it’s MOLD. Which explains the obvious fresh paint everywhere. And once we realized the smell is mold we started to notice black mold in the bathroom and the corners of the room. Wild this place is still up and running!

Filthy! Water in toilet ran all night. Carpets filthy bathroom filthy. Hallways filthy

I know there have been reviews about this hotel that aren't the best. It's an older hotel however the accommodations were good. The pool is really nice and the area around it is very nice. The food- oh my! India cuisine was exquisite! They also saw my daughter was in a wheelchair and moved us to the first floor.

The pics on the website must have been from when the place was new . Saw lots of things that were in disrepair and dirty . Window sill in my room was covered with ashes in a non smoking motel. Free breakfast was a joke , messy counters no attendant . Missing food items were not being replaced. Overall a poor experience , won’t stay here again.

Not a true continental breakfast. It was self serve but make your own. There was a carton of eggs sitting on counter and you had to crack and cook your own. Very poor lighting in breakfast area almost in the dark. Rooms were filthy and flooring in hallways at times was just planks of wood

Nice new carpet in the lobby and hallways. We got there in the evening and the room had never been cleaned after the previous rental. Piece of wood with protruding nail on the sidewalk out front. Water dripping from the first floor ceiling into a laundry cart. Broken footlight on a step in the lobby with metal frame hanging where you could trip on it and screw just lying there a few inches away. Front desk staff didn't seem too concerned about any of it. Lamp wasn't working in second room that we were shown. Overall rundown appearance inside and out along with lack of empathy from front desk made us decide to go elsewhere.

The pool was great, but everything else was dilapidated, failing apart, and dirty looking. There was no actual blanket on the bed, just a thin decorative fabric ontop of the sheet. Window screens were falling off, the outside of the buildings were in disrepair, the remodeled room had tile base boards falling off. Tvs weren't working correctly and the staff did not speak English. But the pool was great.

Very friendly, they are updating it.

Bathroom fixtures were in terrible condition.

Friendly staff, rooms clean, tv channels were limited, would stay again

This hotel was filthy, out dated and absolutely terrible. The pictures are not accurate and I was charged way more than what we got! I will never stay here again and would suggest people staying away from this place.

The place is being remodeled and there is lots of carpet and mattresses laying around outside and in the restaurant. It smelled terrible in the hallway to our room. The pool was ok, but other than that a bit disappointed. .

Not well kept. Put in an unfinished room.

The mattress was old and not comfortable, the bathroom needs updating, and the continental breakfast was terrible, no coffee, no milk, orange juice was old and nasty.

Breakfast was garbage. Hotel is dirty. Language barrier with staff. Would not recommend.

**First, let me start by saying that the hotel seems to be under renovation.** There were multiple, unmatched carpet scraps used on the stairs and it looked like down the hall, as well. The air conditioner/ heater under the window in the room didn't blow out the correct air temp or fan speed, but washing the filter made a world of difference, givin it was covered in a thick dust (I have pics, but when I click on "add a photo", it doesn't do anything)! The website shows a beautiful indoor pool and area (which is why I booked this hotel over another, more expensive, hotel), but once on the property, it was explained that "the pool is closed due to a malfunctioning heater". They also advertise a game room on their website, but it only consists of a pool table, a quarter pusher game, and a rideable motorbike video game. There was a restaurant on the premises, and again, the website shows a beautiful large bar and dining room, but unfortunately, upon walking in, it didn't look like anyone worked there, let alone ate there. In the grassy area around the back of the hotel, there is a large "trench" and several sprinklers that stick out of the ground about 6-8 inches, without any lights or "caution" signs. That could definitely be a danger to those walking dogs or playing with children and don't know about the obstacles, and especially at night.

Please please read this before you book. This hotel is a scam based on website, pictures and price! The pictures you see and write ups are very old. This hotel is absolutely filthy. False advertising at its finest. Pool is broken, fitness room is a storage room filled with junk and torn apart, every conference room is also a storage unit with mattresses/etc, restaurant was not open or able to provide any food/drinks, arcade had like 3 games that worked. Our room was disgusting. All hotels were sold out in the town and we had nowhere else to go so the entire family slept in clothes from head to toe to prevent us from touching any of the sheets. Mold/smoke smell and they have automatic air fresheners all over trying to mask the smell. Outside doors and some room doors to not lock…safety nightmare. Front desk would not give refunds/discounts and there were several of us demanding it. Do NOT book here! Don’t make the mistake we did by not taking the reviews serious! At best this would be a $40-$50 a night hotel in its current condition. We could not wait to get home to shower and wash all of our clothes. I have no clue why there is even one rating above a 2 unless it’s friends of the owners helping them out! The town needs to look into this place and see if it’s even safe for anyone to stay there!

Spend the extra to go anywhere else. Some of the doors have one inch gaps to the frame. Everything has mold on it. The beds are rock hard. The tub didn’t drain.

First room we got was not clean it looked like someone had just left bed unmade, trash everywhere, dirty towels on the floor. The second room was run down, bath tub was really dirty the rooms smelled like mold and stale cigarettes. The pool was empty and that’s what we looked forward to the pictures online make it look like a really nice hotel but it’s very trashy.

Very dirty, broken mirror in room, pool was closed with no notice (that was the main reason we wanted to stay there). Disappointed in stay.

Everything is clean and staff friendly

The staff was most courteous and the accommodations were not bad. However, the facility is much in need of renovation. carpeting was torn on interior stair steps posing a tripping hazard. We probably will not stay again.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed our 2 night stay much.

I've stayed in worse conditions, but certainly not for the price I paid for this room. WAY overpriced for the quality and cleanliness. This is what I would expect for $50, not the $150 a night I paid. I stayed here about 20 years ago and it doesn't appear anything has been maintained, updated, or deep-cleaned since then. Every hard surface in the building looked and felt dirty and grubby. Room smelled like an ashtray. Carpets and upholstery are worn and threadbare. Walls have been repainted without masking of any kind; paint splashes everywhere. Half of the electrical outlets and/or devices didn't work. Exterior security/fire doors propped open. Trash, broken furniture, and broken down vehicles scattered around the outside of the building and parking lot. On the up side, the restaurant/bar had excellent food and drinks and Garry provided outstanding service every time I was in there.

The hotel needs to improve on cleanliness… in the morning we could hear mice in the vents. It also needs more lighting in the rooms.

Hotel was very dirty, in the room and all hallways and lobby too. The staff was unconcerned with service and almost seemed mad at having to check in guests. The hotel agreed to a late check out, but then cleaned the room and threw out my food before the checkout time. I was left scrambling to find my belongings and try to be reimbursed for my lunch, which they reluctantly did. Seriously, avoid this mess of an establishment.

Hotel was dated bad … internet was terrible and I was needing to do reports so that was a problem..

The place was dark and the place was dirty. The towels have never seen any bleach! They were grubby looking although did smell ok. The bathtub had big dirty hand prints and the tub never drained until after we were out of the showers.

The hotel could use some work. Shower had zero water pressure. Minimal breakfast with cold eggs and sausage both days.

I requested a refund immediately after entering the room, it was denied. I turned the keys back in to the front desk and left. I went to stay somewhere else. This is a terrible, filthy place with rude staff.
