The room definitely needs updating especially the bathroom. The lamps are rusted, the tv didn’t work most of the time.

Everything was exactly as it should be, very comfortable, very nice.

The hotel was nasty, my bathroom sink and toilet had both rust and dirt around it. The vents had thick layers of dust on them. Hotel manager walked from the back area with the eggs for the continental breakfast where laundry was being folded. I have stayed at 5 star hotels in major cities that were cheaper and cleaner. The rate was outrageous in comparison to the quality.

For what I paid, it was ok. We just needed a place to sleep. Hotel is under renovations. Staff was nice. Check in was easy. Room was clean.

Too much mold in the bathroom and room curtains

Waited 30 minutes for receptionist to get checked in at 10 PM at night got to my room. It smelled like mold the AC unit had air freshener stuff in it. The bed had stains on it peeled the covers back stains on the actual mattress itself. Overall experience was terrible and I will never ever stay at an Eagle nest. Lady at the desk told me to speak with expedia.com to get my money back because I did not stay the night and did not give me a link a number or anything to get in touch with these people. I need my money back.

As a local resident, I stayed here twice within the same week, due to home repairs. While the aging rooms definitely showed signs of wear (variously, a non-functional mounted lamp, a partially disintegrated rubber armrest on a desk chair, and no hangers at all in one room), the courteousness and assistance of the desk clerks—probably the motel’s greatest asset—helped resolve some of the issues, especially in locating a few spare hangers. Overall, the basic amenities (bed, shower, convenient location) were good, which—in the long run—were what really mattered.

We walked into our room and were hit with a wave of mold that took my breath away. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathrooms were gross. I get that the hotel is older, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be clean. The location is perfect, but I couldn’t get past that. We found another hotel to stay in for the night and didn’t care we lost money on that room for the night. There was no way I was staying at this place!! We returned our key the next day and considered it a lesson learned. We will never stay at this hotel. RUN AWAY!!!!

This is an old property. There was mold in the bathroom so we didn't use the shower. There was water coming up through the floor boards in the bedroom area. Next visit I will have to bite the bullet and spend $300 when I visit my daughter.

My room was changed to a king size bed but no one call to inform me, communication is very important to me

There was mold in the shower and bathroom. Mildew on the shower curtain. The elevator and hallways look like a college dorm that hasn't been cleaned. We will never stay there again.

Older, but well kept and maintained motel close to the stadium. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is basic but fine for what it is. Room was clean and spacious, placed right next to the exit and any noise from there was very audible in the room making it hard to sleep Friday night with festive people going in and out and being loud very late. Apart from that a solid hotel at a competitive price.

The Hotel is very conveniently located, just minutes from basically anywhere. The hotel itself was fine, not the best but definitely not the worse. It was a good value. I would stay again.

So this was a one night stay so looked for something economical but decent ratings. First room…. AC didn’t work or would for 30 mins then turned off. Shower head covered in something… staff looks like they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Moved to room two, again staff was great. Second room, bad leak on sink, some stains on curtains that just looked gross but AC works.

Definitely an aged property. Rooms were fair with areas neglected like the mildew covered back of the bathroom door, dust, and overall lackluster cleanliness, although not horribly dirty either. The breakfast was an ok attempt, but they should stick to the prepackaged items. The biscuits were hard and inedible. The tv and internet also didn’t work, but I didn’t need either so was not a big deal to me.

We stayed in room 305. The room was clean but there were leftover Subway sandwiches in the refrigerator, the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a freight train. We like to leave a light on in the bathroom but the fan was too loud and it looked like it needed cleaning or at least a paint job. Also, we didn’t expect a great view out of the window, but the area outside was filled with litter and an old rotted tree stump.

Was a cheap place to stay on vacation, was fine for a place to sleep.
Hotel was dirty, no pool, bathroom door had running marks, sheets had stains. Tv remote barely worked, water never got cold. Hotel side door never shut, zip tied open, slammed when someone opened it.

The pool wasn’t working before we booked, but its was not posted on the website..so we wanted the pool to begin with didn’t have it, was booked for 4 days 3 nights, found out on the 2nd evening we came back to the hotel after a hellish hot day (102 degrees) and wanted to swim that evening for the 1st time there. No pool. We left after the 2nd night

Very loud. Need soundproofing strips around room doors to help buffer noise from other guests. Road noise from bypass at front of property is pretty loud. Only one staff person working most of our stay, so we had to wait for them to get back from errands away from the front desk a few of the times we needed to speak to them. They were friendly, just busy. One of our rooms had a leaky toilet and the other had no conditioner, lotion or hand sanitizer. Water pressure was not great. Room ac worked well and we were thankful!!!
