The room was not updated and the bath tub was cracking and brittle. The carpet was filthy making feet and socks dirty the beds were 2 single beds. The hotel wouldn’t it allow us to choose bed sizes until we arrived.

Great stay, Stetson Christmas was awesome. Location was great
3.0
carson tower stay, room was very outdated, shower did not drain very well, sink did not drain very well, tub had rust on it.

Comfy beds, great service, location was awesome!

Given that it's off the strip and an older property, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were and how great the onsite restaurant options were. We spent a lot of time at the casino, $5 tables early in the morning are always fun! Even with all the rodeo attendees, it was still less crowded than staying on the strip! We will return to the Golden Nugget again!

Very clean, great restaurants, easy to valet, staff was wonderful. By far the best hotel in downtown Las Vegas.
4.0
Room was nice and clean. Could use a refresh. Good for the price.
3.0
Pretty cool hotel but it wasn't clean. We had to ask for new blankets. We were charged a resort fee we didn't know about. Informationen about transportation were poor.
5.0
Main pool was closed for repairs / reconstruction. We went on

Less than impressed. Seems like this place is closing soon. No one cares what’s going on and the room was sub par at best
3.0
Half of the dining options were closed, hotel parking was hard to figure out, wallpaper and paint peeling in bathroom. Hotel smells like an ashtray.
4.0
Friendly staff, the hotel was clean and our bed was very comfy. We stayed on the 6 floor or the rush tower and we didn't find it noisy from Freemont .

My first time to Vegas and it was amazing everyone I met was so nice

The pool was closed. We only stayed there because of the pool. Their website said it would be open.
Your bathtub didn’t have a plug.

Room was clean, beds okay, but coffee maker didn't work ( talked to an engineer) they didn't come back and fix it. Electric panel by bed didn't work. Front desk had great service. Belld3sk had excellent service.

The rooms leave a lot to be desired. I had to change rooms once and should Jane changed again but they couldn't be sure that another change would be better so I didn't want to keep changing. One manager was sub par but the second one I spoke to was exceptional. The rooms smell of smoke because there is no ventilation, the windows do not open and opening the door doesn't help either. The rooms do not have microwaves and they don't have them to bring to your room if you request it. I've never stayed at a hotel where at least one of these were an option

We were there to work a convention and were given a room on the Fremont St Experience. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep the first night. That night I talked to someone at the front desk who said they would move our room the next day. The next day there was no note about moving our room from the night before but the gentleman at the desk moved our room anyway. Unfortunately it was the same exact room problem only 6 stories higher. I came back down again to explain we were basically in the same room. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager and several minutes later an extremely rude woman presented herself as manager and went on and on about how put out she was by trying to get us into a room we could actually sleep in. She eventually got us into a room that was better but still very loud. The whole experience and the fact that no one at the golden nugget seems concerned about the guest experience is why I’ll be taking my money someplace when traveling to Vegas.

It did not look like the photos. Lobby smells like smoke. The room was very run down, dated and bathroom looked like it was 20 years old.
The hallways were gross and were not vacuumed or cleaned at all in the 4 days I was there. Some of the towels were dirty, and when we asked for more I had to ask multiple times and when we finally got them some were stained and yucky. I would never stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel. only thing that was a bit of headache was the parking, if you don’t click “in and out access” when setting up the parking, it’ll charge your card. However, the front desk was extremely helpful in requesting a refund for the parking charge

They charged us >$30 to "early check-in" which we didn't want; we could have stored our bags until a room was ready, but we got side-tracked with the upsell which we didn't take. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are dated but large and comfortable. The woman that made up the rooms on the 9th floor of the Carson Tower was wonderfully sweet. The remote for our TV was TERRIBLE. Food was good at the steak house and our bartender was fantastic (Adam - he usually works the pool bar). We had a great time. Check-out was easy and they held our bags until we needed to go to the airport.

Everything looked nice and clean

Room was ok. Quiet and comfortable. When we checked in carpet was just cleaned so it was wet and Dank smelling. And there were some little black hairs in the tub. They never came to clean room and we paid 33 extra foe a late check out after spending $500 gambling until 5 am! Maybe they should have offered that but I didn’t ask. And someone opened door while weee sleeping after paying for late check l it. Other than that bed was cozy. Employees nice. And would probably stay again. Especially when the pool opens. .

The room was perfect. Access to stores and restaurants was excellent. My only problem was that when we arrived, we payed for the room, then when we went to checkout they clamied that we owed an ADDITIONAL $213.00. I have never had this happen with any other hotel that i have stayed in. Every time, its paid in full. I will never be visiting this hotel again.

Shark Tank pool was closed and drained early, and the sharks were the main selling point. Room was a bit dated and there were rust stains on the shower/tub. Even though the property is non-smoking- the entire lobby still smelled like old tobacco. Bed and pillows were comfortable and there was hot water. Overall average & acceptable.

Shower tub had cracks and pieces coming off. Was reported to management to ensure we werent the cause of damage. Management asked if we wanted to move rooms but it wasnt necessary, eveything else in the room was wonderful.

Average hotel for downtown Las Vegas. Parking is available but not free. Be prepared to pay an added fee of $52.50 per day on top of the resort fee, which was more than the room rate for one of our nights.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and 10 days. What I like about this hotel is the room. They offered complimentary plug for your ears so you could not hear the noise but didn't use it. I didn't hear any noise from the next room, but just a little noise from outside because of a concert but it didn't bother me because it wasn't loud and I always slept well. The housekeepers were nice and came to clean our room everyday and gave us water. There were lots of restaurants downstairs, however, very pricey, which is convenient whenever you're hungry. The only thing I didn't like is the casino downstairs because it was always crowded especially at nights, and the smell of the cigarette smoke is very strong comparing to the other hotels, so we always ended up going somewhere else. It's a good thing that so many other hotels were nearby and it's a walking distance.

I always recommend this hotel to friends. The service is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee maker in room was nice. Fremont Street is always a good time. Just be careful if you are parking in the garage. Hotel guests park free but I was charged. I called the company and they did give me a refund. Otherwise, great place to stay!

The upgrade room was available for $200 per night. It was 1,500’ and very nice! My only complaint was the noise! There’s a extremely loud concert every night on Fremont St until 2:00 AM, if you’re up until 2:00 AM it’s great but if you want to sleep it’s tough.

Downtown did not feel safe. Wouldn’t stay on Fremont Street again. Room needs updating - the breaker for the bathroom lights kept tripping and we needed to keep resetting the outlet.

Hotel was servicable but i would not have called the room Deluxe king. It is fairly old. No usb plug ins, no coffee, no soap! A little disappointed in the room itself. Staff were great.

It was nice! Our room was quiet and beds were comfy. The only thing bad was The bathtub was in really bad condition, and I was very confused about the parking and the pool was empty!

Nice selection of restaurants and close to geat entertainment on Fremont St

The room felt old and out dated. Stayed 3 days and no room service the whole time. The room across from mine had room service, but not mine. I won't go back.

Bathroom was well used - tub was rusty and showerhead needs replacing
Was given a room adjacent to an outdoor stadium that played heavy base music until 1 am both nights picture is from the window in the room at 1 am
