Newly modeled hotel with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. I like that the bathrooms have nightlights and you can have the fan run constantly for white noise. Breakfast has good options. Needs more parking.

The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! The rooms were just redone and in perfect conditon with wonderful beds and pillows. The only downside to our trip was that the pool chemicals were so strong they damaged our swimsuits and we were unable to use them safely. The last day (out of 3) they finally closed the pool due to over chorination. The main reason our whole family stayed here was for the pool for the kids in the group, so we were quite disappointed with this.

Renovations going on started in the next room at 7:40 in the morning with loud tools on the wall behind the bed

The hotel was being renovated. Our room was nice and comfortable. The staff was great. Curious to see what it looks like when the renovation is done

It was under construction and we did not know that the pool and hot tub were closed??

Renovating everywhere and pool was not accessible.

The rooms were newly renovated, clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The eating area and food for breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again. It was also in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The Hotel was undergoing major renovation throughout and didn’t tell us in advance. The pool was closed. They didn’t make any allowances on rates due to inconvenience.the staff at front desk was very accomodating in making rooms for three family in the same area. If we had known of the Renovations in advance we would have stayed at the Hilton Garden in accross the street,

I didn't realize you were in the middle of construction and some of the workers were drunk

The hotel is undergoing some updates, so there were people working when we left on Sunday, but our room was brand new!! We had more family come up the second day we were there so we got another room, Jordan was the front desk person when we checked in to that one. He went above and beyond!! His kindness, manners and friendly personality was a true blessing in our day!! He was even able to get our second room right next to our original so we were not split up in the hotel. Strongly recommend!!
Breakfast was great too!!!

Property was under construction and they did well trying to keep things clean but availability to things like the ice machine were limited. The staff did a good job to service a shower leak that made a mess on the floor..

The young man and the front desk was amazing!! I should have gotten his name, He was super nice and appeared to really like his job. His kindness made me overlook the imperfections in other areas.

The breakfast was horrible.

Not recommended! Wifi won’t work. And I was blindsided by a $75 pet fee that was never mentioned.

Staff was amazing. Room was very clean & still smelled new. Breakfast was very good & a very spacious breakfast room.

Everything was outstanding. The hotel was being remodeled and our floor and room was excellent.
The only comment would be that the directory sent you to end of the hall south for ice. Nothing was there so I assume it was part of the renovation. Ice was available down the hall from the lobby. Maybe cover up the sign till installation is complete. We will stay here again on next visit to Overland Park.

Nice room and great check in. Found a handicap parking spot close to the door and at 8:30

Pros: Rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent.
Cons: spa was closed. After a long day of traveling, we were ready for a hot soak. TV reception was terrible. 40 some channels & only about 4 came in. Othered were pixelated & unwatchable.
Breakfast was so-so. Liked that they had fresh made waffles. The sausage patties had a funny taste.

Everything was good. Except the site says jetted spa and when we go there it was out of order.

Booked a room with 2 beds through Hotels.com. Got a king single bedroom. Front desk says that when you book through a third party, the requests seldom are correct. At least the room had modern features. Next nights got the double bed room one story up. This was OLD. The toilet barely flushed, the beds were lumpy. I thought I’d try the whirlpool and pool. The spa was “out of order” the pool was freezing cold and dirty. A no go. The fitness room had an elliptical, stationary bike and and 2 out of order treadmills. Really?
The bright side was the morning breakfast. The hostess made a variety of egg and breakfast meats each day. Waffles were good too. Hostess was delightful too.

The twins who checked in my friends and me were so personable and helpful. Big kudos to them. I like the location of the hotel in that it sits back from the road and the interstate and is tucked in behind a (very handy) gas station and McDonald's, plus being walkable to shopping and restaurants. The hotel breakfasts are substantial and good for the most part. Excellent refrigerator in the room, too. That said, there was some sort of construction going on while we were there but we were not informed about it, and a result of the construction several times both elevators were indicated to be closed, which was disappointing since I recently injured my knee. Also, the hotel has been there long enough that there is some shabbiness beginning to appear -- wallpaper peeling in spots, paint chipping, etc. These things won't necessarily stop me from staying there but are things that will need to be addressed sooner rather than later.

I have stayed here often. This trip I was put in a 1st floor handicapped room. The closet had no door, looks messy. The fridge and microwave are directly across from the bed. So weird. The fridge was noisy, had to cover microwave lights w a towel. The curtain doesn’t close completely light comes in. The bathroom was not functional. No place to put toiletries, makeup, hair accessories. I didn’t not like the shower with a spray nozzle.
My past reviews have always been positive. Thats why I keep going back to this pretty when visiting Olathe.

The room was very nice. Great location, to my job site and food. The girl at the front counter was very helpful and patient as she searched for my reservation. This was the only negative part, I had a confirmation, but no one could find my reservation. after such a long drive in bad weather, It took a long time before I could go to my room

Jordan at the front desk was amazing at check in. Very friendly, knowledgeable and great service! Made the start of our trip a good one.

Check in clerk couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Room was generally clean however residue pet fur was found on bed skirting. Outside appearance left something to be desired in cleanliness. Some areas of hotel were under refurbishing construction and the rest of the property shows definite wear and tear needing attention. Still would stay there again as value is still good.

Property continuing to undergo renovation but didn’t interfere with our stay. Very clean. The Travelocity site showed our room would have a sleeper sofa, which it did not. The top sheet on our king size bed was only queen size. Other than those two things everything was great. Jared, who checked us in, was very personable and helpful.

We were very happy with our stay. Our rooms originally booked had water leaks so the employee up front gave us better rooms than we booked. He was very friendly, helpful, and he should be commended. Breakfast was very good as well.
