Beautiful hotel. Nice restaurant but it is very busy and it took some time to be seated and get our bill

Second-last day on the road and a long drive done. Check in was very slow, some issues with guests in front of me and unable to process with credit card.

Terrible employees.

I really like the professionalism and friendliness of the personnel. Everyone says hello or smile when they see you. They are polite, helpful and kind.
This is our second time here and we will come back again. It is well situated and the pool and jacuzzi is great!

Lovely hotel. Well kept.

The limit of 10 swimmers in the pool seems low. It wasn't a problem when we were there first thing in the morning and mid-week. But I could see it being an issue on busier days. It was hard to find the hotel because it isn't clear that it is attached to a restaurant (Pacini) and the door to the hotel has the same look/feel as the restaurant, as opposed to a standard Best Western. Not an issue, more of a "good to know". Staff were pleasant.

We stayed at this location with our dog —- being dog friendly with ground floor accessible rooms is a deal breaker.
Restaurant onsite has top dining and service.
Rooms were clean and fresh.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Incredibly noisy at all hours. Room was near a stairwell with very noisy door. Didn’t sleep a wink.

Great place with a very nice Italian restaurant on site: PACINI
Great service at arrival and during our stay. Thank you 😊

Rooms are very small and dark. Beds are very uncomfortable. If you sleep close to the edge, you literally sink and fall off the bed. There is a mini split blowing freezing air directly in your face if the room needs to be cooled.
We were on the 4th floor and ceilings were very low. You feel like you’re walking through an underground tunnel, especially because the hallway walls are sprayed with spackle. Our view was of the flat tar roof.
The carts for luggage are old and falling apart. The elevator to get to the 4th floor is very small, the cart barely fit, and half our family had to take the stairs to go to the main level.
The room lacks amenities. There was 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and 1 small bar of soap for all guests. The toilet was dirty, small and old. It smelled like standing urine in the bathroom. There is a door that you can close to separate the shower and toilet from the sink area. It makes your bathroom experience very claustrophobic, and humid when showering.
There was no microwave in the room, so I was told to go to the 1st or 3rd floor to use the hallway microwave with my kids to warm up their milk and dinners.
There is no breakfast included.
The only plus side to this hotel is the pool and hot tub area is very appealing to kids, though the hot tub water was cloudy and had a low step up making it quite difficult to get in and out.

One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a while. Great quality pool and hot tub. Newly renovated and good quality for what we paid.

The hotel was fine, beds comfy. It's in a great location, close to everything and right off the highway. We had to wait a while to be seated in the restaurant for dinner and when we went the following day for breakfast, no one even approached us to sit us down. We eventually gave up, went to the bar and got some water and went to the Tim Hortons for breakfast.
The gym in much smaller than it appears in photos, but good equipment and clean.

We spent an overnight stay here with our child and pet. Concierge was very helpful both in the phone and in person. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. And beds were comfy. My only regret is that a week ago when we were in Drummondville I didn’t book here. It would have started our vacation off perfectly. Nevertheless, we will be back again.

The staff at this Best Western were great to start, very accomodating and extremely nice. Second, and probably our favourite part, was the pool here. We, along with our kids, loved it! The water was warm and the sky light above it was a nice addition. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and when we had ordered food to our room from ubereats, reception had no problem giving us plates and utensils to use. This is the perfect half way point between Toronto and New Brunswick for us. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we go there.
