The hotel for the price was nice enough but I think we were given the worst view in Miami Beach, we were told this was the only room in the hotel with no view and we got it . We paid for an executive room with a city view and this is what we got!!

Sure, here’s the translation to English: “The rooms were small and not particularly cozy, as well as cold. It was incredibly noisy, both from the road and the corridor. The pool closed very early, already at six in the evening. The parking was super expensive. However, the staff were very friendly, especially the person at breakfast.”

Property seemed very dated with an old hotel register system which made simple Services like charging things to the room hard to do. There was no phone at the valet desk so you couldn’t call down and request your car from the room. Staff was friendly, doing the best they could to be helpful

It was amazing. The only problem was that they did not have extra beds at the beach so we had to wait for people to leave so that we can get beds. Some people got tired and bought their own beach chairs and umbrellas 😂

Took forever to check in. We reserved 2 rooms and they gave us separate floors. One room was on 6th floor where they recently had a pipe break and it reeked of sewage. Half of our party ended up not staying because the found it completely disgusting. The elevators take way too long and when it does arrive, is over crowded. The small restaurant by the pool did have good food and staff was friendly. On the beach, we were told to close the umbrellas because they said it was too windy and unsafe. Seemed like normal beach breeze to me. We then decided to go the pool, where people were playing with soccer balls. One hit me in the back of the head. I spent the rest of the time trying to protect my wife from getting hit in the face. Was a total disappointment for my wife’s birthday.

Beautiful ocean front room, big spacous room compared to cruize ship cabin prior to stay. Hard to not do cash for me. Staff didnt mind cash tips but no other transactions. Did not spend much time on beach due to weather, (debby). Great breakfast.

For 4* hotel , the accommodations are very poor and needs to be updated. When we just walked in at our room, the floor was dirty. I found a lot hear in the bathroom. It was disgusting. The room facilities are very old. The territory is very nice. Food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner included. The hotel a beach front and very good for the families. We had an issue with city tour , ordered from the hotel. They are taking money from you and the rest you need to figure out by yourself. There is a place not far away from hotel , where you can find tours much chipper .

Staff on concierge especially Mario was excellent but the bedroom they allocated us to was stinking of drain smells. We are also not allocated the room that they told us we would get. Reception staff were not friendly at all and quite abrupt.

This property was very busy with many guest visiting the weekend I visited; however, the staff was able to manage it very well including the breakfast buffet which was very good! The beach access and the chairs/umbrella was the best part of this hotel for the short walk from the hotel was such a bonus which was the main reason for booking this hotel. Will come back again!

What I like about our stay the Riu Miami Beach was that the entire staff of the hotel was friendly, accommodating, helpful and went out of their way for the people staying at their hotel. The hotel was very clean as was our room, and had all the amenities you would want and like.

Enjoyed our stay! Housekeeping was great and kept the room clean even when we got it sandy. The facilities feel new. Breakfast has a ton of variety. Pool is lovely. The little shop that sells water and other goods (sunscreen, etc) is very reasonably priced.
