Room was clean and beds comfortable. Some updates have been made but not high end. It worked for a short overnight stay.

Just stayed one night. Had no issues. They served a very nice breakfast in the AM and the coffee was good.

Hallways smelled like bad plumbing. No hot water in shower. The hot tub in the pool room never heated up. Shower height was too low and could not be adjusted. Asked for a printed receipt and they said they didn’t know how to use the printer.
I stayed here for one night on 10/7/2024 on business.
I was mislead by the rating. If you are looking for a hot shower after a long day of traveling DO NOT stay here.

Great location, quiet and staff quite friendly. The mattress is rock hard though, and my first night my hips were in so much pain and i was tossing and turning all night long. I do not have a hip problem, just a problem with the rock hard mattress. The next day i asked for an extra mattress layer and another blanket. I used those and also a layer of pillows under me the next nights and that helped. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is a safe haven tucked away in small town Schofield, WI. The staff is so attentive and kind, even offering to get you coffee while you enjoy your breakfast. They keep the facility in top notch condition with clean rooms, lobby, and pool area. They have a washer/dryer for use for a small fee. We spent two nights here and I would absolutely do it again. Awesome place.

I book this property because of the high review but was very disappointed. Stayed two nights. The bathroom was very old. The faucet on the tub was old and rusted. The toilet did not flush correctly, had to flush it twice to get it to go down. The fridge seems old, it was making a loud humming noise when it was trying to keep cool, very annoying at night! The beds were very hard. The lighting in the room wasn’t the best. Aside from these, the staff were great!

Property, room, & breakfast area were all very clean. Nice breakfast. Beds comfortable. Kind staff. The only thing the bathroom could have used is even a small towel bar to hang a hand towel. The counter space around sink is very small & there were no towel bars at all. We also did have trouble figuring out how to get the tv remote to work. I had to go down to the front desk & the attendant came to our room to get it to work.

We loved our mini-suite! It was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the lever to open and shut the bathroom drain was missing. So the tub filled up as I showered.

I love this hotel we like to stay there when family comes a few times a year but this time I was told that locals are not aloud to stay I have never heard of this rule when I booked it did not say this I spent $500 for two rooms for two night the price was great until I got there and the front desk said we will allow it this time only I are very neat people we leave tips we are appreciate staff and travelers I am a small business owner In this area for 17 years I have Adult Group Homes and believe the community needs support. I am fine with the rules it has never been in forced before. When I booked there was no warnings please do better I felt like I was doing something wrong and I was lucky the allowed to stay I hate to think it was discrimination

Wonderful hot tub, however need to vacuum under sofa and chairs in room and in elevator. Appreciated the layout of the king bed suite with bedroom with a door and separate living room. Also appreciated all the outlets, each side at the head of the bed and just the right location at the desk in the living room, also appropriate nightlight in bathroom.
