The hotel is located perfectly, right next to the old town and Place Masséna and a few minutes walk from the beach. Public transport is also close. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby so you can easily drop by the hotel after a long day of touristing and then go back out to eat.
The staff was very friendly and both room and bathroom was very nice and clean (we had one of the rooms with balcony and garden view). A small suggestion is a few more hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom.
Our only real issue was that the heating was not working so the room was quite chilly. When we pointed it out, the staff at the reception sent someone to fix it very quickly - unfortunately it seemed to not be an easy fix since it kept not working.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay though, both the room and the perfect location - I would definitely consider coming back if I happen to visit Nice again!

Very nice hotel at a great location in Nice. Rooms are newly renovated, bathroom is very nice. Would be nice with a fridge in the room but overall a very pleasant stay.

This is a very nice hotel close to the ocean. Centrally located. And absolutely lovely view of the park

Very helpful staff, clean, great location, breakfast was very good and attendants were nice. Would recommend this place !

Room was great, clean and recently updated in an older hotel. Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. Easy 15 minute walk from train station (or take the tram) and location right at the beach and historic centre was what I was looking for.
I booked a garden view room thinking I would be overlooking the hotel garden, it’s actually a public garden across a very busy road, which was a bit disappointing. Given the location expect the usual city noise, it didn’t bother me but it is noticeable, especially if there are events going on in the Square.
Overall, good value and would stay there again.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is what looks like it would be a temporary front desk, except there’s nowhere else for a regular one, so you stand in the way of the door when checking in or out. Then I got to my TINY room and it was hot and humid. They had turned off the air conditioning for all rooms because the weather had been cool. Their advice: open a window. Well, the hotel is on a busy street, there’s construction, and I kept getting flies in my room. Thankfully I was only there one night. The day I left it was raining and I asked the night before about a ride to the train station. The young woman at the front desk told me to just walk, since it’s only 20 minutes. Before I left I had breakfast and for orange juice we had to cut the oranges and use a juicer. I love fresh OJ, but was not expecting a DIY breakfast.
The only good things about the hotel were that it’s very close to the beach and other tourist attractions, and the bathroom is nice.

Fabulous. Very nice room. 1 block to Boardwalks. 2 blocks to restaurants, Amorim gelato and Gallery Lafayette and upscale shops. In the other direction there are restaurants and tourist shops. Try Bogli restaurant. Go early. No reservations, long line.
Bus stop outside door.
Hotel. Need Towel racks. Please. Also could use coat hooks in entry area!

Very clean. Good breakfast. Near the sea. Not so suitable for disabled. Too low elevator capacity. Nice personnel

The superior room with balcony we booked was clean and comfortable and newly decorated. The balcony was very small - it did have table and chairs but too small to actually use.
The lift is very small and takes a long time waiting to use as only one for hotel.
I would not recommend booking if staying with children. The cot provided was not set up properly and unsafe to use. We asked reception to help rectify this and were told there was no one available until tomorrow, despite asking at 6pm, leaving us nowhere for our baby to sleep. We had booked a double room but the bed configuration was twin beds. We asked for this to be changed to a double so the baby could sleep in the bed instead, again nothing could be done until tomorrow. We then asked for a refund so we could find another hotel to stay at instead - again informed manager was not on site or contactable so they could not confirm this either until tomorrow. Terrible service and I would not recommend staying in case of any problems. The high chair provided was also broken with no straps so could not be used.

Loved the property, amazing location to get around to all the hot spots! Definitely will be returning to stay at this location.

Well situated for the Old Town, lots places to eat, beach just across the road. It is on a busy road just off the Prom, slight traffic noise still, but not enough to disturb our sleep. However just opposite Jardin Albert 1er, maybe noisier when events are on. Very good breakfast with lots choice. Short walk to Place Massena and tram stops.

Our room had bedbugs!

Great location, but can be very noisy! On weekend nights, it felt like we were at a party in our room from the loud music right outside until about 11:30 pm. However, other than that, we enjoyed the hotel. We had an updated room on the second floor and “ocean view” was barely a side view. We wish we had been prepared for the noise, so fair warning!

This is my second stay at this hotel. This year all room renovations had been completed. Whilst the prices are reasonably high, its worth the extra cost for a room with a view. The location is great, views from the ocean view rooms are amazing and staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms are light and bright and feel comfortable and welcoming. I'll definitely stay again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

the staff at the front desk here were so wonderful and helpful to us during our stay as I can down with a stomach bug and we were forced to cancel our stop in Cannes. We ended up staying two extra nights and seeing three different types of rooms and the staff were accommodating throughout all of it. much appreciated!

The room was very clean and beautiful. My balcony overlooked the promenade and water, stunning views! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful each morning, and the dining area was a clean and lovely place to start your day. A wonderful location so close to everything, right out your front door and around the corner. The best part, one of the smaller things, the fresh water bottle refill fountain in the main hallway. This was such a game changer! All in all, a perfect place to stay!

The room was very hot. AC until was blowing humid air.

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. This hotel is lacking a "lobby" when you walk in, so it is more functional than luxury. However, it was perfect for what we wanted.

Great location for exploring Nice; very close to the beach, Old Town and transport links for getting to Monaco and Eze.

property was a good location very good for everything shopping eating out and beach.Staff were very good. breakfast was great. We found room really clean but lack of places to put things I lived for the week out of my case as my partner had a small cupboard to hang her clothes a few hooks in hallway etc would of helped. also lack of lounge to sit.

Safe not secured in room could be picked up and moved, room door would not lock staff suggested we stay in for the night, had to insist on a room change, it was not offered

Lovely clean hotel ,staff were friendly and welcoming and very courteous. Cleaning of rooms was first class and the rooms were lovely.
Hotel is on an excellent location on the edge of old town Nice and very close to the Promenade D anglaise.
The only downside is that the facilities are limited There is a restaurant which provides a good and ample breakfast but there are no lunch or evening meal or bar facilities. However in fairness there are restaurants and bars in close proximity.
I would recommend this hotel as it is what it says on the box my only criticism is that in the description of the rooms some say a sea view and balcony overlooking a park which is possible but beware as our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the rear of two other buildings and to be honest not very nice outlook.

I stayed here for 1 night in my short visit to Nice and was so happy with how great the hotel was for the price. Super reasonable prices in such a great location - close to everything and views of the water. The rooms are renovated and very nice. The staff was so helpful in recommendations and checking in/out as well as they all spoke English which was great. Overall great stay!

Great location ! AC works ! It was 97 F and we slept comfortably. Walked to landmarks, 1/2 block from the beach ! Lots of restaurants

Staff was super friendly and the room was comfortable. Great breakfast and location. There is a small
Store for snacks next door, the beach is just across the road and old town is around the corner. Would most definitely come back. The only bummer was that our shower leaked.

Nice a hotel in the heart of the Old Town, close to Massena, the Promenade and the beach. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Reception personnel is bilingual, but their service could be a little better and they can provide more information about the area, restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed our stay here, the plus points were the cleanliness, the bed was super comfy and the location is fantastic.
The room however was VERY small, it was a Superior sea view room, there was a tiny wardrobe with a few hangers but nowhere else to put anything so it felt very cramped as there was also very little floor space so everything was in the way. The sound proofing also wasn’t great we could hear a lot from the room next door which woke us up very early one morning. Also outside noise was an issue as there was a festival across the road but clearly not a fault of the hotel itself.
