We were at the Hyatt for our son's volleyball tournament and this hotel was a great place to stay. You can walk indoors to McCormick Place for the tournament. There is food at the hotel and places you can walk to for food. We walked to pick up Papa John's for the boys. There was plenty of space for teams to gather to eat together. We had a beautiful view of the Sears tower and skyline from our 15th floor room. And in December the cost for our room was very reasonable. We are back in June for another tournament and hope to be able to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, and for a place that gets so much use, it was in pretty good shape.

The hotel lobby and hallways were clean. The carpet in our room didn’t look vacuumed. The tables looked worn down. The bathroom was nice, but the bed wasn’t all that comfortable. Overall it was a quiet hotel on the 28th floor, even during Chicago Marathon weekend. The pool area wasn’t great, looked worn out, and the water was cold. Pool was also narrow.

Used this hotel for Chicago marathon weekend. Hotel put on a shuttle bus for free and plenty of refreshments afterwards.
No complaints, very modern fitness suite and clean pool.
Would recommend.

I booked a room with a one queen bed and a double bed. I booked it because I was traveling with 2 adults and my 17 year old son who weighs over 200 pounds. When we got to the hotel, they told us that they only had one king bed and that it was the last room available so we just had to sleep there. I booked it for three of us and paid in already but the front desk staff, beronica, was very rude. Hyatt did not guarantee us a room and told us that there were no rooms. Nothing they can do. I travel from la. We couldn't sleep for 30 hours. We sooo tired already. She was really annoyed with me and rude. Her attitude was terrible even she didn't seem sorry.. And they promised to put in an extra bed but now. It's 3am and I haven't received the extra bed and I'was still waiting without being able to sleep. We keep called the room service. It's the worst booking and the worst trip. I'm really disappointed with Hyatt for their terrible service, especially doesn't guarantee reservations.

They do have parking garage that is attached to the hotel which makes it very easy and convenient. It is $35 per night but it was totally worth it for us.
Hotel was clean and our stay was good.

This was a very nice hotel. If you are traveling by train, the South Shore line no longer stops at McCormick Place. There is some inconvenience with this, but the hotel is walking distance to Soldier Field.

The view from this hotel is incredible! We had a view of the skyline & the lake! Great location if you are heading to a basketball or football game! Our first room had a very bad smell but they moved us to a similar room on another floor. Second room was great except for the cardboard bed!

The hotel was very nice! It was clean and everyone was super nice and welcoming. The hotel was in great walking distance to soldier field and plenty of restaurants. Never heard any noise from other guests or outside noise.

Parking is a mess. When we first pulled in, the line for parking was at a complete stop. Making it difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The lot next to the hotel was full so we parked across the street. I didn't have 2 cars on my reservation. Describing how we should park should have been a lot easier than it was. Additionally, the hotel needs more signs as to where to go.

Everything was great. Except the parking. I feel a parking spot should have come with the reservation.

Me and a friend stayed here when seeing Pink at Soldier Field. It was a short walk to the stadium and there were MANY Pink fans staying at the same hotel, so it had a fun vibe. Everything was very clean, bed was firm, but comfortable enough for an evening and I liked the pillows. Only downside is that we could hear the bathroom shower and toilet to the room next door late in the evening when many of the concert goers were getting back and getting to bed. So some of the noise was bothersome as we were trying to fall asleep. But otherwise a great stay and would stay here again if going to a concert or hitting up the museums!

I was kind of disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast and they charged $31 for breakfast. That was not good at all., That hotel is making more than enough money for the prices of the room. There should still be some type of complementary food instead of the only option being to pay, and the breakfast buffet was definitely not worth the money.

Easy to get in and out. Close to the event we were attending. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was told the parking garage was temporary full. To park in Lot A which was across the street. After unloading and driving to parking lot A. There was a sign saying parking lot was Closed. Went back and just parking in the actually hotel lot which was not full. Wasted 20mins because of unnecessary detour.
