Decent hotel, a bit run-down. Breakfast started early, which was good for me. One staircase was closed as it was under construction. One of the treadmills was broken in the fitness center.

Great stay! Very friendly front desk staff!!! Breakfast had many choices and was delicious! Rooms were clean and the maid service was fast and efficient! The bed was a little too soft for my back but I loved the comfy pillows! I would definitely stay there again!!!

The room was clean. The a/c needs work it would get very loud, The sofa bed could use a better mattress. I did request more towels and another blanket but I never did get it. The staff was very nice always and greeted you. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Do Not stay in this hotel. Not American owned. Which I should’ve known they would be filthy. Mold got my daughter , granddaughter and myself very sick. Very very dirty. I ask to change rooms and wasn’t allowed and still charged. DO NOT STAY HERE. Holiday Inns are always clean. Love them. Worse one I ever stayed in.

The workers were cheerful and friendly. Room did not have nearly enough towels (3 towels for 5 people). We had to ask for more towels several times in the 3 days we were there. We had reserved a room with two queen beds and got two fulls instead. Breakfast was way below average as far as variety and quality of food- pretty disappointing. Cleanliness was so-so.

Overall the room was clean and everything we paid for. The suite sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend an adult sleeping on that mattress.

Our room was quiet and clean. The hotel is older and the rooms could use some updating. The tv had basic dish channels with no option to connect to streaming service. The breakfast was good, but pretty much the standard that you get at most mid level hotels. They did have fresh fruit. It was a convenient location for us and the rate was very reasonable.

Holiday Inn is my preferred hotel in every city. Consistently a pleasant experience. We were able to walk to dinner at a restaurant by a mall, and check out was later than most hotels.

Very disappointed, I have loved every IHG but this one was barely above a motel 6 level. Staff was friendly, but didn’t have pool towels, dirty pool. Tissues in bathroom was stuffed in, not professional. Just felt dirty and run down. For the price I should’ve stayed somewhere else and saved the money.

It was very clean. Though the tv in our room did not work. The phone in the room wasn’t plugged in and when we went to try and plug it in, the outlet was just frayed wires with no face plate. The mini fridge made loud noises and had to be unplugged. Also all of the showers on our floor made a terrible sound and someone next to us took a shower at 10:30pm and woke all of us up. The gym was tiny and the ceiling was so low I couldn’t even stretch.

It was a very friendly place, convenient when you want to shop, eat, gas, liquor etc. Breakfast was good, rooms clean and comfortable, indoor pool and hot spa though we couldn’t find time to use them. Overall the staff was amazing, cheerful and very welcoming. Would stay same place if at all we visit again.

The rooms were great but the breakfast was disappointing. The man that was supposed to be refilling stuff was more worried about looking at his watch and visiting with the man at the front desk . There were no biscuits but gravy - no milk for cereal and everything thing else that was low he wouldn’t refill until someone asked . It was very busy and an hour before it was supposed to end .

Terrible to no wifi and no tv channels. The tv tells you to connect with your phone but can't because it does not connect to wifi. We had maybe 10 channels that worked and 2 worth watching. Not ideal with kids. The indoor pool room was flooded with water when we first walked in (Lounge chairs were floating in water and we had to remove our shoes upon entering), and there was lots of dirt build up in the hot tub.

The room was spacious, clean, and totally free of unpleasant odors. The a/c unit was easy to adjust to the most comfortable setting. The access room had sensible safety features and added amenities such as make-up remover sheets. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive. It is also in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. My only complaint is there was a high school wrestling team staying in the hotel and they were running up and down the halls and making lots of noise.

This is a decent hotel, but we booked a suite which wasn’t any better than their regular rooms. Price was good, breakfast was adequate, pool and jacuzzi were nice. Our bedding was lovely and staff was very nice.location was good.
