The lady on check-in desk spoke so quietly, I could not make out what she was saying. I had to tell her my postcode 3 times for ger to get it right. Room was clean and comfortable but the bed was small. Breakfast was manic. The area was not big enough for the number of guests. Coffee machine was ouf of order. My wife had to wait 15 minutes for hot food to be replenished. Didn't appear to be enough staff. The staff present worked really hard. Seemed to be a lot of dogs in the hotel. I've had better experiences staying in a hotel. The bar stayed open very late if you got back late after a night out.

The staff friendly nice that it had small bar with a limited drink selection but adequate so could have child drink. Breakfast selection was good would probably use again as we go to Scotland from Devon a couple times a year so nice stop before getting on the m6

The rooms were a little run down, we had two rooms and one stank of smoke. Breakfast was included but was below average. Great value for money on the face of it, however should have paid a little more for a better standard. Staff were friendly and if the room hadn’t of been smoked in, might of felt like we had value for money.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the staff friendliness, the room was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed. The bed was also comfortable which I find unusual in a cheaper hotel. Would definitely stay at again. And there is a nice pub/restaurant at the end of the carpark serving carvery and pub grub. The breakfast was good and included in the price too

The staff were very friendly and very very helpful. It was a very busy breakfast time and they found us a table in a seperate room due to it being so busy but even offered to collect us breakfast as soon as more was available. They couldnt help enough. Thank you so much!

The air con/heating didn’t work in our room, breakfast was absolute carnage! It was a free for all, there was no plates, no cutlery, the coffee machine was only dispensing black coffee despite it advertising lattes mocha hot chocolate etc, the milk had ran out, there was a wait for food, sausages, has browns, bread, no cups, no glasses, there was just not enough seating or service to accommodate the amount of guests for breakfast, considering what was paid for breakfast this was a poor show. The room however was clean and fairly quiet, the only problem being anytime anyone opened a door in the corridor it rattled our door. The room was clean but other than that there was nothing great about this stay.

Absolute value for money! I was nearly 2 hours early arriving the lady on reception was lovely she sorted me a room straight away to save me waiting around. The bed could easily fit 2 adults and a child in. It’s a very quiet hotel the only noise is from the main road outside which is minimal if your windows are shut.

Room smelt damp.when we areived around 7pm ... When we got back circa 12 30 we felt a wet patch on the floor next to the bathroom. It was too late to point it out or change rooms but its something that should hv been noticed. It may have come.from the A/C unit or the bathriom .. But therebwas a definite damp smell. Also the kitchen staff were not prepared for the amout of.people there for breakfast. They were overwhelmed and un prepared. We actually didn't get the breakfast experience we wanted as everything had run out .. no cups glasses.. plates.. juice ..food.. it appeared as if they were only expecting 20 people. It was so busy the conference room.had to be opened and we had to wait for a table. Not a nice experience as everyone seemed to come down at 9am. Maybe on bank holidays you ciujd extend the breakfast and check.out times to stop this avalanche of people.

We were here for the 3 day convention in Dudley. Excellent location, good service and the personnel was so nice to provide breakfast at 6:30 during the weekend as well. This was a great help and much appreciated by many staying this weekend. Very friendly personnel.

Hotel and staff excellent. My only problem was car park security my van window got smashed and broken into along with another two vehicles. All caught on CCTV. Felt really unsafe and I cut my stay after one night.

The staff here were wonderful to we two seniors. Helpful, smiling and nothing was too much trouble as they resolved our questions. Spectacles were left behind in the car as we checked in--no problem they waited. Lovely feeling instead of feeling a nuisance. WELL DONE YOUR STAFF

Room was noisy. Could not sleep. Sounded like an extracter fan was being switched on and off every 5 seconds all night. It wasn't coming from the bathroom in the room. Constant on amd off. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Tap on basin was either scolding hot or cold not good for kids. Couldn't get it to a warm temp. Air conditioning in the room was leaking water. No plug sockets next to the bed to charge your phone during the night. The plug socket was in the middle of the room so any device plugged in and left to charge had to be left on the floor. Would have been better off in a premier inn.

I was looking for a quite and affordable accommodation. This is best for families. Lot of families with kids. We came for an early flight and staff were very nice and gave us an early check.in. lot of breakfast options available 😋. The hotel is near to ASDA ALDI MCDONALD'S AND TIM HORANS. Taxi from airpirt cost £35 to £40. It cost around £12 to£15 to Bull ring shopping centre in city. The house keeping is excellent. The rooms arejust right and have a kettle & iron. Aircon is very good. Nice warm shower and overall a verynice for families. Recommended.

The room was comfortable, with the stay very friendly and professional, giving lots of help and information as needed. The evening meal was ok and just enough. The downside was the hot breakfast, this was truly awful and terrible. I have never had such a poor breakfast. Why—the food was absolutely cold, tomato’s all in a state of mush, bacon so hard it could be used for building with. Nothing was suitable. The cold breakfast was ok, it did not blow you away but was edible.
