The staff was very friendly and were blown away by the cleanliness of the room. I always come in with my disinfectant wipes and go through the whole room and all of my wipes were clean after I used them.

The hotel was fine. It’s a little outdated. The hallways felt dark and you could hear everything going on in the hallways when you were in your room.

Cons first: Hotel needs repairs and a renovation. Repairs that have been made are a mess and not done appropriately (huge gouges in our wall with patches slapped on and just painted over without sanding or craftmanship, hole in ceiling over pool, patches in bottom of pool that resembled a spill instead of using a lathe to spread smoothly. Looked like a toddler is attempted to fix things there. Do not drink the tap water, it made us sick for several hours after drinking from the tap. Same at any restaurant in area, bring your own bottled water. The continental breakfast was gross, just no! Room window was toward parking lot, very noisy at night even though away from street. The Pros: Hotel staff were excellent and friendly, some of the best staff ever. The room was comfortable and the entire place was spotless. Probably one of the cleaniest hotels I have been in.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice and Clean hotel. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Great location with plenty of good restaurants close by. The only negative I would say is that the breakfast they offer is a little subpar but its free so you can't complain about it. The other thing is that you have to beware of the parking lot as you enter. Big curbs going in and a huge "dip" where the drainage is. Be careful if you're on a motorcycle or in a low sports car. Overall, I highly recommend this nice, Clean hotel.

We were on the top floor (3rd) and at 8am workers were scrapping the roof off. It was incredibly loud. My vehicle was parked in front of the hotel and the scraps from the roof landed on my car and around it. Someone came to our room at 10:35a to ask for my car to be moved after they had already started removing the tar paper. We fire. Travel to Indy for events and games and like the Greenwood/ Southport area but will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Needed repair…sink drain stuck in shut position, lamp shade missing, exposed light switch, and a loose lamp shade. This was the second room we had because the first one stunk and was double beds, when we had paid extra for king suite.

The property in general is dated and well worn. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. A lot of traffic noise late at night.

Very nice hotel for the price. Our room was clean & very spacious. Bed was very nice & comfy with no stains. There was a little toilet paper flower in the bathroom which I loved! Very friendly staff and the breakfast area was beautiful with wonderful breakfast & coffee options. Would stay here again if in the area.

I tried my best to make the best of out this hotel, but man when I tell you looks can be deceiving it truly was. First off the building look wore down from the outside, inside the pool is gross even my 2 year-old didn’t even want to swim in it. The room sadly wasn’t any better (ex:Earwig was found in our bed, food was left underneath multiple pieces of furniture that my 2 year-old got ahold, the bathtub was dirty & crusty, the bathroom floor was so dirty that when I put a towel down to catch water from me hopping out of the shower the white was completely black. Also the breakfast wasn’t that good either, but the waffles that you make yourself was actually ok.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was fine but not a lot of choices. Reservation was a little messed up but they made it work so all was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. It was also quiet. We had two rooms exactly the same but one cost $17 more. No explanation on that. I would probably stay again.
