It was an okay stay. The room was nice and big, but very outdated. The hot tub and ice machine was out of order. The key cards did not work on the outside doors.

There was mold in the grout of the shower and I didn’t even feel comfortable giving my kids a bath because it just felt dirty. The drain stopper came out completely (the entire ring not just the stopper) and the seal on the shower head was hanging off. The shower head was also covered in white stuff. The beds are small, never heard of a hotel having two full size beds instead of two queens. And the pillows are awful. We had six pillows and not one was good. Had to wad them up to even feel like you had an actual pillow. I ended up using a blanket as a pillow.
They also advertise an indoor pool and a hot tub which is the only reason I chose this place because we visit my step son several times yearly, we can’t afford to go do things every time so pool and hot tub are a big part of our plans when we visit. The hot tub didn’t even have water in it at all the pool was about 50 degrees. They should probably let people know when their hot tub isn’t working because they are difficult to find in Denver hotels.

Was really nice

The only disappointing thing was the pool. Everything looked outdated and we were expecting it to be heated. It was extremely cold and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, this hotel is a great place and the service was good. If they could fix the pool, it would’ve been perfect for my family.

Despite a glitch in our room (no heat), the staff immediately dealt with moving us to another room that was right next door, so it wasn’t a hassle. I appreciated her help and concern to be sure we were satisfied.

The check-in attendant was helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an airport shuttle

We have stayed here at this La Quinta DIA several times and were very disappointed at the condition of our room and the hotel in general is showing its age. Also the breakfast service is very short from 6:30 to 8;00 and no exceptions as the crew were removing the items before 8. Every La Quinta I have stayed in these past few weeks from Livermore, CA to Gillette Wyoming have breakfast from 6-9. The lighting in the parking lot is dismal and area is unsafe. We know Denver has some major issues going on and it seems that it has manifested even out to the airport. The trees need to be trimmed and landscape in general is blocking some lighting where cars are parked.

I've stayed at this site 3 times. The front desk is courteous and helpful. My only critique is the tv system. It seems every hour the smart tv has to "reset" and I loose the program I'm watching. often it takes a few minutes to get the channel/ show return and I miss some of the plot. This is most annoying as a guest.

Great stay for a niagra falls vacation!

Front desk awesome! Shuttle driver was so friendly to all!!

The hotel itself was nice enough except that you have to eat before 8am!! And at 8am they start rolling up the food! Who's stupid idea was that! Everyone else on the planet goes till 9am!
Then, come to find out, you have to pay extra for parking! In the hotel parking lot!? Again, who's stupid idea was that!?

This is our first choice for a hotel near Denver International Airport (we won't make the mistake of staying at the cheapest hotels on Tower Road ever again). The TV in room 136 kept rebooting and resetting itself to Channel 2 every 15 minutes, which was disappointing but not a big deal for us. Forgot to tell the front desk about it. WiFi worked fine so we watched movies on our laptop. Front desk staff here always deserve a 10/10 rating!

Was told breakfast started at 5am. Actual start at 7am, day after i needed to be at airport. Door looked like it was broken into, very dented around three locking mechanism which made closing it difficult.
Very clean room though and great AC. Front desk staff was friendly
3.9
The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all, it was like he couldn’t be bothered to check me in. The keys didn’t work in the back doors where I had to park and bring stuff in so you had to walk all the way to the front and then go up to the fourth floor, where my room was, and then the key didn’t work in the door 5 different times. But that didn’t really matter because I could use a card or ruler or anything and break into my hotel room because the gap in the door was so big. You can get a ruler in there and pop it Open. Will never stay at this property and will be happy to tell everyone not to stay at that property

Staff were friendly as always.

Older hotel that needs updates, at least the room i was in. Very noisy

We had a king suite with a fold out couch. No bedding in the room for the fold out couch. Had to go down to the front desk and call again to ask for bedding to be brought up. This was at 9 pm and we wanted to go to bed. The bedding should have been in the closet of the room already. The front desk had a roof leak and dripping water on us during check in.. The floor tiles are all broke in the elevator floor. The faucet in our room moved around when you turn it on. The place needs some maintenance attention and more staff at the front desk. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Couldn’t sleep was told I was not getting charged due to fire alarm going off non stop at 12am woke us up in a dead of sleep !! My kid was screaming crying
3.9
Just because a hotel remodels doesn't mean it's better. Hot water was very slow to heat and toilet made a very loud noise the first time; had to push down handle twice to flush. Fire alarms went off twice within less than 48 hours at 2 am and 1230 am. Had to wait an hour til 3 am first time outside for firefighters to clear. Requested housekeeping at check-in on Thursday but didn’t get it until Saturday and no extra toilet tissue provided. TV channels were inaccurate on Guide so it was a crapshoot to surf. Breakfast was only until 8 am weekdays...guess they don't care about non- business folks or vacationers---an extra hour would be nice But then again it wasn't very good. Spend more on better! Won't stay here again.

Inside property is a little worn. VERY clean. The staff is what makes it worth the money. Welcoming and caring. Walls are a little thin so if you are a light sleeper this may be a challenge.
3.9
The rooms need some updating and maintenance issues. The handle on the toilet was broken. The shower handle for water temp just kept going around

The shuttle schedule to / from airport - hotel was not accurate as described when I made the reservation. I was told the shuttle departed the Denver airport at :15 and :45 past the hour. It actually departed the airport at :30 (I showed up at the stop at :35) and waited until :10 past.

Great place: very clean and convenient to the airport. A restaurant guide would have been appreciated.

Every area of my stay was good with the exception of the condition of the bed and pillows.
Both were lumpy, the bed slumped quite a bit on one side. Unfortunately, over the two nights I stayed, I did not sleep well and woke with a headache each time.
I would consider staying again if there was a guarantee that I would get a comfortable bed and quality pillows.
A perk I really enjoy are hotel rooms that have windows that open, especially, since it’s so rare. It’s such a rarity so I was delighted when I discovered the window opened in the room.

Rooms smelled like they had been smoking rooms. Felt dirty.

Loved this hotel! Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful

Great location near airport. Access to many amenities and quiet overall space.

Amazing

It was updated , clean and safe. I like the breakfast included with the room . I didn't like that it was pet friendly and the guest with animals brought them into the lobby and food area. Pets have ticks and fleas.
3.9
Loved the stay even though it was for one night.

Upon arrival to the hotel there were 2 greyhound buses dropping off tons of people who were piling into the lobby. Although I recognize this is not within the control of the hotel, these people were ABSOLUTE Karens to the hotel staff. Two women argued with the staff for almost 25 minutes, causing my partner and I to just stand there listening to them go around in circles. After finally getting into our rooms I noticed sticky residue on almost every surface, a yellow stain on the bed sheet. the TV did not work, and the curtain handle broke off when I tried closing it. The people in our hall were in and out of their rooms all night, slamming doors, and being loud and inconsiderate. Again, this is not the hotel's fault, however, you'd think people would be a bit more aware of their actions. The walls are so thin you can hear the telephones ringing from the rooms next to you. This was one of the more expensive hotels I booked while in Denver and it was BY FAR the worst. Not to mention they want you to pay to park in their lot.....

Was super bummed this stay— my kiddos and I stayed 10 days prior and it was so fabulous!! This time, our shower never got warm and it smelled like weed/ food and cigarettes:/ we didn’t get in until super late so we didn’t complain, but next time (hopefully there won’t be a negative time) I’ll be more vocal.

Great area close to airport

Overall pleasant experience

Stayed here overnight after getting into Denver airport late at night. Smooth check in. Located near a lot of restaurants so that was convenient. Rooms were slightly outdated but clean.

Stay was great. Room next door had some loud screaming toddler but that’s not the hotels fault! Nice clean room and facility.

BAD SHUTTLE SERVICE...
Had early morning flight, so reserved here to get to airport on time. Room was clean and comfortable, but departure was stressful.
Shuttles here schedule to be in front on the hour and half hour. We were out of our room at 4:50, but the elevator buttons on the 4th floor were not working and wasted time trying to get the elevator. Husband walked down to 3rd floor to call the elevator to 4th. Finally got to the front door at 4:55. No one was at the front desk. The 5:00 shuttle never came. After waiting 15 minutes, went to a back room to ask receptionist for status. The sleeping receptionist was not very helpful and said that it had been on time the whole night. (Which was a lie).and we had missed it. At 5:25 went in search of the receptionist again, who said it should be here at any moment. Shuttle did arrive at 5:30 and we saw the driver walk thru the lobby. We were at the airport departures in 15 minutes.

Spa wasnt working and staff mentioned that management was notified weeks ago so it was a disappointed on our end. Also the toiletries were minimal with one bar of soap and one shampoo bottle for a king suite. There were no personal items available at the in house store
which looked very bare, like a "going out of business sale". Also when we checked in, the lobby cold water dispenser was empty (typically filled at other hotels) and we had to mentioned to staff. It is a minimum type of stay so dont expect much and keep expectations low.
3.9
The property has many issues which includes but is not limited to the following: Multiple elevators out of order, none of the exterior doors working other than main entrance, pool/spa out of order, waffle maker at breakfast out of order, house keeping only comes upon request and after requesting still did not receive housekeeping. Overall this hotel is the worst I have stayed in and will never be staying again.
3.9
We choose to stay here almost every time we need to fly out of DIA because of the proximity to DiCicco's Italian restaurant, the swimming pool and nearby places to walk the dog. This visit was a little frustrating because the only door we could use was the front door. The other doors could not be accessed from the outside. We were also a little disappointed that there were no hot sauces for the breakfast eggs. Other than those two things we loved our visit.
