This was the filthiest hotel room I have ever seen- if it wasn’t so late at night and I wasn’t so tired I wouldn’t have stayed there; Thankfully I had a blanket in my car so I used that to lay on but neither my husband nor i got any sleep and then in the morning we found out that the toilet was broken and didn’t flush - I will never stay at a super 8 again!

I'm giving low ratings because I paid for this stay with rewards from hotels.com and the hotel also charged me the daily rate on my credit card, meaning I paid twice for the stay.

The staff was amazing and the room we were in was good but the one our son had wasnt the best they had mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and in the tub.But the property owner was quick to check it out and told us as soon as we checked out he would clean it now if he does that is another story.The main issue is you pay alot for the rooms and the breakfast was not what u would expect from a wydum hotel group and they had no ice.we were there for 6dayd

The room looked clean, I chose non-smoking, it had a pleasant smell inside. However, the hallways had a strong smoke odor. I saw a very small cockroach by the nightstand. The staff were very polite. It’s a simple, affordable place, great for a short visit. I didn’t have breakfast, but it seemed what ever they served it was in the reception area to grab and go.

the room I was in didn't have any hot water to take shower there's was cigarettes burns all over the bath tube the blanket has cigarettes burns all over it as well the place needs to closed down permitted

I asked for non smoking room. Of course all I smelled when I stepped off the elevator was weed and cigarettes. The blankets and sheets had burns in them. There was leftover trash on the floor. Floor was dirty. No washcloths in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper in the room. No soap to wash your hands. The towels smelled of pickles. Loud music constantly being played next to my room. ALL NIGHT. Filthy property in a nutshell. Would NEVER stay again.

Room was decent for the price. Dated decor and bed. When we checked in I was taken aback by the front desk. It was fully enclosed in glass with an opening to slide your card through. Made us wonder about our safety if the reception felt the need to be behind the glass.

I booked a room and when I got there, they said they didn’t have anything available and I had to pay extra to stay there for a two bed even though I only needed one. Then they didn’t even know how to charge the extra three dollars so I had to wait even though I already paid online through Hotels.com.

Staff friendly, rooms dated, worn and in poor condition. We were given our key but had to wait outside our room because they were not done cleaning. Large hole (worn) in carpet right outside bathroom could be possible tripping hazard. Toilet seat appeared to only be attached with one bolt. Room was apparently a smoking room or was in the past.

Room was small but clean. Refrigerator, small freezer and microwave worked fine. No in room coffee maker and no hot breakfast as advertised. Guess staff couldn’t be bothered. Only regular coffee, packaged muffins, granola bars, little yogurts available! There was a machine to make waffles and a toaster but they were not set up to use!

Parking was tight but the location was very convenient. There were several restaurants nearby and easy interstate access. The rooms were clean.
