Over many years it is always been a pleasure to stay at Blue Horizon Garden resort. Thank you Arnold, Lindonna and Monica for a wonderful time!

Blue Horizons Garden Resort is a lovely, eco-friendly establishment. It's just far enough away from everything to feel secluded and private but still a close walk to the beach and the grounds are amazing! As vegetarians, we found the dining options to be very limited in the area which was disappointing and challenging. Resort staff were very helpful and gracious, although the restaurant staff bring the concept of "island time" to a whole new level. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Blue Horizons Resort is a beautiful place. The staff is always helpful. It’s well kept and I love it.

We prefer ‘room only’ accommodation so that we can eat when and where we choose, and experience the local cuisine and culture. Blue Horizons rooms have a kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, pots and pans and a toaster, so it is possible to prepare your own meals if you prefer. It is only a short walk to the supermarket where most food items are available.
The gardens are beautifully taken care of and there is an abundance of different trees, plants and shrubs with a variety of flowers, scents and colour.
There is a well maintained swimming pool with loungers and an adjacent bar and restaurant. If you prefer the sea and sand, it is close to the famous Grand Anse beach or slightly further away is the BBC beach.
The staff are very pleasant and helpful, and always greet you with a friendly wave or conversation.
Blue Horizons is an eco resort, so they take care to save water and they harness the abundant sunshine through solar panels to provide the hot water for the rooms.
Some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit tired and worn but the resort is gradually and constantly upgrading and improving. Nevertheless, this is one of our favourite holiday destinations and we are very likely to return.

We've just returned from a stay at Blue Horizons Beach Resort. It's a beautiful resort and difficult to find any criticism of it. Without exception the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Although not situated directly on the beach it is only a couple of minutes walk. Staying there rather than an all inclusive meant we made far more use of the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the island again.

Nice rooms with a bedroom and a separate living room with TV.
5 min walk to a beach which has decent drink/food areas. The Umbrella bar is the pick with great food and cocktail options at very affordable prices.
Would recommend the local bus (#1) to St George's town, costs about 1 USD.
Staff are wonderful and the owner introduces himself to all guests.
Hotel food is a little on the expensive side.

Everything was good. Their only complaint was that the rooms only had english plugs rather than the ones that are used in Barbados.

First day no hot water (understandable due to heavy cloud coverage and solar water heater) second day was only scalding hot water in both hot and cold taps.. third day was the same by the fourth day I got a mix water and finally able to have a proper shower..

Overall, this is a ok hotel but I would not categorize it as a resort. We would not stay here again.
POSITIVE: Strong wifi throughout the grounds. Adequate housekeeping. Refrigerator and coffee maker in the kitchen. Short walk to the beach and landscaped, quiet grounds. The staff was friendly and helpful with a few exceptions (below).
NEGATIVE: We were here in April 2022, and there were very few people staying here. I feel that we did not have the service options that may have been offered during busier times. The restaurant is pretty expensive compared to other good options nearby. We didn't like anything we ate there. It had very limited hours was often closed. We made breakfast in the room most days with groceries bought locally. We chose this hotel because we were looking for some on site options, but ended up going off site for everything. There were also no outlets in the bathroom. The staff did not have an extension cord that would allow me to dry my hair in front of a mirror - they seemed surprised that I would want to – so I needed to purchase a $40 surge protector. Lastly, the bed was not comfortable and I had issues with my back during our stay.
Our flight was delayed and Expedia confirmed we’d be refunded for the day we wouldn’t be there. A week after we got home, I received an email that the hotel decided not to process the refund. We made the change prior to the cut off date and received confirmation from Expedia. We're disputing the charge.

Property is well-maintained and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did not like the very limited pool hours and dining options onsite. I ended up walking to get groceries so I could have something to eat while there.

Splendid grounds, gorgeous gardens, peaceful. The cottage was updated with new appliances, lovely decor, good housekeeping. 3 mins from Grand Anse, I could not ask for more. Will definitely return.

Blue Horizons Garden Resort is simply magnificent! Breathtaking estate with exquisite, eco-friendly design and maintained by welcoming and compassionate groundskeepers. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful with recommendations. Beautiful bungalow with all the comforts. Highlight was conversations poolside with Arnold Hopkin, the owner and Grenadian proprietor who is a gem of a man and leader. 10/10 recommend Blue Horizons to friends and look forward to returning again soon!

I liked the food, lovely setting with gardens, layout of the apartment.

Its like an air bnb with a restaurant and pool. I ordered room service everyday and never ate a bad meal. The food prices are amazing. I only wished the restaurants were open later. Due to the pandemic you'll have to order by 5pm for 7 pm curfew. 10 min drive to the airport, 10 min drive to the beach and a 15 min drive to get covid testing. Can't beat it. I'd highly recommended. Also I stayed on lower level. The steps are dreadful and I also think the lower levels were newly renovated.

Great secure WiFi and the extremely comfortable room with all its ammenities were perfect and exactly what I needed for my 48 hour quarantine following the airport arrival pcr test. I felt safe and appreciated all the attention and detail to the implementing of covid safety measures, including that all staff and management are fully covid vaccinated.

We spend Pandemic Christmas at Blu Horizons and that was a very good choice. Although the resort was very quite (only because of the pandemic), the service was excellent. The Deluxe Suite had everything we needed to compensate for the fact that all restaurants were take-out only and a curfew was in place. During our breakfasts on the little porch we enjoyed the view of the ocean, and the evenings inside were very pleasant, too. And on Christmas day, a complementary bottle of sparkling wine brought to our suite made us feel very well taken care of. Definitely a place to stay again - hopefully without pandemic restrictions.

Set in a gorgeous garden, close to Grand Anse beach, this resort is charming with helpful staff and spacious accommodation.

Room was clean and quiet. The grounds were lush and tranquil. My lunch Caesar salad was runny and watery and I wish I wouldn't have eaten or paid for it.

We liked that we could take out non motorized equipment for free (but they wouldnt let us use the plastic chairs to wait for our kids, which were apparently for another hotel). The place is a short walk to the beach. The pool was a lovely place to cool off. There is a space for a car. The negatives was very slow service, especially in the restaurant.

Family run business with hands on owner/manager. Beautifully kept gardens. Quiet and friendly.Nice pool.

The bungalow was clean with modern appliances and bathroom. Large king size bed. The property has a lovely lush garden. Quiet and close to Grande Anse beach

Beautiful property with a staff committed to guest services. I will stay here on my next trip to Grenada.

There was no electric outlet in the bathroom. It was inconvenient.
No microwave oven was provided until asked for it. It should be there for the guests convenience.

This property is close to the mall and main bus routes but because of the way it’s located on the side of a hill you feel away from it all. It’s not on the sea but they have an agreement with Spice Island resort very close by you get use of their beach and water sports for free. You can also open an account if you wish and charge drinks/ food there. I have to also add what a joy it was talking to the staff at this hotel. Jeffery and Cheryl where so fun and told us some much about the island. We will be back.

Quite location. Restaurant was outstanding. Arrangement with Spice Island Resort was a plus.

Delightful one night stay. They have all the creature comforts and obviously have made an effort to think of what a guest might need. All the service personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely brilliant. If you are looking for a room with a kitchen, living room and a balcony this is best we saw on the island 👍

For us this was the perfect resort. It is extremely quiet, peaceful and the gardens are beautiful. We enjoy self catering and with a large supermarket a short stroll away the setting was perfect. We had a higher chalet with sea view. From our terrace we could look across to St Georges. The beach was also a very short stroll away. There were places to eat again no distance away plus the hotel had a restaurant and casual pool dining. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again.
