It is a smoke free hotel. While one worker was there it didn't smell like pot. While another worker was there it not only smelled strongly of pot, but he also was good enough to smoke right outside the door. I didn't appreciate walking into a cloud of cancer on my way to work. I appreciated that in the hall it was kind of loud, but with the door closed I didn't hear the noise nearly as much. The hotel has some worn aspects and some newer aspects. I still think it is odd to not have an alarm. The towels are tiny. Housekeeping threw away the bar of soap I was using. every day it got thrown away. I went to the bathroom once or twice and needed soap to wash my hands, but didn't need a new bar every day. That was such a weird waste.

The front desk people were awesome, friendly and helpful. The room was good. It was big, had everything that was expected other than the alarm clock. I think most people have one on their phone. I do. I stayed another time and the plug was really far away, this time with the same layout there was a far away plug and a halfway to me plug, which was exactly what I needed. The mattress was a bit worn with what I think was a big butt impression in the springs. That wasn't comfortable, but there were two sides to the bed. The towels are super small. The water is hot and the shower was good.

Check in was fine. The room wasn't bad, a bit outdated and older. Things have definitely been used. The room was huge and the price decent. It felt safe and clean and it wasn't super loud. I got a decent night sleep in a comfortable bed. The thing that really got me was that there were no plugs near the bed and no alarm clock. I had to use my extension cord to plug in my own alarm clock and put it on a chair as far as that stretched. The usb cable still didn't make it to the bed to charge my phone and watch. That was inconvenient. I didn't use the fridge and the microwave was clean that I used to nuke my heating pad.

Reserved king bed, was given 2 double. A/c was the loudest thing I've ever heard in a hotel room. Would've went somewhere else but it was 11 at night and was tired.

Beds were comfortable but strange just a mattress on a platform type bed so every time you would go to sit on the bed the mattress moved. On checking in the clerk was not very friendly spoke very few words.

The place itself was not particularly dirty and the staff was fine; it’s what you’d expect for this price. The room itself was hilariously bad. The tv was tiny. It was possibly the cheapest furniture I’ve ever seen. All the lights were super bright cheap LED. The AC unit was perfect for an airport hotel; it was so loud that the air traffic could have flown directly over the room.

The original room I was given smelled like very strong smoke and damp mold. Nothing was really clean. I was uable to change rooms, which was an major improvement but still not nearly as clean as I clean my home and residential and commerical proerties I previously cleaned.

No toilet paper holder in bath. Room was clean and bed comfy. Good for a quick overnight tho. Had soap, no shampoo/conditioner. Would stay there again

Surprisingly this was a good place. The price is cheap. The outside of the hotel doesn't look the best but my room was actually clean and renovated. Seems like a safe area because you're next to a lot of restaurants and such. I would stay here again.

Spilled some water on floor, grabbed a hotel white towel to clean it up . Obviously the floor had not seen soap and water in a while. Towel was black . Basically, everything from the knees up seem pretty clean .

Check in clerk was rude. No elevator, had to walk up stairs. No breakfast. No electric socket near bed. Had to go and buy extension cord for cpap. Big gaps in flooring. No kleenex in room. On second night TV quit and had to move to a different room. Night clerk was not happy. Hotel was pretty run down.

Had multiple rooms for traveling companions. Mine was newly renovated, other two were not. One had linens with patches. Understand that they are renovating but basics should be address. I have been staying at the hotel to attend a conference for the last several years and commend them for their progress in renovating.

This particular property insists on entering your room and looking around when you are out. Lately, they have gone so far as to try and hide the fact that they were in my room. What they don't know is that I always make sure I do little things that will alert me immediately to the fact that someone has been in my room and gone through my luggage. I have repeatedly requested no service but that does not matter to this property. The only reason I stay here is that it is the only thing close to my destination.
