The bed was way too hard. My back was killing me all night. I had not slept well & requested a 1 hour extension on check out & was denied. I won't be staying there again.

Love the hotel. All of the staff were kind. Everything was very clean and spacious. The Bartender Byron was the icing on the cake. He was so much fun and helpful. Most importantly his drinks were amazing.

Great property! Impressed with entrance, happy hour food selection. Breakfast selection was excellent. The courtyard and pool area was exceptional. The halls dared and the carpets were old. Walking to room a couple room doors appeared to have been damaged dur to possible attempts to get in. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was great. At checkout, we got hit with a resort fee that was unexpected from charges on hotels.com. If not for that hidden fee and dated carpets and halls, would have given hotel a super duper rating.

Upon entering, felt a warm welcome from the front desk to everyone who was so helpful in making our stay enjoyable, taste worthy foods to offering a lower level room after learning the elevator was out of order.

This was my first solo trip and I was nervous. The area was so nice, quiet, and safe. It was so relaxing. The breakfast everyday was so good and the room was very cozy. I was able to meditate but also handle some business in peace

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The staff were wonderful. Upon arrival I was greeted by a man named Nate (I believe) and he was friendly and efficient. He also informed me that our room had been upgraded! It was such a nice surprise considering we were there for our five year wedding anniversary. The teddy bear was also a lovely touch. A staff member gave us an extra one as well! Breakfast was amazing. We’ll definitely be back again!

Breakfast was great. Bed comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful. Location is great, walkable to sprouts, coffee shop and other food venues. The pool area was nice but we were eaten by little black bugs. Bug spray a must. Some areas at the hotel needed updating but it was clean.

Property was clean, but pool was not. Found an earwig in our bathroom. Not many utensils/dishes in the kitchen, so that makes cooking limited. Also would be nice to know the bears on the beds were for the guests and should be new in bags as may be problematic for those with allergies or just knowing they are new and clean- not recycled from guest to guest. Lastly, would be nice if the breakfast menu was mixed up a bit for those staying longer than a few days.

We needed a place with kitchen for a two week stay. Very nice landscaped courtyard and pool area. Breakfast provided every morning. Happy hour at night. Hotel a bit outdated but the staff was very helpful. Centrally located mid Scottsdale next to shopping center w grocery and restaurants.

I had such an awesome stay! Great breakfast buffet everyday, happy hour, great outdoor seating and pool area. Staff were always nice and welcoming. The resort wasn’t far from a lot of shopping malls/plazas, restaurants and nightlife. I absolutely will be staying again!

Pay attention to TOTAL Cost, NOT nightly rate My reservation was around $87/night. However, there was a $30/night Facility Fee added on which significantly can affect your decision and it was charged only at checkout from the hotel.

We stayed for five nights and it was good. The room I booked wasn’t ready when we checked in and we were put in a handicapped room with a side parking lot view. Missed out on the big bathtub (in the room I booked) which was disappointing. The bedside lamp lightbulb was out, the oven burner knobs were broken, a piece to the shower head was missing but didn’t effect function and the tv would not connect to the WiFi the entire time. Breakfast was good, although my kids got sick of the breakfast tacos every morning and wanted the pancakes from the weekend lol. The pool was great! Clean water, cabanas offering plenty of shade with tables and chairs. Lots of food options nearby.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best hotel we ever stayed at! We checked in early and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom King suite and then when we needed our sheets changed due to my husband being sick, they went above and beyond...Note...there policy is that they do not change bed sheets and do a full service room clean until the 4th day of stay. Silly policy but they helped us out by doing it when we really needed it! We left the property on day 6 but needed to re-book the hotel due to a cancelled flight home. We asked if we couod get the same room back and even though it wasnt the same floor we got the same exact room just one floor down! The grounds and pool were gorgeous and Richard the bar tender was prompt, courteous, and a very hard worker! I highly recommended the Sonesta Suites Gainey ranch ti anyone vacationing in Scottsdale! We will definitely come back if ever in AZ again!
