Drive 3.5 hours from another state. Booked a suite with kitchenette since we were there for multi day lacrosse events. We needed the space. They gave us a 2 queen bed room. Not a suite as booked. They had no other suites available. They took my money that I paid for a suite and would not offer a refund or credit. They suggested canceling the reservation or calling the manager on Monday.
The box springs were exposed. The blanket was yellowed. The lamp didn’t work and there were no ceiling lights so that was fun getting ready. No updates to the room. No ceiling to floor mirror. Stay somewhere else. Outdated, gross bedding, exposed box springs that look like your grandma’s, unhelpful staff…not worth it. They didn’t care. They cared amount taking my money knowing they didn’t have a suite available at the time of booking. That’s bad business. Hampton’s are a dying chain. Book a different brand altogether.

When we checked in it was lovely. Clean, friendly. The next morning we were greeted with a sign that read No hot breakfast today? No explanation just a sign. The coffee in the lobby was cold. Not a great start to the morning. The next morning they had breakfast.

Friendly staff. The room smelled bad, and the air conditioner didn't work well. The refrigerator was very loud and the hot breakfast is pretty bad.

First of all, the front desk was without an employee for 90% of our stay and no one answered the phone at any time. The hotel itself was old and needed updating. The suite was clean upon arrival, but it was not serviced by housekeeping throughout our stay. The hallway carpet needed vacuumed. There was no caffeinated coffee or any tea in the room. It definitely was not up to Hilton standards.

Nice Hampton Inn but it seems like that there ware a few problems with the hotel. First, the corridors on the 2nd and third floor were hot, probably high 80s when walking to your room along with the elevator. Next, the commode would not flush correctly and noticed spots of mold on the silicon around the tub/shower. The water cooler in the exercise room had no water in it. Checked the pool to see if we wanted to go swimming. Saw algae on the pool floor. Don't know if we just came at a bad time or not but expected a little more.
The breakfast was great and the beds comfortable. The staff were nice also. Dining was close to the hotel.

The worst Hampton Inn experience I’ve ever had. Stayed 4 nights, room only made up the day before I left (despite asking several times), toilet wouldn’t flush. Asked front desk to have it fixed 5 times. Never fixed before I left. Front staff seemed totally disinterested in you or their job!

Worst experience ever! Front desk treated us like we werent customers. Too long of a story to type but I have never experienced a bad Hampton till today. She would not tell us her name and when I called back to the hotel to leave a message for the GM she kept hanging up in my face! My trip was ruined. The hotel is beautiful but the nasty attitude at the front desk destroyed my perception of this hotel.

The staff was very nice. I was able to check in early and check out late without any problems. We were in town for my daughter's lacrosse tournament. Room #314.

I brought 2 small dogs and the total cost was 250$ That I knew,but I was surprised by another 25$ fee that I really did not understand. This fee was not listed on my initial Expedia bill.
Even worse, the room was small and my dogs found old food under the bed.
It was a disability access room and the shower was difficult.
Worst of all, there were floodlights pointed right out the window and no way to get the room even slightly dark.
I should have asked to change rooms but getting in late I just did not have the energy....

Pillow cases smell mold. Bedsheets are not fresh. Very few breakfast options. No milk and no yogurt on the last day of our stay. Hotel air quality is poor. I sneezed in the room all time. When I step outside, I stop snnezing.

This is not a newer hotel, so there were a variety of little issues like no bathroom fan, a door that didn’t close, etc. Worst was probably a fitness room that was 79 degrees, even after I tried to adjust the thermostat. However, it was a good location, a decent deal for the price, clean, and well equipped. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Everything was okay until we woke up in the middle of the night to the overwhelming smell of marajuana permeating our room. I assume it was coming in through the air vents. It was awful and kept us awake. I know my wife and I are probably in the minority when it comes to that odor, but it is very offensive to us. We found the breakfast to be poor quality. The sausage links were turkey sausage, overcooked and very dry. The egg omelets were inedible. We tried the boiled eggs but they were rubbery. The bagles were okay. On a possitive note, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I enjoyed this stay. For me, a good stay starts with the reception and the staff here were excellent and very attentive. The room was great, although a safe and better condition ironing board are needed. For Eco-Friendliness, the hotels scores badly. Good that the room wasn't made up each morning as this is unnecessary laundry. However, plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic wrappers and apples wrapped plastic cellophane is pointless and bad for the environment.

I chose this property because it offered breakfast and was listed on Expedia as "Newly Renovated". Check-in staff were pleasant, although they were out of fresh baked cookies, disappointing the kids. Got into the room, and it was fine. Seeing things up-close, it was less appealing. Bathroom door looked like it had walked through a minefield, missing towel hook was apparently ripped off (and not painted underneath, shower had a removeable shower head, but the hose sheath was ripped (leaving an exposed, rubber hose underneath), and it wouldn't stay aimed outwards (and would fall and only shoot straight down). Toilet bolts were missing and rusted with no cap, and the bathroom corners were all filled with grime (and hair). It just looked rundown and worn out. I couldn't fathom how this was a "renovated" room. The rest of the room was fine but not overly nice or new. Breakfast the next morning was very sparse, not what I'm used to at a Hampton. Very little to choose from, and the light roast coffee was out, as were the eggs. I told the front desk worker, and he nodded. The cookies at the front desk were missing again when we checked out. Overall, the stay was okay, but more than that, it represented what has been a consistently disappointing trend with staying at Hampton. The chain has become mediocre at best, and I'm looking for another hotel brand.

They sofa bed had nasty dirty sheets with brown stains on it. When took them off to change them the mattress was in horrible conditions. Had to go down to the lobby 3 times to get clean sheets, all of them were dirty or stained. Then had to go and get pillows. Then the soap and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. Around the tub and under the soap holder were black spots most likely mold.

No air in the room for the entire stay. This is not good in August in the Atlanta Area. There was nothing offered other than I am sorry. I always stay at Hampton Inn/Hilton's but I will not stay at this one again. I was very disappointed!

The property was in excellent condition! Each staff member was friendly and helpful. Cierra was working the front desk and both check in and check out and she has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. She met us with a smile and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Great property and great staff.

Outside of the facts that this is a very nice hotel, I mainly chose this hotel because of the pool! The pool wasn't clean

Property is in a nice, high end shopping area minutes from expressway, restaurants, shopping, very convenient and very safe area.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Cierra, particularly, was wonderful. It’s a very quiet area and quiet hotel. It was just what I needed for a quick getaway. There are many restaurants within a five minute drive. The only negative thing was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned which was surprising since it was over 90 degrees just a few days ago. There’s is lots of parking and it’s free! It’s also really close to the Avalon.
