The stay was nice, the room was clean and we enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave. The shower whined a little but nothing terrible. Only negative is it’s been 18 days since we checked out and the deposit is still pending.

I stay here frequently because it is a nice, safe off-strip property that is easy to get to the room and plenty of parking. The full time security guard and security doors ensures safety. None of the hotels actively recycle like in Cali.

Book a room with kitchenette but got regular hotel room with mini fridge that turned off in the muddle of my stay,ruining all the food I brought to cook that I couldn't cook because there was no cook top which is part of a kitchenette. No hot water. Was told to wait 30 minutes because we shared the water heater. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon. The bed had plastic on it so every time you move it made a lot of noise. We could hear through the walls and see under the adjoining door.

Good stay especially for the price. Comfortable and lots of room. Fold out bed could have been better but not horrible. I would stay here again, especially when traveling with more then two people.

I can honestly say I was overall disappointed. I changed hotels just to have a bathtub and there was only enough hot water to fill about 4 inches in a jetted tub. The bed was WAY TOO SOFT!!! There were pubic hairs stuck to the side of the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom, and there was mold spots on the lining of the curtains. I would personally not recommend this property! I adored the front desk clerk that checked us in! She was the best part of the stay!

The room is a good size. I got the room with a king size bed, small microwave, and mini fridge, with a sink, toaster and coffee pot. The carpets were pretty filthy/stained, but other than that, it seemed clean. I was there for 7 days/6 nights and only had one medium trash can under the sink and a tiny one in the bathroom. They did provide a hair dryer, which was helpful. During the majority of my stay, i could hear my neighbors TV blasting through the thin walls. That was my biggest complaint. Also, the fan for the HVAC made an annoying noise so i had to turn the fan off while i was sleeping.

I usually stay here all the time and it’s nice. It’s just security was really bad that night. There was a pre-wedding party next-door. That was real loud. They partied till four in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay here, it had such a comfortable vibe and felt like an actual home. I arrived in town earlier than expected (check in at 4) I took a chance at 1pm and I was able to check in 3 hours early! Pool/jacuzzi was open until midnight so that was great. Kitchen had everything I needed and the jetted tub 🤗😯 very nice! Yes, furniture was a little outdated but honestly that didn't bother me. I only mention because I see other reviews. Free shuttle to Strip, near grocery stores. Great location. All in all, this is where I will be staying come future Vegas trips.

Not good hospitality at registration desk. They could not tell us when the rooms would be ready, even though we had planned for a 4pm availability and had plans set for that timeframe. We got to the property early and asked if they could by any chance get our 3 rooms for a 3pm arrival, and they said they could not, that was ok, as we understood 4 pm was the ‘negotiated’ or contracted time. The issue was that they told us that they needed at least until 4:30pm and maybe even after to get us rooms. After I got upset and told them it was unacceptable… they were able to get us rooms at 3:15pm… Not the best reception, definitely not friendly or customer centered service. The location and rooms were nice. It just sucks to get bad service from the get go…

The room and grounds were great. The bed wasn't quite comfortable. The front desk attendant was not very helpful. Shortened version: She told me I had been moved to another property. She did not have a map to the other property and told me twice it was "just around the corner." I had to explain that that could mean many things, so specific directions, an address, something so I could find where I was going would be helpful. She also told me that someone would text when my room was available and no one ever sent a text. When I went to the other property no one was there.

We choose this Hotel because of its facilities which included a kitchen, washing machine and dryer , coffee maker a big fridge and other kitchen utensils. We had a one bedroom with a fold out lounge great space, had a great pool area and recreational space. They also had a shuttle service to the strip running on the hour would recommend we really enjoyed our stay...

I liked everything about the place, the ambiance, professional kind service, but the bed was so noisy! You can tell the mattress is wrapped in plastic (bed bugs?) So every move is so freaking noisy. Went to relax in the hot tub and was cold, dirty and in-operable. But the quiet neighborhood was a nice getaway from the Vegas hustle and bustle.

The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the room was worn out and dirty. The light switches looked like they had been used by children with dirty hands and never cleaned, the upholstery on the furniture was dirty, some of the walls were dirty. The room needed a deep cleaning and remodel.

A fairly typical 00s resort, but not developing with the times, leaving a distinctly average experience. Our bed was comfy enough, and there were facilities to cook in the room (though we didn't test these). The pool was clean and a blessing in the desert heat. Our room was adjoining another studio, and we could hear the quietest of conversations from both that room and the room above us, which didn't make us feel particularly relaxed being able to talk/be awake in the room in the evenings. The Wifi doesn't reach all of the rooms (front desk said they couldn't do anything about this), and we had no cell reception in our room, so we were basically cut off from the outside world while we were in there, which was far from ideal. The old-style air con in the ceiling woke us up through the night turning itself on/off, and equipment for the on-site facilities were old and hagged (tennis racquets with disintegrating handles etc). The staff were reasonably friendly but not very helpful or welcoming. The shuttle bus was a neat feature, but the drivers were a little too enthusiastic with the gas pedal and turning, so while it was very helpful to get to the strip easily, it was a pretty uncomfortable ride.

The checkin took over an hour. I had called the main desk a week earlier to make sure that our reservations for two rooms on two consecutive nights were combined so we would not have to checkout of one room and check into another. Our flight had been changed so we had to add an additional night. This had not been taken care of and took a long time even though we were there an hour before the 4:00 checkin time and were willing to wait if the rooms were not ready. The rooms were comfortable and very good except for a lot of noise on Sunday and Monday night from adjoining rooms.

The pool wasn't too clean or clear (water). I called 3 times for towels and they never delivered clean towels. Went to reception for clean towels the following day and they had me wait for 15 minutes and was told to call front desk in 20 minutes to remind them for clean towels. They were finally delivered after 2 days of asking for them. They never cleaned the room so we had to keep cleaning it for our 3 night 4 day stay. No transportation to or from airport also.
