The desk staff was very nice. The room was spacious The tv did not work. The bathroom had no handrails to help you in and out of shower tub combo The bed was ok but the pillows were old and Very small. There was no housekeeping service It was ok. We were only there 2 nights.

No sheets or pillows for pull out bed. Only two sets of towels for a room that has 2 full sized beds and a full sized pull out sofa bed (a room that sleeps 6). No phone in room, no phone book (or area info). All breakfast rolls were stale. No door on bedroom (we had a suite). Property is lovely - the negative issues are due to poor hospitality service not the property itself.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. My grandmother hurt her ankle and couldnt walk. The hotel lent us a wheelchair so she could easily attend the wedding we were in town for. Incredible customer service.

The male front desk attendant was wonderful. The first room that we were given had a broken shower head. We called down immediately and he came up with new keys to another room. Everyone was so friendly and the room was immaculately clean. Centrally located near restaurants and department stores. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed here before and it did not disappoint this time. Beds are comfortable service was excellent. Monday and Tuesday they have food and adult beverages at 5. A glass of wine was welcomed after a long day of travel. We will return on our next trip south.

We stayed the whole week for my 50th Birthday celebration. The staff was super kind and so very helpful. My husband loved the workout room and the coffee available all day was delicious as well as the breakfast. We also had great service for the room also. The only small issue was the room wasn't very cold. But they supplied a decent fan and I was happy! Thank You so much I had a great birthday celebration!!!!

We stay at this property every time we are in Huntersville. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean I would go back again! The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was that the indoor pool was ice cold and they had ac running which made it cooler when getting out.

I loved how friendly the staff was and the young man in charge of the dining area keep food stocked quickly when pans emptied and was always cleaning tables as soon as people left the room. Very clean dining area with great food choices.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. During my stay the bathroom light went out and they moved me to another room with the hour of notifying them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience. We check in late in the evening and were made feel welcome the minute we walked in. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable so we slept well then woke up to a delicious breakfast.

Clearly could tell it’s remodeled. But done poorly. The rooms had an old stench to it. The elevators were janky. The hallway to our room was hot like it had no AC. The bed was firm and the pillows were small. Literally squares not even rectangle shaped pillows. Someone then tried to randomly open our door in the morning. I’ve paid the same amount for better hotels. It isn’t the worst thing if it’s one night and you dip. But I wouldn’t spend more than that here. They just need to demo the building and build a new one. Instead of going for lowest bidder on the remodel cuz it was ass. Best looking thing was the lobby and nothing else. (The area is was fine though I’ll give it that.)

I got this 4 day stay for a friend, so she could rest and relax after her chemotherapy session, which takes about 3-4 days to get your energy levels back. She checked in the first day and checked out the next day due to the horrible conditions of the room as well as staff who could not make it right. I cannot say enough about how important this was for her, so she could get out of her day-to-day conditions at home where she watches over an elderly couple who live at her home. I respectfully request a refund for the 3 nights not used, including all forms of payments used. I would greatly appreciate any and all consideration.

Did not have room that i booked 3 months in advance, grown daughter slept on a loveseat. Mold in shower. Bed was so lumpy and divots, when pulled back thin blanket the sheet was so wrinkled looked like someone had slept in it. Pool had so much chlorine couldn't breath when you walked in no way to get in it. Desk clerk was extremely rude when i went back down due to wrong room.never would i recommend!

Air conditioner was extremely loud in room. Room smelled like human urine. There were ants all over the place.. Ended up requesting a different room which was better but still had issues, peeling paint, dirt, etc. Pool was freezing. No hot tub or spa as advertised. Breakfast was definitely not up to par. Used to really love this location but clearly has changed management since our last stay.
