No room service bedding was never changed and towels only once and i had to change.them out. Someone tried breaking into my window told management 2 times and nothing was done. The overhead light above the sink outside the bathroom would not come on and the toliet was not secure to the floor very well at all. I would recommend dont stay there the service is horrible.

Arrived early and no one at desk, used phone which could not understand. Asked about early check in. Said it would cost $40. I said we would just leave car and come back later to check in (going somewhere with friends). Told couldn’t leave car if not staying at hotel. Said I have a reservation for tonight and told can’t leave car. I paid early check in then they didn’t even get my vehicle information. Very sad!

The first room we were given, we found a but crawling up the wall by the door. Then my daughter opened up the mini frig and another bug scurried out and up the side of the frig. We requested a new room, and also took the bug to the front desk as proof. The pool was closed and windows covered. The floors looked like they haven't seen a vacuum in months. There was a straw wrapper clearly visible between dresser and mini frig.

The front desk attendant’s English was hard to understand. We could not ask for extra towels. The towels are super thin. The furniture was stained and dirty. The doors and fixtures were beat up. This is not a 3 star property.

Excellent service. Bed was so uncomfortable. Felt the springs and was load when you moved. Bathroom had some water damage at some point and looked like it was finished by preschoolers.

Room was clean. Unfortunately they do not have walk in showers or raised toilets for handicapped customers. Room did not have a coffee maker. The coffee offered at breakfast did not have large lids for the cups and did not offer artificial sweeteners.

2nd time we have stayed here for a Husker game. Rooms are clean, beds are a little creaky but comfy. Bathrooms have nice toiletries. Breakfast is minimal but it's free. No pool and tons of junk in that area but didn't affect our stay. Will continue to come back when in town.

Were do we start? The tub was nasty, the towels were both dirty, the comforter was falling apart, and don’t expect anything special for breakfast. Really dissatisfied with this place. I wouldn’t stay here, frankly I’d like a refund. Looks like a storage facility not a hotel. Don’t stay here

property was in mid repairs but we were not told this at booking , pool was closed for repair room was dirty with sticky floors trim falling off, some guests were loud and obnoxious and staff was slow to deal with it. A/C in room was not working properly but staff wouldnt move us to a different room. breakfast was waffles a nd twinkies overall experience was terrible and will cause me to avoid wyndom hotels in the future

The deadbolt did not engage. The hardware lock was missing from the door at the top so was not able to lock. Associate had to be called every time. Attendant was never at desk.

The first room we went to smelled like cigarette. We moved to another room and the bathtub is clogged. The faucet was lose so the water that comes out of the shower is only half. No coffee maker in the room. The coffee in the breakfast room was so light.

Overall it was just a basic hotel that got us through the night. Wasn’t very many options for breakfast. Ended up going down the street to IHOP. All the restaurants and places to eat were pretty convenient that were close to the hotel. Staff is friendly whenever you’re not waiting for them. Took about 10-15 minutes for someone to even get us checked in.

Avoid this place. Its terrible from the minute you get there. The parking lot is sketchy. The room was disgusting. Everything is stained and dirty. There is mold in the bathroom. The sheets were had stains everywhere and a cigarette burn. Breakfast have two bowls of rotting fruit and a waffle maker. The only usable door on the whole building to get inside is the front door yet there is next to now parking in the front. You couldnt pay me to stay here again. I travel all over and this is one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. All the good reviews for this place have to be fake.

The pillows and mattress were fairly comfortable, but we needed to listen to a loud air tunnel noise coming from the air conditioner all evening. The Shampoo in the shower was out. There was only one bar of soap in the bathtub none by the sink, definitely needed some repairs, there was no ice machine on our floor. We needed to go to the first floor. There was no secondary lock on the door at the top of it. And it sure would be nice if there was something besides yogurt on the breakfast buffet besides a couple yogurts. Based on this, I would probably not return

Thybare updating, there were big rolls of carpet in the lobby. The lobby was clean and the staff was very nice. It is an older hotel. There is a elevator, carpet needed vacuumed in the elevator. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Most of the doors were in need of replacment. You could see scratches and pieces of wood missing. The rooms were clean and had a fresg smell. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were smaller square pillows. Not a fan like normal size pillows. The water pressure was good. No fan in the bathroom though. Breakfast was a huge let down. Only had a waffle maker, cereal bread and bagels. Not much of a selection. The juice machine did not work properly, had apple.juice and it tasted like water. Coffee was ok. According to pictures there was supposed to be a hot breakfast. That was a disappointment. That is the buggest complaint we have. Overall stay was ok. Staff was very friendly.

We booked our room last minute due to weather related issues. This is an old property in a great location in relation to the University, presumably in the process of a renovation. It sits in an old part of the city with several moderately priced/fast food resturants in close proximity as well as a Wal-mart and is easily accessible from I-80. I feel the need to mention again, it's in an older part of Lincoln. The staff was extremely helpful. My generous rating was because of that help, not the property, although it is adequate on a last minute budget.
