Nice, clean hotel. 30 min walking distance to the center old town.

3 days for a business trip in Munich. Great location, not far from the city center. Room with kitchenette and fridge, and 2 bottles of water and beer free of charge. Also coffee machine including 4 capsules. restaurant linked (but independant) to the hotel is great with a french Chef. They re-opened the kitchen while we arrived after the closure.
4.2
Great place! They have an excellent breakfast and are close Oktoberfest, the train station, and the beautiful Isar River. Great for a quick stay!
4.2
Love the location with nice cafes n restaurants within short walking. Not too far to city too. Beautiful River walk too
4.2
Great location to Octoberfest. The property is a bit dated. Our room had an non functioning safe, it took us 2 calls over 2 days to get it fixed. Also cleaning staff took all our towels but did not place clean ones.
4.2
It is in a neighborhood not a lot of businesses around it. It is quite and with a little walking there are restaurants
4.2
Great location near Isar river. Very cool room.

This hotel is nowhere within the standard expected for a 4 stars hotel, or for the pictures shown here. Upon the check in I was barely welcomed, passport and credit card taken. Other than that it was up to me to find out my room, breakfast times and check out. Arriving at the room, I realised that I have paid far more than I should for this booking. Toilet was extremely basic, with all in one soap/shampoo/face wash, no amenities whatsoever, the limescale was seen everywhere. In the room itself, had to move furniture to find plugs and when I did, only two of them worked. They also have a net shade outside that was ripped and a door that was broken (Picture below). Breakfast was nothing but pitiful, everything was so amateur and basic. Very disappointed.

A very spacious 4 level apartment was greatly appreciated by us. Lovely quiet locale with a supermarket underneath. Restaurant wise we were spoilt for choice.
4.2
Didn't allowed any late check outs. The AC was as picture is shown. It was nice and clean but not value for money
4.2
Nice location - convenient yet not touristy (especially like proximity to Isar). Hotel itself is practical (kitchen, workspace) and comfortable but lacking in charm and atmosphere. A little sprucing up would go a long way. All in all, a fine place to stay for a business or family stay but don't expect "vibe"
4.2
Great location near the Isar river.
4.2
nice hotel but needed to bring it to current times, there is NO AC, only a fan/air circulation.
4.2
Nice and helpful staff. Changer the room due to malfunctioning of air conditioning
Good location
Rooms need an upgrade

An excellent hotel in one of my favorite cities. The staff were gracious and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and also had ready access to public transportation. The next time I visit Munich, I’ll definitely return to the Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth!

Location next door to a well-stocked Rewe was extremely convenient for snacks, meals, and souvenirs. Our room came with a kitchenette that, while clearly old and very worn, was incredibly useful for breakfasts and cooking food from Rewe when we didn't want to go out to eat. The beds were soft, the blankets were white and comfortable. There was a scale in the closet, useful for weighing luggage before flights. There was no charger on one side of the bed, which was frustrating. Pleasantly surprised that our business double room (1 double bed) came with a desk, desk chair, sofa, and sofa chair, as well as 2 stools for the kitchenette area. So much seating!
The A/C is terrible, as per many other reviews. We went in summer and the A/C would cut off in the middle of the night so I'd wake up in sweat. But then it would blow gently in the morning. The room came with a fan to mitigate the issue, but the fan was covered in dust and clearly not clean. I worried for my lungs.
Our room faced the street so there was a little noise in the evening, but nothing that disturbed sleep. No noise from neighbors. Funky mirrored elevator. Pretty lobby. Free water and beer every day. If you drink it, they restock it. They also washed our dirty dishes we left in the sink.

Fab quiet hotel. Large duplex room. Nice kitchen facilities. Next to Isar park. Close to town but peaceful

This hotel is very unique. It has a very clean environment. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly willing to help at all times. Although, the furniture needs some upgrades it’s very convenient. It sits in a quiet neighborhood, small restaurants and stores nearby. L Definitel recommend.

Stay was ok but hot. Had to keep window open all night to stay cool

My husband and I stayed four nights at the Prinzessin Elisabeth. Our room was very comfortable, warm, cosy and clean, and had a juliet balcony overlooking the quiet street outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We are particularly grateful to the Bulgarian lady and young man from Madagascar at the reception desk. They helped us a lot with information about Munich, getting around the city and using the public transport system.
The breakfasts were also excellent, and our room was tidied and cleaned every day to a high standard.
Vielen Dank to all at the Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth!!
We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent place to stay! Parking is a bit expensive (24€ per night) but overall nice hotel. Staff is very kind too!
4.2
Great facilities and helpful staff. Great for long stays!
4.2
A great location and wonderful hotel and staff.
4.2
Great location and very quiet. But rooms could better designed. No space for luggage. No working ventilation in bathroom so like steam room. Some sockets not working.
4.2
Good value for money, decent rooms and nice service.
Because of internet connectivity issues, I would not stay there again.
The Wifi on my first floor room was so weak that it did not show up most the time. Cell phone coverage was only usuable with an open window.
Perfect for a digital detox. Otherwise, not.
4.2
The location was very convenient and I prefer being able to make breakfast in the room (small grocery store next to the hotel also helped)
4.2
Nice residential neighbour with some great restaurants. Easy public transit to all areas.
4.2
Loved staying at this property! It is walkable to a lot of great things, but hidden away enough that it is quiet and very safe.
4.2
Restaurant, staff very accommodating especially Rumyana, Laura

Good!

Good location for Octoberfest. Hotel room was nice and quiet. Close to bus stop for getting to Hbf. Grocery store is located right next to the hotel.
4.2
The property is an average older place, needs updating, and is not in the best of repair. The best part of the hotel are the saunas. All three of them. Three!! The room I was assigned reeked of smoke. As in old, in the walls and floor smoke, not like the room that had recently been smoked in. The nice lady at the front desk attempted to move me, but the other options were no different. Speaking at the front desk, the only person that is remotely concerned with assisting guests and taking care of customers is the lady. All the men are not helpful at all. Also, be aware that the rooms have down pillows and duvet, and it takes a fight with the staff to get anything else. The TV didn't work. The kitchenette, and range top did not work so I was unable to actually heat any food. And I gave up trying to get the front desk to do anything after asking four times.
4.2
This is a wonderful hotel that is conveniently located a short taxi ride from the Munich train station. The property is inviting and very well priced for what you get. I would absolutely stay there again.
4.2
This hotel is awesome. Perfect for visiting downtown Munich, Oktoberfest, or the river area. The hotel has a very good breakfast option, paid laundry service and even spa/massage (you need to make appointments ahead of time). The staff is very helpful. Would stay here again!
4.2
We had such a lovely experience. The airlines lost all of our luggage and the staff were truly so kind and were as helpful as they could be. The room, by European standards, was very well-appointed. We loved having the sleeping loft and the downstairs living area. The only thing that dampened things a bit is that the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty flat. A minor issue overall, though. The location is perfect - it’s tucked away in a quaint part of the city within walking distance to everything. We would absolutely stay here again.
4.2
The beds are good the lounging area was supplied with uncomfortable seating
4.2
Just a great experience. Super staff.
