If you’re in town for a TTU game, this location is perfect. Right on the southeast corner of campus. Walking distance to the stadium and to bars/restaurants on Broadway. Plenty of parking. The included breakfast was great both mornings of our stay.

Loads of issues. Crumbs on the carpet when we first walked in. Bizarre holes in the ceiling for the sprinkler heads. Other delayed maintenance issues. Good location.
2.0
It was ok just needs more security anyone just walks into the hotel and goes straight up to rooms without even asking who they are.
8.0
Nice place to stay. Clean. Opposite Texas tech. No complains!
10.0
Great staff and the hotel while it did have some issues the staff did everything to fix it, great time

The property needs updating, and the pool was green. The AC unit in my room leaked water so carpet was wet. The breakfast needs better attention to details, like filling up oatmeal, coffee empty, ketchup empty, waffle mix needed to be filled up.

This was the 4th time we booked this location since our daughter started at Tech. Hope this was just a fluke but there were a few things amiss this time! The floors in our room were visibly dirty, the linens for the sleeper sofa had not been laundered, the pool area was closed for cleaning, and when we tried to get back inside the building with our key, the key pads were broken so we had to knock on the back door until somebody happened to be walking by and let us in. Weird. I’m hoping this was a one time thing. The front desk staff is ALWAYS nice and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate; however, behind the bathroom door, the floor wasn’t in line with the rest of the room.

Hotel is very run down. Stains on the couches and carpet needs to be replaced. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Overall “alright” experience. Friendly welcome, no soap in the shower, broken chair, weird bedskirt stains. Nice full kitchenette in room if you need one. Closed swimming pool. Really nice complimentary breakfast!
We stayed because of nice looking rooms online, pool, and close proximity to Tech (did not need or use our kitchenette). Would have rather found a cheaper, nicer option without the kitchenette.

The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us!

Room did not have a shower curtain, asked to get curtain installed. Never installed. Also bathroom light bulbs burnt out. Asked front desk for help. Nothing was accomplished

AC was not very cooling. No ice available and pool in repair. Bathroom could be cleaner. Breakfast was good.

The lady that checked us in and checked us out was very friendly and professional.
6.0
Walking distance to Texas Tech. No AC in hallways. Staff hanging around on floors. Near restaurants and shopping.

Had a few issues but convenient to the college. Just smelled like smoke throughout and drains didn’t work well. Otherwise, I’d probably stay again.

The room was clean and nice. The was very friendly.

Easy to find and get around.

Everything about this hotel is filthy: room, carpet, tile, hallways, elevator. And it smells terrible inside and outside the room. I will not be back.

When i arrived carrying all my luggage in 100 degree temperature just to learn they were full telling me there was an maintenance problem with a room. Only reason i used this hotel was because it was close to texas tech. The hotel had booked me into a different hotel 12 minutes away, doesn't sound bad until you have to drive in bumper to bumper traffic. Not happy . They simply overbooked, i made my reservation 2 days ahead.

The tub drained super slow so our showers turned into baths. The bathroom sink was clogged as was the kitchenette garbage disposal. Someone did come clear the bathroom drain though. The bathroom curtain was dirty but got replaced. The room curtains were dirty as were the air conditioner vents. And as the icing on the cake there was a roach in the bathroom on the last day causing me to check out early.

Not sure if there was staffing issues or what, but the same pizza box was smelling up the hallway the length of our stay. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke or the efforts to cover it up and our towels smelled the same. The couch looked unsanitary. Breakfast was already empty containers at 8:00 and coffee was scarce. The pool didn't work. The automated doors haven't worked in so long they have a laminated sign telling you to slide them. Staff was FRIENDLY! Upside! Aged hotel, in need of updates and some TLC. Trash in landscaping in front of hotel. It just seemed like it was older and neglected with too little staff.

The hotel was conveniently located to Texas Tech but it appeared the room was not serviced prior to our arrival. There were no hand towels or washcloths only 2 towels. The hand soap was empty and the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned. There was no linens for the DFW bed in the room and the comforter I was given after I asked was ripped and in need of repair. The room had a very unpleasant scent highly perfumed maybe covering up cigarette smoke.
The elevator sounded like it might stall on each ride. The supply of food and drink in the little store was essentially nothing. In general a very old facility. The desk staff was nice and tried to accommodate, I am not likely to use this hotel which is a shame because the room design option was perfect just not in hood condition

Exactly what you want from a business lodging: clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Bedding and pillows were comfortable; Staff were non-intrusive but friendly.

The room wasn’t cleaned well, fork in sink, bathroom was not clean, substance on floor near toilet.. tub/shower didn’t drain well and grimey.
10.0
The staff was fantastic. Professional and personable. They were happy to make recommendations for things when we asked. Great location if you’re wanting to try out the university community.
We stayed for several days, and the breakfast was consistently good. Plenty of options. The room was spacious and clean. Outlets were a bit loose, but that’s the only real issue we had.
10.0
Clean room and courteous staff. No complaints at all. We will stay here again.

The hotel is nice but the hallways smelled like old nursing home and the AC on the upper level hallways are off. There was stains in the curtains and the elevator was broken. Very inconvenient as we stayed on the 3rd floor. Besides that it was a decent stay close to the rteach and walmart

Room had broken toilet that was running all day and night. Refrigerator tapering and clicking sound all day and night. Found hair ties in various places and refrigerator not wiped out.

Spacious and quiet sensation is my preference.

I had called the property in advance weeks before and also days before to make sure the property’s pool and spa were up and running for the season. I had the option up until the day before checking in to cancel my reservation. This property seemed perfect and I wanted to enjoy the pool and spa with my son. Well again I called the property weeks in advance and the day before asking both times if the pool was up and running and both times I was told yes. Well I check in and and a few hours after checking in discover the pool is off limits and wouldn’t be open until after memorial weekend. I would have booked somewhere else this being the reason for my stay was the outdoor area and pool.
This put an extreme damper on my trip. I was lied to and feel like the hotel staff was being lazy and decided to close the pool just to not have to deal with people using the pool over the Memorial Day weekend. Not very professional to lie about the pool being open but then closing it out of laziness just for the weekend.

Should have stated on the website the pool was closed , rooms were not as pictured on the website. No social event like stated . No bowls for cereal . No housekeeping. No extra towels . Over priced.

Staff were great and the room was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

As all other getaways, this stay was unforgettable. I loved all the Stay bridge team. They truly made us feel at home, all our requests were made with excellent care. This hotel is well worth your money spent, with breakfast and a perfect happy hour offered, you get every dollar spent well worth it. I'm definitely making any future accommodations with you this hotel in particular.

Check in was fast and simple. Desk clerk could have mentioned the amenities.

Some hygienic suggestions:
- There is grime in the bathtub. It is not viewable, but if you wet it and run your hand along it, you will be left with a residue on your hand.
- The tiled floor by the breakfast area is sticky.
- There is dust on top of the fridge and behind the T.V..
- The railing holding the windows should be oiled.
- Some of the fruit had mold. Particularly, powdery mildew on the stalks of the bananas at breakfast.
- Having a yogurt bin is somewhat unsanitary.
Otherwise it was fine, and the staff was curteous.
