Decent for price. The building itself seems old, so there was a bit of an old carpet and smoke smell in the lobby and halls. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned though.

My stay was as could be expected for an older building. Location for me was perfect, The room was comfortable, heating and cooling unit worked really good. No molds despite the plumbing having expected issues. I've stayed at other resorts expecting nothing but excellence, but found molds in their bathroom, not here. Staff was accommodating and kind. Hence my scoring of this location. I would book with them again.

Check in was easy (it was 11pm for us) she said we needed a parking pass, but we really didn’t. It was just to get us over to the other counter so the guy there could try and sell us Disney tickets and sign us up for a time share visit. Not what we wanted to deal with. The room was basic, toilet didn’t flush every time, shower gage just spun and spun so you didn’t know if you were getting hot water or cold water. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:30 to see if we were ready to checkout…..which was at 11:00am.

This hotel was not what we expected after reading some reviews. The front desk lady was not friendly at all, the hot water in the shower never worked, the room smelled like wet carpet, pieces of paint coming out from the walls, cables that were never covered were hanging from the ceiling, one of the lamps didn't work, the main door had such a big gap from the floor that you could hear every noise and everyone walking outside the door, I mean I can keep going, the breakfast was not the best and we couldn't even take anything to our room for the kids because they wouldn't allow it. We are not very picky with hotels, but in general, this has been the worst experience our family has had in Orlando. I booked from Thursday to Sunday, but we left Friday morning. Never again!!

Close to Disney, needs some updating. Could not go near breakfast too many people! Walls were very thin snd could hear everything in the rooms surrounding you! You get what you pay for! Reasonable, for a quick stay.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is an older hotel, which is not veing maintained properly. Housekeeping does not clean the rooms durong ypur stay, whether its 2 days or 10 days. They will only bring new towels, and change garbages. The pool is not heated. Consider it, The cold plunge. Not exactly my idea of an enjoyable swim. I want to enjoy my swim. Breakfast was adequate, scrambled eggs, choice of bacon, or sausage, depending on day, cereal, toast, mickey waffles, tea, coffee, and juice. The bathrooms are very much outdated, Beware of the shower heads. Toilets do not flush properly. You need tp keep your hand on the trigger for 10 seconds. Rooms are the most basic , standard queen bed, No table and chairs, mini fridge, and microwave. The hotel is located on a very busy stretch of Hwy 192 in Kissimmee. Beware of the serious traffic problems between 3 pm and 10 pm. Traffic is gridlocked. It will take you 30 minutes to drive 1 mile, especially coming from Disney. In my personal opinion, I would suggest you look elsewhere. It is basic. In their listing, They mention a Shrimp Shack Restaurant, but, this location closed quite skme time ago. Not sure why its still in the listing. The grounds of the property are not well maintained.

The front desk was really amazing and very nice. They were easy to deal with, very friendly and didn’t mind answering any questions we had to spend our family time in Florida and at Disney world! Dawn at the front desk I picked at because she was there late and when we came down for breakfast she was already there working out the whole day! Dawn we appreciate you and your kindness and all your help thanks again!

Staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing I did not like were the beds. Extremely uncomfortable. My back hurts it made it worst. Honestly, after a day at WDW, all you want to do is rest your feet; could not find comfort.

Pictures of the hotel provided through Hotels.com must of been taken the day of opening as that is not how it looked. All bath towels were stained, some dark some yellow. The gym did not have the equipment shown in the photos. Checkout morning we got on one of the elevators and there was smeared blood on the wall. The night of arrival we had to shower with cold water. Extremely disgusting specially the towels and the fact that not one single towel wasn’t stained. For $120 the night this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here for free.

I gave this hotel one star overall solely based on my experience with the housekeeping manager. Her name is Christina and she is a bully. The entire staff is afraid of her and she herself is very rude and nasty. This woman came into my hotel room after I asked for a comforter to go on the bed. There were only sheets on the beds. She then pulled back the sheet showing us that there were blankets. Her tone and aggression was as if I was trying to steal linen from the hotel. She told me I can leave since I am not satisfied with the linen in the room. At this point I am very upset with her rude behavior and demanded she leave the room. She stood in the door trying to intimidate me as if she wanted to fight. I have never in my life encountered someone so unprofessional. This woman should not be allowed to speak to guest at all. I refused to speak to her again and came to a resolution with someone much more friendly and respectful, I believe her name was Donna and Lisa was also kind. My encounter with Christina ruined my family vacation trip and I will never stay at the comfort Inn ever again.

The bathroom was really dirty. The lamp did work between the beds, unable to charge phones. The frig did not work. The curtains did not close all the way, we had to pin it. The bed was hard and the pillows are too small. The toilets are to low for elderly people. The coffee make leaks the water out before it makes your coffee, at any level of water.

Please clean up the property. It is nit well taken care of, and it shows. Rooms wrre not cleaned very well. There was toothpast spittle on the bathroom mirrors. The tub coukd use some bleach. Bed linens in first room were dirty...that is just disgusting. I will not stat in comfort inns again.

We stayed in a standard double Queen room. The floors were beyond dirty. Within 2 minutes of walking around, our feet were black. There was also hair and dirt not picked up in the bathroom. We complained the next morning and requested room service. When we returned, the room smelled clean and floors were in better condition.

Extra charges when i checked in stayed extra day and was charged 33% more had no choice hurricane made me leave my home so i feel like this was a little price gauging. Shame i felt very secure here and room was very comfortable staff was pleasant and free hot breakfast was a bonus.

We were evacuated from the west coast of Florida during Hurricane Milton and we were so grateful for our stay at Comfort Inn. We stayed dry, slept on a pretty comfy bed and had electricity the whole time. The staff was friendly and helpful in spite of the craziness. They did the best they could. They served a sizable breakfast both mornings although the food wasn’t great. The place needs updating and fixing. It has seen years of wear and tear. It was a non-smoking hotel which was a bonus.

The room was not a great value for what we paid. I had stayed with choice in the past, I was hoping for the same experience. Rooms are older, things are falling apart. The bath mat was stained so bad that it should have been tossed out, water in the tub draind slow, the toilet paper was not replaced but we managed.

The room was clean, but there were some details that made my stay relatively uncomfortable. The shower head in my room was broken, the water was just gushing out of places other than the shower head. The overall aspect of the hotel was poor, the elevator rugs were dirty and the rails to hold on to were broken. The price was okay but still too expensive for that type of hotel.

Property looks abandoned grass in some places is waste high black mold in rooms under sink Staff was nice and very courteous and the inside u can see where there are rehabbing this old hotel and it might be nice one day outside is pathetic and over run with tall weeds actually thought we were in wrong place when we pulled up and hotel abandoned

I sent a separate email as well about this. This hotel is not fit to be open. Moldy curtains, there was no hot water, the toilet ran all night and day, curtains didn’t close and we had to use a chip clip. Th HVAC was so bad that there was a layer of water on the floor because of the humidity. I almost fell getting out of bed. The fridge didn’t work, the bunk beds were lined with cardboard. I even took photos it was so bad.
