The room smells damp. Its dusty and ceiling many cobwebs. Toilet bowl needs bleach.

This is a budget motorway services hotel so expectations were low, but the rooms were tired, unclean and in need of redecoration. On the plus side the staff were exceptional both when I arrived and in the morning and I did sleep

My second stay at this hotel, for convenience over anything else.
Room had a number of very suspect stains on the carpets that I just avoided for the time I was in the room.
Bed itself was very comfortable and I had no disturbances through the night of noisy guests / vehicles within the services.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Well £61 for me and my wife and 7 year old granddaughter was expensive for a room that was very out of date the room mirror was missing just the brackets on the wall the bathroom dirty the bath stained walls marked all over the pillows where like bricks and they was stains on the small bed my granddaughter had to sleep in but the man on the door very helpful and a very nice man

I found the rooms very disappointing as you are advertising the rooms as lovely decoration with blue/white walls or red/white walls nicely furnished etc.
My room had curtains broken, rip in chair under dresser, could hear all the noise outside as windows were obviously old & not sealed properly, room was freezing on my arrival & had to put heating on, there was a mark on the bedding, all the light fitting had dust all over them, didn't look like the carpet had been hoovered for sometime, bathroom looked like it could of needed a re-vamp, there was a mark on the bath mat & to be fair I asked for another room & that was even worse so stayed in the room given in first place.

Was a pleasant stay. Was convenient for a 1 night stay

This was a business trip so I was minimising cost and you get what you pay for.
Rooms are tired and could do with a spruce up. bathroom as well. Clean but dated and showing wear and tear.
Staff were friendly and welcoming though. Food options are very limited, 2 closest pubs, 1 did not serve food, other closed at 7:30pm!
Left with service station food as only option.

Hotel is in eastbound side, £65 on a Saturday night en route to Manchester from up North. Parked on westbound walked over the bridge over the motorway. Great check in with Tim and I called ahead as I was late and he gave me the advice of parking the other side. Salute!
You can buy a few bits/snacks at front desk, hotel was nice and warm, easy access to room, basic room but really big. Tea nd Coffee, no biscuits this time.

Very run down and in disrepair. Luke warm shower, would never stay again.

Reception staff were great and very friendly, especially with our daughter. The room itself had a distinct urine smell, there were stains all over the carpets and chair. The bath tub had what appeared to be urine droplets inside. Unfortunately had to check out early due to unsatisfactory cleanliness.
3.0
Hotel looks tired and could do with refurbishment. Towel hooks missing in bathroom. Kettle unclean and only kne mug in room. Room smelt like the inside of a vacuum cleaner and stake. No net curtains so opening the curtains resulted in people in the car park able to look in. Reception staff friendly and made the booking in process quick and easy.
3.0
Decent bed and pillows, functional shower and tea making facilities and TV.
Think they had a staff shortage prior to arrival which meant cleaning was patchy and no prep for the number of guests so only towels and chair for one guest when 2 were staying. Reception staff were apologetic and helpful with missing items. Rooms are looking a bit shabby and regrouting required in bathrooms. Budget option so probably adequate for the price.

Natalie and her staff were lovely and friendly and helpful.
But the property could do with a make over!

The room I had was on the ground floor and smelled bad. I should have asked to change room but checked in after a nightshift at 5am and just wanted to get my head down. Bought air freshener and sprayed each day before shift. Wi-Fi is non existent and keeps cutting off constantly. Bed and shower okay . Somewhere just for one night but no use for a week stay . Also on motorway services so limited for food and drink. Cheap and you get what you pay for .

The rooms are dusty and have cobwebs around the room and in the bathroom. The bath tub bottom has rust and was not cleaned as there was hair around the bathroom. The room also smells damp as there's not enough ventilation from the bathroom. It can be very noisy at night especially if you're located on the ground floor. No linen is provided for baby cot, only a cot with nothing inside.

Hair on the floor of the bathroom plus hair and blood on one of the pillow cases. Paint in the room was very tatty. Our room faced the car park which was at times very noisy and the noise from the motorway was constant. Would not stay again

Though it us located in the service area, it is surprisingly quiet!

Overnight stay at the hotel to break up a long distance drive.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady in reception who was very helpful and friendly. On entering the room it smelt mouldy and stale. The furniture was very dated and in dire need of replacing. The chair by the desk was wobbly and the fake leather flaking. The bathroom was also very used. Bath had the enamel chipped off in various places and black mould. The bath was as deep as a paddling pool so was not enjoyable. After sleeping the night I was woke up several times itching from the sheets. The hotel is cheap enough but would def not stay there again.

Very reasonable, friendly staff. Services right there for food options
Rooms and bedding clean
Work stay allowed me to get close to where I needed to be without the overpriced room rates in the towns

Staff are so friendly. Liz was in the reception and she was very welcoming.

Very basic rooms bathroom fan not working , desk top fan had no blades, carpet stained , loose tap on sink , beds very hard, TV needs moving to more central area.

It was the only convenient hotel that was reasonably priced on our way to Leeds, but was the perfect overnight stop. It was located at the small motorway services, the rooms were fine. As expected there is not many plug sockets but I always travel with an extension lead so that always helps! The beds were clean and comfortable and would stay here again.

All as expected

Hotel in service area of motorway with choice of fast food facilities nearby.
Modern reception area with very friendly staff. Rooms and shower are a good size. Hotel is a bit dated and is let down by some neglect in general cleaning of stairways and doors giving a grubby appearance. Beds are well made up and very comfortable.

It was ok reasonable stay/ comfort

Convenient location for Brighouse. Comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet location. Spacious room and easy check-in.
Shower was difficult to adjust and only one pillow per person though reception might have been ablr to offer more.
Overall very good value and great for an overnight stay to attend an event.

Arrived 8pm. Plastic bag of rubbish still there. Wet towels left in the bath :(
Staff managed to get me new towels.
TV is very small.
Has coffee / tea facilities.
Overall, cheap, cheerful and convenient hotel for budget traveller seeking a stopover.

The place was pretty clean, the bed comfortable, the room spacious with all the basics, parking convenient, staff pleasant and helpful.
A good no-frills budget hotel.
The only slight annoyance was no vehicular access from the West bound lane of the motorway.

The room is clean despite its wear and tear. Staff are friendly. Good price for one night stay over.

Had to ask to change rooms because someone had been smoking in the original one. No issues with the swap.
3.0
It was tolerable, staff were lovely and were the highlight of this establishment. The room was dirty, floors walls, furniture. Mould on the windows. Luckily the bed, toilet and sink were clean. Good appliances supplied but a worn out room. Had a hilariously tiny tv which was fairly impractical.
For £45+ a night I expected better, felt like a £35 hotel room so value for money is a bit pants.

Despite impossibly of my attending due to severe weather /advice- refused to re-schedule booking

Handy for motorway travelling. Not much in the immediate area. Friendly staff, drools are a bit dated but comfortable.
2.0
Very tired needs updating

Lovely staff nice enough room very sensible price only complaint was lack of on site or even particularly local dining facilities (hard to count the closeby service station and it's expensive BK/Subway options as fitting requirements).
4.0
Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff.
