1st room they had given me was disgusting, it smell, not clean there was trash from previous person that has stayed, i asked to be moved to another room that was much better but the bathtub was clogged.
2.6
Key did not work the first time had to request new one..my room did not have a refrigerator in room #116...it was gone..i requested to different room they couldnt get me a new room..
2.6
the tv and the hot tub in the room didn't work. they only gave is 2 pillows for a king bed and a pull out, along with one towel. when we called to ask for more pillows and towels and to ask for the tv to be fixed we were told only one person was working and nobody showed up. the pool was filthy, there was actual debris floating in it. the hot tub in the pool area was taped off. when we went to ask for more towels we were told they were out.
2.6
The elevator was broken for three days. There were water spots around the place. They do not clean the room after you check out, so expect a dirty room for your whole stay. I have stayed here before and for some reason, they never have clean towels available. Breakfast was ok.
2.6
The room was really nice. I loved the setup of it. The jacuzzi in the room made it all the much better. It was clean and spacious. I had a group of 4(me and 3 kids) and it was more than enough space. The kids even mentioned how they loved the privacy of it
2.6
It was a pretty decent stay. It was decently clean but mold on the picture above whirlpool tub and no ceiling tiles above shower. The room smelled dingy. No pool or hot tub available.
2.6
Not good. Will probably never stay at a baymont again.
2.6
Plastic on smoke detector, stained carpet, missing drawer, ripped shower curtain. Real hot shower. Shower curtain did not stop water from bathroom floor, leaky faucet and pool was closed. Each time I left the room the key card did not work. The breakfast option was terrible.
2.6
Elevator broken and given a handicap room in the third floor, leaky shower, early breakfast, keys had to be redone 2x a day, but cheap, so I’m good with that
2.6
We had no towels or toilet paper in our room. No working towel bars and toilet paper holder was broken. Bed was broken on one corner. Front desk almost cancelled our room. He tried calling and I never got the call. He never used the 1 before my number so the call never went through. At 9am for checkout no one was at the front desk. Had to just leave the room cards. Never again

Honestly, my favorite part of the three day stay was the dude working the front counter in the evenings. He was helpful, friendly, funny & real.

Lady who checked me and my friend in on Friday night 8/16/24 was super friendly and very nice. We had originally booked a 2 queen bed but we were offered the choice of one king bed for a discount. Since it was just my friend and I we agreed. First impression of the room not great. Bathroom had water damage and had what looked like cigarette burns on the side. Tv had no power cord or remote. We got a power cord but no remote worked for the tv. We had to manually change the channel which no big deal but we couldn’t see what we were watching cause there was no guide
. The elevator swere out of order. Thankfully we were on the second floor but can’t imagine how it would have been had we been on the fourth floor or unable to climb the stairs. Hot tub and sauna were also out of order. No big deal for us but it was a decent part of why we booked this hotel. Bed was hard but overall room was clean. The breakfast was suspicious so we skipped it and just went to the gas station across the street. Was it worth $270 for three nights? No. Would we go back? Also no. This is definitely one of those last choice hotels if you can get anything better

Not great. Hotel property no very clean, garbage in parking lot. Doors to enter hotel other than main doors dont lock. Bathtub had mold growing in the drain, hokes in the wall in the bathroom. Wouldnt stay here again

The best part of our stay was the front desk staff and the morning breakfast attendant. The accommodations were dirty or broken. We found a 1/2 eaten slice of pizza in the nightstand table upon our arrival, broken towel racks, trim broken or missing in the public spaces, dingy walls, and the very strong for of marijuana throughout the entire hallway. Aside from the people, we liked the pool. The hot tub was out of order and had caution tape surrounding it with about a foot of water in there. The fitness room was also not accessible. The ice machine on our floor was out of order.
2.6
Bathtub drain clogged washrooms by the pool not available.. ice vending machine broken.. front desk staff doesn’t care.. and until now we’re still waiting on my deposit to get back to my back account..

when I got to my room there was an unpleasant smell and it was not clean, I canceled the hotel and never got my money back.

Staff was nice, helped with the issues we where having. No flat sheets on bed, no pillow cases. Missing some of the towels.

First we were double charged for our room the manager insisted that we weren't until I showed him my credit card statement. Our first room was dirty and smelly, our second room the bath tub didn't drain and they didn't come and fix it. Our third room they put us in we had a man walk into our room because they booked him into the same room. On our last day there we asked for extra towels and were told we couldn't get any. During the night the smoke alarms went off and when it was time to check out the elevator was not working we had to haul our bags from the third floor.

First I will say the staff was very nice! Not one complaint about the staff except maybe housekeeping. When we first got to the hotel we had booked a king suite so we would have a separate area for us and our two boys, when we got to the room it was HOT! The air conditioning did not work properly so we actually went and bought a fan to try and cool it down more, it did not help. The room had a broken toilet paper holder hanging from the wall and there were no towels in the room at all. The heat finally became too much so they offered to switch us rooms. We took it since the room was unbearably hot. When we got the room it was cool however we no longer had the space we wanted when we booked the room, the toilet paper holder and the towel racks were broken and hanging from the walls, our TV didn’t work and didn’t get fixed until we were almost ready to leave and the biggest kicker of all was there was a pair of women’s underwear hanging on the shower rod. The Manager told us he was going to refund our room for one night all we had to do was contact Expedia and have them call the hotel to confirm which we did. I then received an email from Expedia saying they couldn’t get confirmation for the refund so I was out of luck on that. Nice staff but facility needs A LOT of work.

As other mentionned, there are a few things the hotel could definitely improved on: TP and towel holder broken in the room, key card not always working, exit door, wrong signage, ice machine broken (on 2 levels, we didn't try the other ones) hot tub was drained, pool was a "hit and miss" open or closed.
What was great and made our stay enjoyable was the staff we encountered: the person at the front desk when we arrived (9:30pm) was super nice and friendly. He made sure to leave the pool open so our kids could go play in the water for a bit. Our room was clean, but we didn't have any towels. He came up and deliver them promply while kids were in the pool. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast lady, though. The breakfast itself was limited, but she was more than happy to bring refills if toast/coffee... was low. She went out of her way to make sure our teenagers had enough to eat when they came down right at 9am (not realizing it was the time breakfast close, and she was breaking down everything).
Overall, for the price, we were not expecting the best. However, we stayed in other Baymont that was a lot better. The facility could use some serious TLC, but the staff really played an important part to make our stay memorable.

Terrible place. Everything is falling apart. From the ceiling to the chairs. There was no towels in my two rooms even when I checked I. At 11:30 PM. By 12:30 AM the next day, I was not able to get towels. Had to cancel both my reservations.
2.6
Very poor management! When we got there the guy had just checked in and said he was the only one there… the room was not the cleanest, 1 towel and 1 washcloth, only a thin sheet on the bed to cover up and a sheet to cover the mattress not even a fitted sheet, we had to wait while he washed more towels and blankets b4 we could have them, mind you it was 11:30 pm when we got there to a supposedly clean and ready room that we had already booked. The guy was very nice about it but was obviously left with more then he could handle
2.6
Old facility, customer service so poor.
2.6
Dirty dirty. Doors dont work. Our room had no towels, asked for towls and they said they had none. This is unsafe drug house. We drove home, scared to stay
2.6
I booked 3 rooms. First floor rooms were very dirty and smelly. Have seen a few insects on the floor. Missing blankets. Tub tap was leaking. Towel's were not in good condition. Breakfast was below average.
2.6
The room number sign was wrong.
2.6
Not a 3 star hotel. They gave our rooms away and put us in a king bed rooms. 2 beds total for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. They "upgraded" us to a balcony. There was no door knob on the balcony door so we couldn't open it. The tub faucet wouldn't shut off. All ice machines were down. Hot tub was drained. Breakfast was not great. 2 very thin sheets. I ended up buying a blow up mattress and comforter. Furniture very worn. Not a great neighborhood. Several people were complaining of the same issues. We checked out a day early with no refund.
2.6
Don’t like nothing door locks broken, room very dirty, bugs inside room, no towel and had changed 3 different room they all the same dirty, broken.
2.6
Poor service
2.6
Hot tub broken for a year, ice machine broken, wallpaper peeling, toilet paper holder broken, furniture had wear holes, juice machine at breakfast broken
2.6
Ice machine damage, not enough towels
2.6
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just the room was a bit smelly. Not a stinky smell more like a humidity smell. But it looked as if the place was being renovated so it’s understandable. Over all was satisfied with a treatment at this place and thank you.
2.6
The lobby area was not air-conditioned, resulting in an uncomfortably hot and humid environment. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room booked had a malfunctioning jacuzzi, preventing me from enjoying this feature.
2.6
TVs don’t have remotes, the staff is unhelpful when it comes to fixing the issue. It smells moldy outdated and old. The toilet kept clogging up and we had one towel when we arrived. We were given two more (pool) towels though that we had to go pick up because they don’t have room service apparently or house keeping.
2.6
Horrible experience, no discount room dirty toilet not working and I had no other choice but i had to stay there cause other hotels were booked and had cockroaches
2.6
The hotel is in poor condition: it was obvious someone had previously kicked in my hotel room door at the deadbolt (the door was shredded), the hallway floor was sopping wet on the fourth level, there were missing ceiling tiles, and it is overall just a crumby vibe.
2.6
When we checked in our window was open and it smelled like mens cologne. We had to make our own beds. There were no fitted sheets on the bed. The pool and hot tub were both closed. The breakfast barely had anything, including no milk for cereal. Our key cards kept deactivating and we had only 1 towel. Some staff were good the others were never at the desk or always on their personal phone.
2.6
I have to wait 2 hours to get my room and no towels never clean I ask for service clean never come give me my towels until next day at 11pm plus they charge me 163 extra I went in person to ask I live a note to the manager and never call me back terrible service and smells humid and human hair in the sheets and blood very bad experience I rent for one month different hotels to see their services and was the worse that I have
2.6
Swimming pool not open, ceiling tiles missing, room smelled of smoke, burnt out bulbs…
2.6
The hotel its self was in bad shape. There was water leaking and the hallways had a strange smell to them. None of the signs saying where the rooms where are correct the arrows all point the wrong direction. The room is low quality. They didn’t clean the room very well before we arrived. There was trash on the floor. Hair in the shower. The furniture was old and stained with ripped fabric. The sheet on the bed was stained and on the bed inside out. The comforter was also stained. The room had this horrible perfume smell that would not go away. The lady that checked us in was complaining about other guests. The cable that comes with the room did not work and they didn’t do anything to compensate for it. They called my room multiple times saying we had guests at the front desk only to realize they had the wrong room number. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.
