We were in town visiting friends and got a hotel room for the night. The check in was pretty easy and the staff were polite .. morning breakfast was good and we had no issues at all.. would definitely use this hotel again

Needs to look at air conditioning unit in room 206. Sounds like a bearing maybe going out. It was very difficult getting a good night of rest when the A/C kicked on and made this insane noise.

Staff and room was great however was not prepared to have to pay an additional 75$ deposit upon arrival after booking on Hotels.com

The only reason that this isn’t 5 star is because of an issue in our bathroom with mold and dripping water. A trip to the manager stopped the dripping which was coming from the room above us. Other ‘issue’ though minor had to do with the breakfast. I knew we were leaving early before breakfast was served and I stopped by the desk to ask if I could get some milk for my morning in-room coffee. I was charged $1 for it. Not a big deal but seemed like a small thing to me. Other than that, the room was fine. We were in and out and it more than met our needs.

The bathroom needs some maintenance. The shower curtain rod was pulled down in the middle and not level, so the shower curtain couldn't stay in place and kept sliding. As a result, shower water went on the floor. I slipped and almost fell getting out because of the water on the floor. Fix that shower curtain rod!

Love the walk-in shower but prefer all of bathroom behind one door. Tall vanity was great but a comfort height toilet would be most desirable. We stayed in 2 separate rooms. My husband’s room had small black bugs, maybe fleas. Upon check-out front desk agent seemed nonplussed. We didn’t discover bugs until morning. Ramp in pool was fabulous.

Perfect..Reasonable price....Friendly service from staff...Excellent location close to everything...Big, clean room and suite area... Had everything a room and bathroom needed with good amount of towels, soap etc.. Nice pool and hot tub area....Great hot breakfast in clean area with many choices with great hrs to sleep in and still be able to eat....Big comfy bed. Quite hallways...Will be back again and highly recommended...

People were very friendly, for the most part it was clean. Ceiling in bathroom was a little concerning it needs desperately repair work done. Air conditioner was very dirty. Didn’t look like anybody had ever cleaned. Did not see kitchen staff. I also was not able to find Cresm cheese for bagels,

Have stayed her several times because pets are not allowed, except service pets, and the nearby shopping and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, staff pleasant, breakfast offers good variety. However, wonder why housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times (starting at 9:45) before checkout time which was at 11:00, even with "do not disturb" sign hanging on door.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel room itself was in poor condition and desperately needs a renovation. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom were water damaged and peeling, there was black mold growing in spots around the sink and tub, and the tub/show fixtures had a lot of calcium and lime deposits on them.

Older and a little worn down. Could use a major update. Water pipes and ac very loud. Breakfast was the highlight! 2nd shift front desk was very nice and informative. Morning shift front desk, had to wait to check out (7am) due to him smoking and chatting on the phone outside and not realizing there were 6 people lined up to check out along with myself. Not all Holiday Inns are the same. This one was meh especially for $130 per night.
